I had a Trailer Hitch and Sway Bar installed on my 2018 Can Am. The trailer harness was not tied down properly and rubbed on the rear sprocket causing two wires to be cut through and paint taken off sprocket. When I pointed out to the service dept, they only wanted to redo what I already fixed and didnt want to replace the Harness that they caused damage too. Common sense tells you to tie down wire that can rub. I never even got to connect my trailer.I was happy with Sierra Cycles until it was time to make good on what should of been replaced because of their error!

Highly recommended If you are looking for a side by side this is the place to go. Everyone was very friendly and helpful from sales, service, finance (Steve) and the owner Dave. We purchased the 2021 Can Am Commander they had in stock and we are very excited and pleased with it and everything they did. We upgraded it to make it street legal and got bigger tires for it. We had to wait a few weeks for our surround sound system but it was worth the wait.Thank you Sierra Cycles for your service!!!!!

Nothing but good things to say! We drove down from Tucson and bought an ATV here in 2017, and when we were in need of some maintenance and minor repairs on our machines recently, they were able to accommodate us much sooner than the places close to home, so we were more than happy to drive down once again. They let us keep our utility trailer on site, so we didnt have to drive it back and forth, and their service department worked really hard to get us taken care of before our next ride was planned, even overnighting parts when necessary. Don and Joe deserve special shout-outs for getting us accommodated during a very busy time!

We drove two and a half hours from where we live and it was well worth it compared to other dealers. love the attitude of all the people who work here that we met. Dropped bike off to be repaired, major repairs, bevel gear bearing, cost to be determined after tear down ...est cost $1800, waiting on parts .. parts are in, bike is fixed, price under quote 😁😁😁, done sooner than expected, with covid and parts in short supply I was not expecting it till end of August, they done it in less than 3 weeks, recommend highly for all your service needs ... Went on a ride 50 miles round trip ran great, thanks guys ..

From out of state, ordered a switch for my Outlander Max 1000, and made an appointment for service and install of switchShowed up on the wrong day, but these guys were great. Got me in anyways put the switch on did the service, stayed in touch with me while my wife while we did some shopping. Dont know if it was their holiday spirit, but the price was way less then I thought. Even hooked me up where to go to get my license tags. BEST Dealer ship I have been too. Take your Can Am Spyder here. Dave the technician figured out an oil leak that eluded Tucson area Ride Now dealers. Jeff the service advisor is very thorough and explains everything. SC is also less expensive than Ride now. Excellent customer service, they bent over backwards to make sure I had a good experience. Worth the drive. I will always choose Sierra cycles over Ride now or CSA.

After being told by a friend that Sierra Cycles has good service and mechanics I figured that I would take my 2007 kx250f for a simple routine maintenance. I told them that the bike ran perfectly fine and that I just wanted a valve adjustment and a carburetor adjustment and they said no problem that it should be done within a couple a days. I get a call later that evening from them stating that when they did the valve adjustment their was damage to the top end of the motor and possibly the bottom end of the motor. How does a perfectly good running bike go from what was supposed to be a simple service, turn into a major engine problem? How strange? I show up to their shop to have a look for myself. I am shown by the technician the top end and noticed that their are major scratches on the cam cap holder, cylinder head, and also the camshaft was scored, and I was also shown that one of the valves was dropped. I was also told that the timing was off by five teeth. First of all, I know for a fact that any motorcycle with the timing off by five teeth wouldnt start period! Mine ran perfect! Before it was taken in. How is it that the morning right before the service I fire the bike up to let it warm up and it is running perfectly fine to taking it in for service and I bring it home and the engine is messed up?So anyway at the end of the day I took a good running motorcycle for a simple routine maintenance paying $150 for the valve adjustment that never got finished and ended up bringing the bike back not running and the engine top end screwed up. The bike is screwed and so am I as not only did I get ripped off by Sierra Cycles, but now I have to buy a whole new top end and possibly rebuild the bottom end if the valve did any damage which I have yet to disassemble and find out, and all that work is going to cost me a couple thousand dollars alone. I know for a fact that their mechanic screwed my bike up and they dont want to own up to it. And they still wanted me to pay for the parts that I know they broke and still pay for the installation of those parts by them. I am paying for someone elses screw up! 😡

Service department: today I needed help on a 400 burgman. Talked to service person about problem, he took bike into bay, came back 10 minutes later with problem solved. Good job service department.

Waste of time. Theyre also flying a damaged flag, which is shameful, particularly in a city full of military personnel.

Very excellent service for us and our our Kawasaki klr 650. Brought it in for warranty work, for a strange problem extremely difficult to diagnose. Jeff, the service manager was extremely patient with me and with the problem, working meticulously with Kawasaki to find and fix the anomaly, which required replacing the ignition system. Travis, his other manager was equally helpful and patient, even when I came with an attitude having had terrible service in Tucson. Cant commend them enough for their help. They really care here, I felt as though I was in one of the shops when I used to ride 45 years ago.

The folks running this place are always helpful. I recently upgraded from 950cc Yamaha VStar to a 103ci Harley Road Glide Ultra. Harley has some more bells and whistles while also having a few more lubrication requirements. The team here was able to help me select the best oil, primary, and transmission fluid for my bike. Not enough good things to say about these guys.

We purchased a new Can-Am today for my wife Dixie from Sierra Cycles. The transaction went smoothly and both the salesman and owner were very helpful in explaining the trike to us. It was a 2017 model so we felt we saved some money there. Prices seemed to be very competitive for the market in this area. Costumer service was excellent. I especially liked the fact that they allowed you to shop without any salesman following you around. If you needed help they were more then glad to assist you. 9/8/19 recently we brought the CanAm in for warrantee work and they fixed the bike with no problems.

Sierra Cycles went out of their way to quickly repair my brakes and replace faulty tires while I was on a motorcycle vacation. They stayed open late and worked fast just to get us back on the road safely. If you live near them you are very lucky!

Ten Stars! After 32 years in the military, I take reviews VERY seriously and I had to review Sierra Cycles. If I had to sum up Sierra Cycles with one word it would be “integrity”. I was in the waiting area and was talking to a seasoned rider who said she travels from Tucson, AZ to Sierra Cycles in Sierra Vista, AZ, because she has so much trust in them. I have a Yamaha, but have used Sierra Cycles instead of the local Yamaha dealer. The sales staff will go out of their way to insure you are getting the right parts. The service department does what they say can do and make good on any promise. As long as I live in AZ, Sierra Cycles will be my motorcycle dealership.

Went an hour and a half out of my way to buy a bike here. They were nice and easy to deal with. I visited the two other shops in Tucson that carry Kawasaki bikes and was appalled by their terrible customer service and how non-transparent they were. I will buy my future bikes at Sierra cycles and will recommend them to my colleagues. They even delivered my bike to me .

Great staff and a decent selection. The only downside I can think of is that they didnt have any sport quads when I went in (but we were there for a utility quad anyway). If they get sport quads in Ill be back to pick one up and give them a full five stars.We did our fair share of shopping around, but were very impressed by the staff. We didnt purchase our quad until the third or fourth visit, but didnt feel pressured to buy, or ignored during any of our trips.I would definitely recommend checking them out. The sales team was great, and I feel confident that the parts department will be just as helpful!

On the maintenance side, bought a used Spyder at a different location due to selection at the time, had issues with it months later, they diagnosed it, found the issue in software, did the necessary updates and its been running like a champ. Very friendly and helpful for all my needs. If I needed gear or parts they were easily available at a good price. Very helpful in selecting gear to your need as well. They also replaced my flat tire when I had a giant bolt, they did it very quickly.

Rode in from Colorado and found my clutch cable started to fray. Called Sierra Cycles on that Saturday afternoon... friendly staff informed me they had the part on hand so we rode an hour and a half to get there. They squeezed my bike in even though they were back logged and was able to get me on the road again in less than an hour! Every single staff member was extremely helpful and courteous and made us all feel welcome! Ill be back to buy my next bike from them!

I couldnt pass up the incredible sale price on the Suzuki 4x4. The staff was friendly and service fast. My loan was approved in 30 minutes at a credit union they hooked me up with.

I bought a Harley Davidson from Sierra Cycles. They told me the only change they made was the handlebars because the apes that were on there before were too tall and ugly. I had nothing but problems with the bars since I bought the bike and decided to put on apes of my choice. I took my bike to a different local shop and they called to inform me that the bars that Sierra Cycles put on were for a Japanese bike and had holes cut in them to fit a Harley Davidson. I was informed of how much danger I had been in. Is this how we treat our veterans?

I am upgrading this business to a 4 star rating because I had a chance to speak to the owner of the store who informed me that the clerk made an error in telling me that they do not carry the parts for my Suzuki Eiger.The owner apologized for the miscommunication and thus earns him reprieve from my previous review.I will be doing a follow-up in the next few months, as I have the need for service that needs to be done on my quad.

I like the store. I would advise people not use their service department. The manager I dealt with was dishonest and incompetent. 200 bucks later and telling me I need my engine rebuilt I take my bike to coaches Yamaha. The idiot at Sierra cycle assembled my carburetor wrong. 79 bucks later my bike runs like a top. ***Update the owner of Sierra Cycles called me today. He sounded nice. I wish that I posted this review as soon as it happened and he might have gotten involved and assisted me in dealing with his service department. I was informed that the staff who shafted me are no longer with Sierra cycle and Im toying with the idea of deleting my negative review.***

I dont normally write reviews, but, I think that excellent service and professionalism deserve credit where credit is due.I decided to take an afternoon to go motorcycle shopping as I was wanting to upgrade from my current two bikes. I had found two different bikes that sparked my interest on the Sierra Cycles website. I went to the store wondering what kind of service I would receive. Although I have purchased motorcycle accessories from Sierra Cycles in recent years, I hadnt purchased a motorcycle from them since 2009 when I purchased a new KLR 650 and I hadnt been in the store for probably close to a year.The moment I walked into the store and into the showroom, I was greeted by David and then Steve and they both treated me as if I came into the store every day. It was obvious from that moment that there were not going to be any kind of high pressure sales tactics used by them. They made me feel very relaxed and made me feel like my business was important to them.After looking at the two bikes that I had intended to come see, we got around to discussing trade in values of my current bikes. After some discussion back and forth we were able to come to an agreeable amount for my trades. At this time I was still undecided as to which of the two bikes that I was going to purchase.I reside approximately 45 miles from Sierra Vista so it was necessary for me to call my wife to come and pick me up to take me back home so I could pick up my other trade in bike. When she came to pick me up I was able to have her help me decide which bike to purchase. When I returned with my second trade in, the bike that I decided on was sitting outside in front of the store waiting for me to go on a test ride before I made a final decision.When I returned from the test ride, the store staff were pulling in the bikes that were sitting outside for the day as it was getting close to closing time. At this time I was still undecided as to which bike that I wanted to purchase. Not wanting to be a pain and knowing that they were getting ready to close, I hesitantly asked if I could take the other bike for a test ride before making my final decision. This meant having to move some of the bikes that had just been pulled in back out again. David asked his guys to pull a couple of the bikes out so he could get to the other bike and brought it out himself. Never once did he make me feel like I was wasting his or his employees time.After a brief test ride on bike number two I wound up deciding on purchasing the first bike that I had test ridden.By this time the store was closed but they treated me like it was 9am and they were just getting started for the day. Steve very capably and promptly handled all of the paper work with me while David had the bike taken around back and filled with fuel for me. Within just a few minutes, I was on the road with my new toy.To make a long story short, I would like to say that this was, in my opinion, an excellent buying experience and that Sierra Cycles has earned my respect and my business.Also, a couple of days after the purchase, I found a message left on my home answering machine from Barry, the owner, thanking me for my purchase and to just let me know that they appreciated my business and that they were there if I needed anything.Excellent service with a family feel is the only way to describe this business.I am loving my 2010 Harley Davidson Ultra Limited.Thanks guys.
