I am highly disappointed in the service I have received. I tried to order a laptop online for pickup where I live in Colorado Springs. 3 hours after I placed the order I received a text that it had been cancelled due to being out of stock. I then decided to order online to be shipped to my house. However, since it was a black Friday item it would not let me order it again. I then tried 3 different orders with different emails and numbers but it would not let me proceed with buying because it was the same card number. My card wasnt charged for these orders. I then called customer service and talked to and was hung on by 4 different reps! Finally, a 5th rep said she could help me and order it online. She did so and sent me a pay link text message to complete the order. The payment went through and immediately reflected a charge on my bank account as pending. However, she could not provide me with an order number and I never received a confirmation text or email. This morning I woke up and the charge is no longer pending and is posted to my account, and I have no computer or confirmation. I went to another store here in Colorado this morning and purchased the one they had in stock and explained my dilemma. In the system they were able to see my 4 cancelled orders, but not the one placed by the rep. Then, in my purchase history they located the laptop she ordered from a store in Sierra Vista, Arizona that did not even have it in stock! And she purchased it as if I bought it in store, which is impossible! The store here in Colorado could not refund me and told me to call customer service! I have been in the phone for the past 3 hours with 4 different reps and no one could refund my money! They said I would have to go back to the store, which is impossible! And then they said to call the store, which is also impossible since you only get routed to the national call center!! The best that could be done was a call back form submitted to that store. I am down over $200 in my account with a fraudulent item tied to it!!! I want my money back!!!!
I called and set up an appointment for geek squad because I broke my S pen for my Samsung Note 10. The lady over the phone (customer service) told me it was covered... so I went to the appointment she created for me and the geek squad rep was not only kind of rude, but he was very unhelpful. He looked at me like I was crazy for even being there (like somehow I was supposed to know my S Pen was the only thing not covered by geek squad protection, when someone explicitly told me it was). Bro, if you hate your job, go work someone else. Im an elite member at best buy because I spend a lot of money there.. this literally makes me not want to go back. Everything you have, can be purchased somewhere else... (also, Im not upset that my S Pen wasnt covered... Im upset that I was told one thing and then was basically accosted for showing up to an appointment your company customer service created for my issue)

Went in to pickup a TV I purchased online. Gave the lady my info. Looked it up and had it waiting up front for me. Got my car and pulled it upfront. She brought it out and helped me load it up. All done!! Not one issue and the staff was very nice. This was the first visit to this store due to just moving to the area.
Generally dont have a lot in stock for computers this would be a C level store minimal stock, hard to find an employee for assistance and overall not worth the trip generally.
Today, 5 Jun 2021, I received an email stating my order due for pickup on 11 JUNE 2021, was cancelled because I failed to pick it up! Someone at Best Buy needs remedial training on calendar dates! Originally, I ordered the item for pickup on 22 May. Best buy changed the date to 29 May. I left for vacation on 25 May and requested and received an extension to 11 June. Im done with Best Buys focus first on their business convenience over customer service. I will NOT do further business with this company!
I should have posted this a while back.I raged on my XB1 controller, and broke it, shortly thereafter I went to Best Buy to purchase a new one.I noticed that they had two offical controllers at two different price points. The difference seemed to be cosmetic only. I asked one of the girls who works there if the difference was cosmetic only, or if there were hardware differences as well. She confirmed that the difference was strictly cosmetic.She didnt try to upsell me even though one cost more, which I appreciate.

I needed an HDMI cord. The gentleman by the door greeted us, asked how he could help us, and walked us back to the cords. After finding the four foot cord I was looking for, he walked us over to the register and rang up the purchase. The staff member made our visit a great one with his professionalism, friendliness, and prompt assistance.

I have been trying to get a product since 5 months and best buy is not helping AT ALL. I understand product is in high demand but best buy could at least send out email notifications when it becomes available. They also could get product in the store locations and I would happily stand in line 20 hrs so I can buy it that way. They at least could make their website more user friendly so when I actually manage to click on the item I can click it all the way to check out. But since they cannot manage non of that at least have enough people on the computers to chat with or answer the phones when I call the store. When I do get somebody to answer my questions I get 6 different asnwers from 6 different people.Never again am I buying ANYTHING from them

I purchased a lap top from Best Buy and was unable to down load my security suite. The explanation from the provider was that the laptop had Windows 10 S. I returned to Best Buy, they explained that all new laptops have windows 10S but that it could be uninstalled. They had a Geek Squad member, Cami, immediately uninstall the S feature, install my security as well as download a preferred browser. The experience with Cami, Zach, JG and Shaylee during this process was all positive, professional and patient. Thank you all for assisting a non-computing person get the new computer up and running

Everything is marked up from MSRP. Their sale items are marked down from inflated prices. I will say that when Im looking for a game console or TV, I can usually purchase it online with PayPal (which is nice) and go pick it up shortly after.
Came in to buy a printer and did not get help until halfways down the store. I was okay with this until I got close to the group of employees and heard nothing but Gossip and still no acknowledgment or welcome. Ive had my own store here in Sierra Vista, the quickest way to lose customers is simply that. The red/maroon hair lady came and asked me if I needed help only after rolling her eyes as If I interrupted her gossip talk. Anywho Ive been coming to this Best Buy for years but it needs its work done. Coming from someone local who has seen things come and go in the last 20 years it needs work done.
Another bad experience at Best Buy Sierra Vista. When in today to purchase a smartphone. Saw myself and a half a dozen other customers wandering around cell phones for a while and there was not one sales rep even interested that we were there. So I went to the customer service counter and they were for employees talking behind a filing cabinet and want to ask them for help they said just a minute and continued to talk. Then I said could I get help with a smartphone purchase. And they looked at me kind of bewildered and try to figure out which one might be able to help me finally somebody strangled out from behind the counter I told them what my needs were and ask them which phone would suit me and they said they didnt know I asked them specifics about various phones and they knew nothing basically all they could do was take my money so I decided not to buy a phone there and I left. Since Best Buy has been in Sierra Vista I have never had a good experience there the lack of knowledge that the sales team and the local Geek Squad do not have any knowledge that is useful to me as a customer I could probably train them in technology. The selection is getting worse and worse. The prices are not the lowest. Sometimes employees all ask to help and sometimes its hard to find anyone willing to help.

However, there is a strong possibility that what you are looking for (possibly a type of printer ink, or something specific) may not be in stock, so I recommend you check the store website prior to visiting.Ordering online to pick it up later is also something that can happen, and it may take a few days for it to arrive at the store, depending on what that item may be.At the time that I visited Best Buy, I tried to call the store directly with no response. I was told by associates that the phone calls get sent to a Best Buy in Tucson, so I would have to use a specific extension when calling the Sierra Vista Best Buy.Aside from all that, the associates are very helpful and will do everything within their ability to assist you with whatever you may need.
Friendly knowledgeable staff. Price was just as good as Walmart but the associates were able to answer my questions. Special shout out to Izzy who went above and beyond.

Horrible... I will never walk into another best buy again... I was ready to buy a new washer and came prepared... Was in there for 10 min and NO ONE came over to help me... When I found my husband at customer service where the manager and 3 other employees were helping just my husband... I told them and they didnt even respond... I spoke loudly enough for the 3 employees at the front door to hear me... They all just walked away.... We went to lowes and was helped immediately and bought a new washer... BB has gone downhill from 3 years ago when we moved here... Never again!!!
On the smaller side but still a nice store. Surprisingly they carry just about whatever... GPUs (if theyre in stock), appliances, computers.. The big thing is they dont have a wide selection of all in ones or desktops.
Really enjoyed my experience here. Recently, I have not been going to best buys because they cant seem to keep a large quantity of anything I need in store. This store had everything I wanted in stock.

I have been going to Best Buy for years to get my electronics of all types and any questions I may have answered. I expected the same this time. I was very disappointed! I wasnt able to get any information or equipment in regards to cell boosters and cell coverage over all. This place was more like a TV store with limited stock. Wont go to Best Buy anymore! The only good thing about this place is its next to Texas Roadhouse!

I paid about 1300$ to get a sound system done on my car. Literally the day after I got it done I had problems with the speakers popping and even stop playing music. Not only that but non of the pieces they glued in stayed glued in and things were rattling around. I called saying I had issues and the earliest they could see me was a week out. I showed up and they couldnt find or recreate the issue. I then had wires fall out of the amps that next week and they told I had to wait another week for an appointment. I didnt want to drive around with loose wires and no music so I got it fixed at a different shop with paperwork to prove wires had fallen out. The manager had told me I was wrong for getting it fixed somewhere else and even though I was still having issues and even after telling me they would refund me after I proved it didnt work properly, refused to give me a refund but said the geek squad would fix the installation. They did fix some of it but I was still having problems and to come again for the 4th time! To be told the amp overheated and was failing and that was the issue. Conveniently the 30 day warranty had expired and I now had to get a new amp. Even after this I still have issues with the speakers crackling and weird static... etc. I went 5 times to get my sound system fixed and had a terrible experience. I had friends go to the specialist to get sound systems installed for similar prices to and get way better results. I would not recommend the Best buy Geek Squad and there goes 1300$ down the drain !

I really do have mixed emotions with this place I would have to say the last nine out of 10 times I have gone they have not had what I needed in their response is always we can order it, very frustrating.
We went to check out TVs. One of the salesman, Fred was extremely knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations. Needless to say we bought a TV. On the way to checkout we stopped at the mobile phone kiosk. A very pleasant and knowledgeable salesperson, Mykylie sold us 2 new phones. Replacing our out of date smartphones. The staff was friendly, polite and made excellent recommendations.

If I could leave a zero, I would. I brought my Windows Surface in because it would not boot up. When I went to pick it up, they claimed they restored everything. Well not quite, there was years worth of files missing. so I went to my Seagate backup drive when I got home, it was completely wiped out. Are you kidding me? This is the 2nd time Ive used their service. They do not know what they are doing and now I have no way to recover years worth of information that I diligently backed up. Here is the image of the blank back up. ZERO USED SPACE. I am sick to my stomach.

On 3/2/21 I went into the store at about 10am to buy an iPhone. I waited for the customer at the counter with the lady for over 5 minutes n she was cleaning the customers phone n putting on he plastic cover on the phone n cleaning it again, so I went to the customer service desk where I found 2 associates with no customers just chatting to each other, so I asked them if they could help me find an iPhone XR n was told that it’s not their department n only the 1 lady associate at the phone counter could help me . Bad customer service! The lady should hv at the least acknowledged me n given me a timeframe of when she could help me. I left n called Apple when I got home n they gave me a great price which was less expensive that Best Buy when I checked their price online.

Worst experience of my life I made an appointment to fix my ps4 and not once was I informed they only fix ps4 that were bought from best buy. What kind of service is that they have the tools to fix these ps4 but not if they arent bought from thier store. I then asked if I could buy a ps4 and swap the hard drives and was told it would be thier first time and to look it up on YouTube and do it myself. I didnt buy a ps4 from them

This store is staffed and typically managed by teenagers. I bought a stove here and came to pick it up the next day. Took them 20+ min looking all over the store and stockroom to find it, they didnt protective wrap it like they agreed to, and they sent me outside with a 110lb teenage girl to load it in my truck bed. They desperately need adult supervision. Otherwise, its a normal Best Buy and nice to have that option in town.
