They never get the order right. It took them 3 different times to make a blizzard. Theres always 7 8 teenagers standing around w no leadership i know its just a dairy queen but come on i went back thro 3 times to get a blizzard

Stopped by there today because I was in the mood for a blizzard. My daughter ordered a medium, I ordered a large, different flavors. When I got to the window to pay and the clerk verified the order, she had them reversed. No big deal, easy to fix. When our blizzards were handed to us, the clerk turned my daughters upside down as is customary, mine was just handed to me. Took less than a minute to realize why ...my entire blizzard was melted. I had to throw it out after it dripped all over me, my daughter and the car. I will not be going back there....it sometimes takes just one bad experience to ruin it for you.

Glad they are finally open.Friendly service and pretty fast considering that only the drive thru is open.Cant wait till the lobby is opened as well.

They are the best! Even when the lines are long, they are friendly, pleasant, and efficient. The treats are always made perfectly! Love this place and the workers they hire!

Update: My credit card company took care of the fraudulent charge by DQ. The manager needs to find some integrity, if you say youre going to do something do it. Remember to ask for a receipt from this place, and check it closely.On July 2, I made a purchase for 2.75, but when I checked my credit card statement, I noticed I had been charged $9.53. I did not get a receipt because I did not ask for one. Went back the next day and talked to the manager. The manager had me wait about 45 minutes while she checked the cameras to see what I had received in my order (an ice cream cone). She verified that they had screwed up and told me that she had refunded me. I inquired as to why I wasnt given a receipt, and was told that receipts are given only when requested. So 15 days later and no refund, Ive had to waste more time and file a fraudulent charge against DQ with the credit card company. So know Im thinking DQ doesnt give receipts out because they over charge on a regular basis, of course after reading this Ill get the Were sorry line for the mistake. Is it really a mistake? It baffles me how a business can commit theft and get away with it.

My husband, our two children, and myself stopped here spur of the moment to kill some time, on a Monday, and we seem to have hit them at a slow moment. The service we were given was polite, warm, and helpful, the two people I could see, a lovely little woman, and a nice strong Tall guy were as friendly as could be, and got our order out pretty fast. I am reminded of fond times growing up with my grandmother when she would take me to Dairy Queen for the occasional treat, and though the Dilly bars are not quite the same as when I was young, I enjoyed making wonderful new memories here with my own family now. I would recomend coming here to this Dairy Queen during their slow times to enjoy the air of taking a step back in time to your youth.

I think this new ownership is going to work out great. Right now only the drive-thru is open but the employees are very friendly and they get long lines of cars through very quickly. I believe they will do very well. I know I will be a repeat customer.

The line was long but it moved at a fast pace. The employees were all courteous and friendly.

Just left dairy queen empty handed. It was a huge disappointment to see exterminator spraying pesticides all over while ice cream was being prepared for customers.

Everyone was in training, so the service was a little slow but v the food was good.

Big delay between ordering and receiving and nothings ready when coming up to the window. Not like the old staff before covid. They rocked that place.

5 staff members laughing and yelling at drive thru and like one person actually working. Staff are making so much noise inside I had seen one employee walk outside to take another an order. No gloves no sanitation. It looked like a Friday night HS dance crowd working the window. Totally ridiculous.

So I ordered a large cherry dipped cone. The large is supposed to have 3 levels… mine only had two. Looks like those working need to be schooled again on the cone sizes and corresponding ice cream amounts.

These people are trying to get back on their feet (employees) but I prefer for my food to be handled / prepped by experienced food service folks. These people appear to have been released from rehab or incarceration and not always sharp at taking the orders or working the register. I love ice cream, but not THAT much. Happy trails DQ 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I always love dairy queen and this one doesnt disappoint. The service was quick and the staff very friendly. The restaurant is clean and roomy with plenty if seating. Parking is a little cramped but since its rarely busy its not a big issue. Its located right off a main road so its easy to access. I ordered a bana split, a blizzard and a large dipped cone and everything was made quickly and neatly, and delicious. I would definitely recommend.

Was just at the drive thru. Asked for a butter pecan sundae and when he brings it to me. NO pecans. I told him and he was not very friendly. And did not continue to wait on me and the girl that replaced him was also not very friendly. Customer service very lacking. Got my sundae with no spoon and had to ask for one and no napkins. The customer service here is in need of training....

The service was slow. All attendants were in the back and had to be called to the front and it STILL took them time to come out. The ice cream was good. High marks for the food

Ordered wedding cake 5 days in advance. It wasnt made when we arrived 2 hours prior to the wedding to pick up. Lame excuse that decorator was off long time. I talked to the decorator when we ordered. She seemed excited to do it! Seriously, no call or anything to tell us they couldnt do it. You didnt ruin our wedding day, but you have ruined your reputation!

They arent open year long- so the hours here on google are wrong... Its the only DQ in a town this big and they arent open year long!? What the heck... smaller towns in snowy Utah can keep their DQs open year long... pretty dissapointing. And the service hasnt been very good even when it is open.

This place is good and the staff are so friendly working hard to please every customer . I got the banana split it is a nice decent size for the prize. They also have great combo meals for $5. now i know where ill be coming to eat my ice cream to treat myself once a weak after a long week of gainz 💪

Employees need some serious adult supervision. When we pulled up we could clearly see one of the employees sitting at a table on their phone. Not only did they mess up our order, but the place was a mess and none of the employees looked professional. Both teenagers working the counter were polite, but needed to constantly pull their pants up and never washed their hands after doing so. Completely inappropriate for the food industry. Its not too dificult for management to require the employees to wear clothes that actually fit is it?Also, there are no working lights in the mens room. We had to take our 4 year old to the gas station next door to use the bathroom.

Items were good but the whole place needs remodeling. On the way out we used the mens latrine and there is no. Ventilation and the whole latrine smelt so bad we couldnt use it. The walls in the latrine were white with huge scrapes all over every wall. Terrible facility. The staff was so busy their in attentiveness became rude. They had ice cream all over their shirts. Aprons dont cost much. Wont be back.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Walk in and no ‘hello’ or ‘Welcome’, then when we went to order the person that took my families order was rude as well as everyone that was working there. We asked for management or for managements number and they told us no that they didn’t have it, and we talked to them for being rude and when we were done and they thought we didn’t see they just laughed. First, the drive thru worker got our order wrong. When she fixed the mistake, she gave us the rest of our order. We had ordered a hot fudge sundae with all hot fudge drizzle and we got one pump of hot fudge on the entire sundae. When we asked why and if we could have more, the manager said we would have to pay more money for the hot fudge that should have been there. None of our orders were correct or acceptable upon leaving and we are very dissatisfied and will not be returning.

I know in the past years this Dairy Queen was not my favorite place, but 2 day ago I was getting off from work, very tired and decided to get a small chocolate ice cream cone with crunch sprinkles. I first receive an awesome greeting by a young man who mannerism was very professional, then a great product, It made my day! This establishment needs to hire more young people like him!

Worst Dairy Queen ever. It has been this way since at least 1992. Try Josies Frozen Yogurt on the bypass next to Subway or Julie and Sammies Ice Cream on Fry.

I asked for a misty slush and they basically gave me the syrup in a cup. Then they remade it and gave me what tasted like ice with food red coloring... I didnt try a third time

I will never eat at the Dairy Queen here in town again! I met my daughter there tonight. We were going to get dessert & just have some one on one time to catch up. She had just gotten off work & was still in uniform. Her work gives all the employees a to go box of food when the night is over. She hadnt had a chance to eat yet as she had come straight from work to the Dairy Queen. We sat at the table talking while she ate her chicken wrap. When she was done we went to the counter to order. The guy Calvin refused to serve us because she had other food she brought in with her. I told him he should have walked over to let us know that was their policy & he said why because we were just going to do whatever we wanted. I looked all around that store & there was not a sign stating this at all. When I asked for the owners information he printed off a receipt from the cash register & circled their address & phone #.Im all for following rules & policies but if I dont know what they are then how can I. If he had come over & politely told us we could not bring in other food we would have gladly complied! Instead he let us sit there the whole time & then treated us horribly when we didnt even know we did anything wrong!I will be filing a complaint tomorrow & talking to the owner. Then still will not go back there!

Worst DQ weve ever been too! I ordered a large ice cream cone and they took it out of the freezer. The ice cream was rock hard and the cone was like leather ! My wife ordered a hot fudge sundae and it wasnt hot fudge but carmel because they were out of hot fudge. She asked for nuts on top but they were also out of nuts. Do yourself a favor and drive by.

Well where to start.... I went through drive thu, the person taking my order seemed to have an attitude while I put in an order for me and my kids, at the window the Sunday I ordered looked like melted ice cream just smashed with chocolate, it was set on the counter closest to the window, it sat there until maybe a minute before my order came out, the minute it wasnt sitting out it was put into a freezer, when it was retrieved out of the freezer given to me the freezer was left open, another passing employee walked by it to close it while I was given an incomplete order, and while I was waiting for ice cream (I ended up throwing away) the person behind me still waiting at the menu board left and so did the person after them. I love DQ and am sad the one on fry is closing, I hope they step up in all areas and it may be a while before I consider giving them another chance.

Worst DQ I have ever been to. First time we went they had no fried foods at all. Went back to give it a second try and the place was closed for the season. We then tried a third time. We went through the drive threw and they got the order wrong. From what I could see the workers were all messy and not professional looking at all. The inside looked unclean. Who ever owns this restaurant should be fired. An absolute disgrace to the DQ buisness.

After seeing all the bad reviews from years ago they look like they have stepped up their game!! Very very respectful and nice employees and like always the ice cream is so good! :) Ill be returning

Ridiculously high prices. Went to get a pinapple sunday and a fudge/caramel for my wife. Slopped a gob of crushed pinapple (mostly juice ) and that was it. Same with fudge/caramel dribbled some on top. No whipped cream, no nuts, no cherry. All that is extra. As it was the two Sundays were over eight dollars. At least at McDonalds you get whipped cream, nuts and a cherry for about a $1.50. a bit smaller but no extra charge for the fixing that make it a real Sunday. Cant see me ever going there again. A cone had more ice cream than the Sunday does. Employees had an oh well attitude.

Very nice employees but a crowd was there and left a mess. They were short handed so we cleaned off several tables as did the other customers as they came in.
