My wife and I recently bought a house in Sierra Vista and were in need of new and unique furniture. Tucson has many furniture stores, so we were a bit disappointed with the limited options when shopping around town. Everything changed once we stepped foot inside City Creek, a store with a vast selection of high-end options. A 6-piece dining table is what immediately grabbed us. What made the place standout was Enzo (store manager). Such a nice and charismatic person; also an amazing salesperson. He made worthy accommodations for our big purchase and ensured we were satisfied with our decision. We will surely come back for more in the near future!

YESTERDAY, I DECIDED TO STOP BY HERE in search for some dining chairs to match the dining table we have at our home for our early Thanksgiving dinner family on Nov.6 th. A very warm welcome and greetings as I entered the store, I looked around to see what they had. They had beautiful furniture of all kinds from sofas, to dining table sets, mattresses, and other decorative items for your home.ENZO, was very helpful when I told him what I was looking for and what price range I was thinking of purchasing. I saw many beautiful furniture but thought it is out of my price range at this time. BUT, ENZO was very helpful to offer alternative items that they could order for me to suit my price range and style of furniture. He worked out a deal that I could not pass up with a beautiful table with two leafs, 4 chairs, & Parsons bench. He has catalogs to choose from, but my mind was set that I needed to get something that was already there on his showroom floor. He said, If you order from the catalog, you would need to order it 4 weeks in advance from the date of your EARLY Thanksgiving dinner gathering. He said, Come look at this dining table set.. so I did. It was the same table I saw and loved but knew it was out of my price range, so I told him. He said, Look, I will work something out to make it affordable in your price range, AND HE DID!! BLESS HIS HEART! He sold me the dining table with the two leafs to me at his cost plus tax & delivery cost, and the 4 chairs and the bench that goes with the set, these items ENZO DID NOT charge me for them at all. So, I called my husband and told him the excellent offer/ deal Enzo gave us, $8,000.00 discount.So instead of buying chairs to TRYYYY TO replace the broken chairs I have to match the dining table I already have, which would have been impossible to get THE EXACT match, the hubby said get it so I did. I get my beautiful dining set today, it will be delivered this afternoon. THIS IS WHY I DECIDED TO GIVE A GREAT REVIEW FOR THE SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM ENZO AT CITY CREEK FURNITURE. Finally went to city Creek furniture Sierra Vista now that high quality furniture and the personal service is awesome they arent interested in selling only they want to make you happy and return customers . We really loved a dining room table they had, but due to unprofessionalism, we will not go back. We didn’t like the fact our sales associate went out of his way to talk down about another furniture store located in the area( which he quietly told us he wasn’t suppose to say) We had just come from the store he was talking down on and the information he was “informing us on” wasn’t even accurate. Sorry, you won’t earn any commission from me.

We went in looking for a new living room set, and was instantly greeted by an employee named Jake. We found a set we loved but had a budget. Jake immediately went and started figuring numbers for us. Don’t waste your time here. I’ve been looking to furnish a bedroom, living room, and kitchen items for a while now. While City Creek has more inventory than Sparks Furniture, and Discount Furniture Warehouse, the service isn’t very good. I was constantly asked “How much you looking to spend” even after I expressed I was just pricing things. It was like talking to a car salesman. Oh, and by the way you can get fresh eggs from them.The owner proceeded to show me a big catalog of items I might be interested in. While thumbing through the catalog I felt like sitting down on a chair two feet away. I was told “That needs to stay here”. Okay, no big deal. I wasn’t planning on taking it. I just wanted to sit down and look through it.After a few minutes of looking through the catalog a gentleman is leaving (who he later said was his brother). The owner asks him to stay and take care of customers while he unloads a truck. His “brother” says he is tired, has been there all day so he is going home. The owner gets angry and curses him out. I told him thank you and I left immediately.So, after doing a lot of research/pricing I ended up at Sam Levitz in Tucson. The deals are great during the holidays and they deliver to Sierra Vista for $40 dollars.

In a small town, ESPECIALLY still dealing with the consequences of COVID, Both Enzo and Jack took the time to help me find more than what I needed for starting a new home from scratch. As a young adult tying to “do things right” it is terrifying looking into huge purchases such as home furnishings and these guys really tools the time to listen to my needs, wants, and most importantly the crazy questions I had. In a time where there is minimal availability they still had a large selection and a willingness to offer deals and bundles to more suit what I needed. They even had an amazing selection of children’s books specifically from Arizona authors to help entertain my toddler during a normally bore of a time.Overall, I could not ask for a better experience. No one made me feel forced to buy or even finance. They gave me an AMAZING breakdown of my options for buying and were more than willing to look into any question I had that they didn’t know a direct answer too.I have passed by this place many times from young adulthood until meow, but never had a reason to stop in, because from the street, the options seemed questionable. But boy am I happy to have decided to finally check it out. We really do have a hidden gem of a company in this tiny military/retirement town!!!

I went to City Creek looking for end tables. Being new in town I wasn’t quite sure where to look but was pleasantly surprised by their selection. Jack was very helpful and sold me end tables at a fair price. I also met Enzo a Doterra consultant that also works there and purchased some oils. Overall I had a nice a experience and would recommend their furniture and oils.

We ordered furniture yesterday, went home and look over everything. Didnt like the fact they wanted to charge $225.00 delivery charge to Benson. Also didnt like the fact they were checking us out and stopped and checked someone else and the guy look like he never type in his life. Went back today and we were told they had a no cancel clause, so we were out out luck.So if you shop at this store buyer beware. The gentleman that wrote up our order was trying to be nice but the other gentleman was pretty agressive

The place does not open when they say, I waited until 10:45 and left!

My husband and I visited the store and bought a few pieces of furniture on a lease purchase, we had a fairly nice experience with the gentleman behind the desk. He did seem to want to take care of other customers at the same time took over an hour to work up our order which seemed to include a lot of markups.The very next day we went back less than 24 hours later because after critiquing the order we didn’t like the charges, and needed to cancel the order.We were met with a very stern no, and Norman explained we would not accept delivery and did not want to do business with the store. We cannot be forced to take the furniture we did not want any longer.The aggressiveness of the rather large gentleman with a broom in his hand and walked sternly over to my husband were Norman was speaking to another customer on our way out was frightening to me, because he had just got out of chemotherapy with cancer a month ago and had fallen and broke his sternum a month ago, and was very weak to me the approach was frightening. We are both in our 70s and can’t handle all that drama. Be very weary of this business.

Not a good experience. Completely traumatized. Everyone should be wary of the owner’s high-pressured sales tactics. In my opinion, the prices are advertised at high prices and sold at a pretense of being highly-discounted. Most of these items are available online or other stores but it’s hard to research them because there are no model/manufacturer labels on the displays. I don’t think service members will save money by buying from this store.

We purchased a Queen Bed which was found to be damaged. After several conversations with Jack and Enzo, they replaced it. My wife is very satisfied with the new bed.

My husband and I were in the market for a sofa for our new home in Bisbee. We had passed City Creek Furniture many times on our drives to and from Sierra Vista. We stopped in today to see what they had in stock and if anything suited our fancy. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that that not only is the furniture in the store beautiful and extremely well-made, but they make custom sofas, as well. Our living area is fairly small, and Enzo (the owner) told us that if we find something we like but it is too large, they can make one just like it but on a smaller scale. Ive never had anyone at any other furniture store offer that service! Even though we were only looking for a sofa, we browsed through the entire store and were impressed with the quality and beauty of all the furniture. Theyre having a big sale for Columbus Day and it was good to know that if we couldnt afford to pay in full that we could finance it right there on the spot. Beautiful, well-made furniture plus great, friendly service equals City Creek Furniture!

Avoid this place, I went there to buy a sofa and to look at bed sets. While purchasing the sofa a lot of extra costs seem to be thrown onto it. For instance charging me $20 to tie down the recline portions of the sofa for delivery, only to watch the delivery guys pull it out of a cardboard box and assemble it. A 4% fee for using my card is ludacris in this day in age. Taking forever to process my sale in an effort to get me to buy more furniture. Basically what upset me the most was the $20 fee to do something that they didnt even do, thats theft in my book.

I was so pleased with the can do and over the top help I received from Enzo. He amazed me with his attitude and desire to help me with a unique situation. If there were ten stars I would highlight them all! Thank you Enzo for your help today!

I did a full tour of the showroom at City Creek. I could literally spend hours looking at all of their merchandise.They carry every piece of furniture that you can think of, here. Living room, bedroom, dining room, den... everything. They have some really interesting artwork, too.Another really cool thing to check out is the 360 pictures on the Google Maps page. You can tour the entire showroom from your computer, and even get pricing on whatever you like.The location is a little bit out of the way, but the trip is worth it. Whether youre looking to totally redecorate your house, or just need a new couch, you can find what youre looking for here.

The first time we discovered City Creek Furniture was back in 2003 when we moved to the Sierra Vista, AZ area. We had already checked other furniture stores in the Sierra Vista and Tucson areas and ended up buying from City Creek Furniture. Not only are you treated warmly in this store, but their inventory is HUGE and they stock everything a person needs to furnish their home. We were just in there recently, and again, found what we were looking for and that speaks for itself.

I bought a sectional from Enzo about 3 years ago and I notified him about 2 years after I bought it that it was broken and he wanted me to bring the peace in why not offer to come to my house and look at it on another hand I spoke to him and he is going to take care of it out of his pocket which is awesome since the company went out of business
