The team there is skilled at repairing cell phones. The car batteries they stock are better then the cheap ones sold at auto parts stores. Its the only place you can find a battery for next to anything.

I went to the store for a marine battery purchase. I was satisfied with the AGM marine battery that the store carries. I had read several reviews on the 2X Power AGM battery and it helped in this purchase.

I needed a new battery for my cordless phone so I called to make sure they had it first. The call was answered after 1 ring by a very courteous and professional employee that checked the info and informed me they did indeed have the battery I needed and at a very reasonable price. I went in to purchase the battery and the staff was extremely courteous and professional. They had set the battery aside and I was able to run in and out of the store in a matter of minutes. Would highly recommend for anyone needing replacement batteries.

Our truck battery died. I priced them on the website and saw you save 10% if you order online and pick up in store. Within two minutes of ordering, I had an email that it was ready for pick up. A few minutes later, I got a phone call confirming it was ready for pick up. We went straight there. They tested the old one and confirmed it was shot. Batteries Plus beat every other competitor price. Im impressed.

Good place they have a large selectyof batteries. You can also drop off used bad batteries.

My experience with Batteries Plus Bulbs has been terrible. I used the website to determine which battery would fit my motorcycle. I bought the battery online, but when I got to the store, the battery was much larger than the one I removed from the bike, so it was clear that it wouldnt fit. When I informed the employee, I was told that they had given me the battery that I had ordered, even though it was their website that had given me the wrong battery! They found a battery that would fit, sold it to me, but I had to remind them that I had brought in the core, so they owed me the core charge. When I got the battery home, I discovered that there were no screws for the terminals. When I called them up, they said I just needed to drop by and they would give me new ones. However, the store is 50 miles away, and it isnt worth the gas money to drive 100 miles round trip for two screws. The store in Sierra Vista, AZ, has some serious problems, and I would hesitate to use them again.

They were fabulous to work with in ordering 2 new batteries for a wheelchair that will be going to a handicap Veteran. Bud the Manager was AWESOME!!

If you need a light bulb or battery that isnt the usual run if the mill, you can probably get it here. Had to get bulbs for a ceiling fan that have the little prongs on the end. Also, you can take your batteries and bulbs here for recycling.

Great selection of batteries and bulbs - most anything you want - especially for batteries. Theyll even install the batteries in your watch - although its a bit pricey.

They do not use samsung parts when repairing your phone. :(

Brought car battery back to store. Would not exchange untill they could run tests on battery. They did check the voltage and it did show bad. Had to wait hours so they could confirm test results . Crummy service
