I have had quite a few hearing test throughout my military career, but not one was this thorough. Dr Fedt talk to me before the test and ask about my exposure to noise throughout the years and many other questions regarding my hearing health. Then we went to the booth and she explained all of the steps before each portion. At the end, she explained all of the results in detail. If you need a hearing test, I highly recommend you get an appointment with her.

Awesome service. Receptionist told me they were booked for 3 months but they managed to get me in for a hearing test in 3 days. Very professional clean, and easy going environment.

The Dr. and receptionist were very friendly and solicitous. The exam was professional and competent and the Dr. shared the results in an informative manner. I was surprised that the recommendations required an additional visit.

It was an awesome experience. Everything was explained to me in details and I really felt genuine concern from the Doctor. I learned things that was never explained to me before by other clinics.

Went to have loaner hearing aids fitted so I could determine whether they would help my hearing situation. Dr. Fedt was great, she explained every part of the fitting procedure and made sure that they were working to my satisfaction. So far, I am pleased with the hearing aids and how they perform. I will give them a thorough workout!

Dr Fedt is able to handle any problem, and can program Cochlear BAHAs. Very personable staff, full communication.

I had a wonderful experience at my routine audiology appointment from check in to finish. The staff and Dr. Fedt made me feel safe at their place of business because they are still continuing to follow CDC Guidelines for COVID-19. They were courteous and I was given professional quality care. Dr. Fedt explained my test results and compared them to past test in layman’s terms. I left her office feeling fine and will return in two years or earlier if I have any hearing problems. Keep up the good work.

My hearing test results and hearing loss were explained to me in practical terms that helped me understand why some day-to-day tasks and conversations were difficult. There was no hard sell for services or devices, just different options to address my particular hearing loss. Fitting, operation and care for my hearing aids was spot on. The office didnt sugar coat the adjustment process. They laid out some realistic expectations, but assured me the process was worth the effort. I hear things now I havent in a long time. I use the word What? a lot less now which is great!

Jorge goes out of his way to help patients. He is a nice person and explains everything the way that the patient can understand. He cares for people and has a great heart for people that has problems with hearing like me. Thanks for all your help. God bless you Jorge.

Friendly and clean atmosphere. Dr. was very respectful and understanding of limitations due to hearing impairments. She wore a clear mask when talking face-to-face in case there was a need for lip reading. She did not try to sell me something that may not have been best for me at this time. She was professional, polite and thoroughly explained my condition.

The wait area practices excellent Covid safety precautions, masking, temperature-taking and hand sanitizing. Minimal wait time for appointment, very friendly reception. Seen by Dr Fedt, who explained the procedures; was kind, gentle and made sure I was comfortable with procedures. She performed a thorough examination, and provided a comprehensive report on her findings. I recommend Hearing Center of S.V. for an audiology evaluation.

Normally when you go to a doctors office, they read from a script, and have semi robotic reactions to the patients that come into their establishment. This is not the case for the hearing center of Sierra Vista. They were extremely polite, pleasant and down to earth. It was a great experience. From wait time, consultation and testing, went very smooth. If I could give him more stars, I would. I highly recommend doctor Sedt for those seeking a hearing specialist.

Dr. Lauren Fedt and her team are true professionals. They were prompt, polite, accommodating and knowledgeable during my recent visit. Dr. Fedt took the time to expertly explain to me in detail the results of my hearing exam and offered mitigation measures. I wish every healthcare provider visit was this efficient.

I was impressed at how well Dr Fedt worked with me. I choose to try hearing aids for a week but had so much trouble getting them in my ear canal since my ear canals are small and one has a curve to it. Dr Fedt was very patient and supportive.I decided that hearing aides significantly help. Dr Fedt was great in working with me to program them to my hearing loss.Stephanie the receptionist is super friendly and nice. Great place!

Great place and very professional personnel.

Everyone there is exceptionally nice. Dr. Fedt is extremely thorough, explains each step of the procedure and goes over the test results so that a lay person can understand them. Since I was a child I have been diagnosed as being completely deaf in my left ear. Her tests found some residual hearing. I am beyond thrilled, at age 65, to think that there are some possible options out there to improve my hearing.

As an Audiologist I know what needs to be done but also know when corners are being cut. I am grateful for the service I receive. Always professional. Extremely helpful. Even with Covid challenges they ensure my needs are met and my concerns are addressed in a timely manner. Highly recommend this clinic for hearing health care needs.

I found Lauren to be very informative and helpful. She answered a lot of questions I had about cochlear implants since lately I have had limited success with hearing aids. Hopefully from the info she gave me I can make a,better decision for my future hearing health.

I have been referred to this office twice for hearing tests. They are great at scheduling appointments and are always on time when I get there. Ive always left before my scheduled and time and received a copy of the results in the mail 💞

Great service and customer care! I had a flat tire on my way to my appointment, and both the front desk (Ashley) and my hearing aid adjuster (Jorge) reaaranged so I was able to show up at a later time. I hadnt been wearing my hearing aids because the background noise was too loud. He changed the filter and was actually able to turn the hearing aids up! Great experience.

Heres a shout-out to both Hearing Center of Sierra Vista and ReSound: My wife and I were serving an 18-month church mission in Auckland, New Zealand when my hearing aids quit working. Dr. Fedt contacted ReSound, who contacted their office in Auckland, who then contacted me! They were able to resolve my concerns quickly and efficiently -- by replacing my hearing aids! Coincidentally, the Auckland office was less than 50 yards from my apartment! How cool is that?! That office gave me some hearing aid supplies when I was running low. Dr. Fedt was also able to adjust my hearing aids when I needed it. I have been VERY pleased with the customer service in all aspects! Thank you!

It was so easy to schedule an appointment. I did find it a little weird that they asked to copy my military ID but they didnt push issue when I told them I want comfortable doing that. The audiologist was very nice and explained things very well and was patient with my two year old when he screamed about having stuff in his ears.
