What an excellent group of guys! Hector and Chuck were those with whom I dealt. The shopping, purchase, deal, closing and installation were flawless. The expected imperfections that appear because of transport and installation from Sierra Vista to Willcox were quickly and satisfactorily addressed. The team is knowledgeable, gracious, polite, kind and continued to be helpful well after the sale was complete.I have zero complaints and many compliments as to my experience.Clayton buildings are of exceptional quality although I, admittedly, did not purchase a high-end home, the care and attention to detail is evident.Whatever small difficulty I encountered was quickly addressed and completed.It was a very positive experience. Theres no reason to contact you guys. All your going to tell me is to call a local company to come out and fix what ever is broken and claim to reimburse me. When the rats came in from the bottom of the vents because your installer failed to properly seal air conditioning vents and the bottom of the trailer. I feel this company took advantage of my mother because shes Mexican and elderly. I wouldnt leave a comment like this for no reason. I suggest doing a follow up on all of your customers who had issues from the beginning of their purchase..

First off air conditioner never worked on one side of the entire building left us waiting months for a water heater that never came we hired a seperate company for there job! We kept getting the yea yea yea and nobody ever showed up these places are junk biggest mistake investment of my life we have called hundreds of times to get someone to fix these problems this was all in the first few months of a new double wide trailer I say no no no!! Thanks Floyd and tony!

The airduct patch work that u guys did, is leaking. Why do i feel hot air under the house right now and cold air in the summer time. If my mother was white i think it would be a different story

Is about what you would expect from this type of bussiness but the biggest drawback is trying to get pricing out of these guys. Also they did not see knowledgeable about the nuances of how to modify the site install to comply with stick build codes vs mobile home codes. I knew this could be done from working with another Clayton home in Maryland but the sales rep I had here took a while to figure out what I was talking about and to confirm if they could comply with the stricter code.

Excellent customer service. Very friendly staff. Several homes on site, and lots of floor plan options.
