WOW! Add another star. 3 weeks ago I was on Interstate 8 driving my 3-week old, 2022 Tuscon Limited when a driver (uninsured) abruptly did an almost 90 degree right in front of me, Long story short, actually T-boned the drivers door, my car became briefly airborne, and when it landed, all but one tire blew out and then the car was thrown into the center median. So, bravo Hyundai; a bruise on my left arm, small cut on my right and my chest knew I had contacted the airbag. My Tucson, unfortunately, was DOA to the salvage yard. Other than that; time for another Hyundai.I wanted a Tuscon hybrid Limited this time around . I tried for weeks, but couldnt find one within 150 miles of San Diego. Then I saw that Lawley automotive Center in Sierra Vista Az had one that was exactly what I had hoped for, so I made the call.My contact person was Donnie Gordon who answered all my questions, I was immediately impressed by his demeaner; he was not interested in selling me on it or anything else. He was someone I felt could actually related with me at a level other than how can I sell this guy. Bottom line, both my wife and I really liked him and we trusted him; That, in my humble opinion, is the best pathway to the sale of anything!Once I told him we would take it, Donnie walked me through this process and he did it seamlessly. we conducted most of our business via internet and Fed Ex for some documents that could not be done on the web.Although the car had yet to be delivered from the factory, Donnie kept us posted and always welcomed any calls I made. As far as actually getting the car, I had thought about flying and then driving it back to San Diego, but when I figured out the time, money and stress of it all, Donnierecommended a car carrier. (While that is another review, Fernando Rivera --RIVERA CARRIER INC was reasonable as well as flawless on every dimension)So what a great experience; smooth as silk, and Lawley Automotive Center couldnt have a better person to represent their company.Recommend without any qualification, at least if you deal with Donnie Gordan!
The most no pressure car buying experience Ive ever had. Most importantly, my wife enjoyed it. And she loathes going to dealerships.
Our purchase went very smoothly and highly recomend Lawley Hyundai. Our salesman Lorenzo Thomas cant be beat. We love our Hyundai Kona.
Weve had our car for 8 months now, and we still love it and feel lucky to have our Hyundai Ioniq! They (through our car) notified us that we needed to bring it in for service, due to the mileage. There were several friendly reminders sent to help us remember the appointment, which was very helpful, since we had just returned from a 2 week trip, and could have easily forgotten it. I got there late, not sure which Lawley service center, and they were very understanding. I dropped off the car and a few hours later, received a call that it was ready to be picked up. They even gave me a free carwash card with the service!
Donny did a good job. Fair price and no pressure
Our experience at Lawley Hyundai was outstanding from beginning to end. Xavier Diaz showed us several vehicles as we refined our wishes and narrowed our choice to the vehicle selected. He explained everyone thoroughly, and with great patience maintained enthusiasm and helpfulness.Final negotiations and closing the deal also set the standard. We love our new Hyundai Tucson!!
Another great experience at Lawley Hyundai. I am always impressed with the staff and facilities at Lawley.
Spoke with the manager he literally told me they only have one Hyundai guy only that works on the Hyundai vehicles that Tucson or Phoenix would be way better due to having more than one technician it’s just sad man it’s like there was no guarantee here
We want to thank Jacobo for going above any star rating. He made us feel welcomed and that we were in the right hands to buy a new car. From the first step in the door to the last step we never felt pressured into something we did not want. Stephanie the finance manager, gave us more bang for our buck. She cared more about us then the sale. All around our experience was a 10 star rating.
Lorenzo was very helpful in meeting our new car needs ...
Friendly people and great service.
The Service Consultant, Lori West, was friendly and professional. There was no problem getting an appointment, wait time for my car was right on and the cost of the service was below what non- dealership businesses charge. The waiting room and bathrooms were clean. There was TV, a kids room, vending machines and coffee /tea available. They also offered to drive you home and pick you up if you wanted. My auto tech, Joel Bojorquez, fixed the issue on my car and fixed my Blue Tooth issue (operator error). He explained everything and was very patient and polite when he did the Blue Tooth. They definitely have earned my business!Cheryl Colaneri2017 Hyundai Tucson owner
Close, convenient, no BS salesperson (when I shopped for my current vehicle, two years ago) The service staff has always been professional and personable. Comfortable waiting area, while having vehicles services (with good coffee, too!)
Very good service always
Was never there.
Dropped my car off first thing Monday morning for a malfunctioning tire sensor alert, and here we are going in to Saturday and they still can’t figure it out. Offered a loaner car that someone has clearly been smoking in, and getting any sort of update on what’s going in is nearly impossible. Just go to Tucson..
Staff is knowledgeable & always go out of their way to help. I bought several cars from them & always very satisfied.
Great staff & great work!
Amazing people and their expertise is impressive with all my questions answered.
I always appreciate the friendly and professional attitude of the people in the service department. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Very happy with my experience from beginning to end on purchasing my 2018 Accent Limited with Chhavan Ith and Team Lawley Hyundia I would highly recommend them and very nice to be able to shop and support our local car dealer and feel like I got just as good of deal then driving all the way to tuscon or phoenix
My 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe (bought in 2012) that was purchased brand new at Lawley Hyundai of Sierra Vista, AZ broke down with a seized engine after only four years, a great service record, and only 58k miles of ownership, in San Antonio, TX.I called Lawley Hyundai of Sierra Vista while I was broke down on I-10 and they told me there was nothing they could do for me. I even asked what coverage I had under my warranty and they didnt know. Frustrated, I did a google search of Hyundai Dealers near me on my phone and I found Red McCombs Hyundai. The Service Manager Ruben was very helpful and informed me of Hyundai Road Side assistance and I got a free tow 46 miles to their dealership.I was 800 miles away from home with my wife, 7 year old son, my dog, and my sons birthday presents he got while on vacation. After Ruben informed me of the Hyundais Road Trip Interruption program (again Lawley offered me none of this advice) I was able to secure a hotel room and rental to get us home. Before I departed Red McCombs Hyundai the Service Technician informed me that from initial inspection of my service records, clean oil and no presence of sludge in the oil pan that my engine would be covered by warranty (in fact he complimented me on how well taken care of my car was) but I would be out of a car for several weeks. When I finally get to back to Arizona I reached out to Hyundai Consumer affairs and they informed that my local dealer from which I purchased the vehicle should cover a rental. This is where the real headache starts not my car being broke down 800 miles away but dealing with Lawley. From the get go Lawley Hyundai gave me the run around about a rental. First, it was we cant get a hold of the Service Manager Ruben in San Antonio so I called him on my cellphone on the spot in the lobby and Ruben picked up right away. The tech from Lawley informed me that the manager was gone and couldnt talk to the Ruben who they had been trying to get a hold of. How could the manager been trying to get a hold of Ruben if the manager is gone? Finally, after a lot of back and forth with a tech who was no help someone named Herb called me and I gave him my R.O# and P.A.# that Red McCombs produced to secure me a rental. Herb from Lawley later informed me that the dealer in San Antonio some 800 miles away would secure me a rental. So these poor guys in San Antonio whos only responsibility to me was to honor a warranty and service my vehicle now had to provide me with a local rental all the way from San Antonio Texas? It wasnt their fault thats where my car decided to break down. So Red McCombs of San Antonio got me a rental.Lawley who Ive purchased two brand new vehicles from didnt even offer me a courtesy shuttle to pick up my rental. In fact I got more service from a dealer 800 miles away than my local dealer who is only several miles down the road.I always wondered why customers went out of there way to purchase cars from Tuscon when we have dealership here locally.Well, Lawley Hyundai of Sierra Vista, AZ if this is the loyalty you show a customer then my next vehicle will be purchased in Tucson, in fact, I would rather drive to San Antonio to buy from Red McCombs than ever give you my business again.
Hardly any selection & sales guy touting this $20000 car as on clearance-so I googled the car-it was $14,900-some clearance on a 2016 car-not sure if he thought I was a moron, or I wouldnt do due diligence? Ill never go back there-NEVER!
Expensive but employees are nice
Good vehicles
