My young adult son moved from CO to AZ on his own. He took a lot of care to plan out his trip and reserved a trailer and a storage unit for his arrival. He shows up to unload his trailer and is told he has no reservation. He has an email confirmation in hand. The representative said .. oh you reserved it online. Yeah. That has issues and can glitch. No fix. No options. Just come back this weekend because people move out then. He has a trailer full of stuff and nowhere to put it. After calling every place in town and finding no available units we ended up having to go out to Whetstone. Thankfully a solution was found but when a company’s error puts a customer in a hard spot, a little assistance would have gone a long way.

Ive done business with U-Haul several times with no major issues. The people are usually rather helpful.

Great overall experience, nice people they helped use out with a accident that happened on the freeway that caused us to have a 4 hour delay and would have had an extra day charge of $70.00 but they waved the charge. That is the way you run a business, help your customers and they will return.

U-Haul tells a part of our life story, Moving: load up and get on the road, again load up and get on the road again.This U-Haul is the biggest U-Haul Ive ever seen in the U.S. Ive seen the biggest U-Haul in such a small city in Arizona. I can believe it. But,I found out about whats going on: military base in Sierra Vista has population twice that of Sierra Vista residents(45,000-50,000). So military people use U-Haul trucks for their transfer to other military base in the States. Believe it or not there are about four U-Haul stores. All of them are running their business big time.

Disappointing to hear a young man moving to town from OUT of state with a printed confirmation was told sorry a computer glitch resulted in no unit for him to store his belongings and that was the “solution”. Customer service is definitely not represented strongly at thus facility.

Bad customer service. Was on the phone for 1 hour 9 minutes. Was on hold the first time for at least 45 min. Then they picked up the phone, then put me on hold again. Was on hold, then they transferred me automatically to customer service center. They told me to go in person to ask questions when that is a waste of gas money. Lazy people, lazy business.

Customer phone line very frustratingI got a call saying my custom hitch was in and to call and make an appointment for the install. The phone number i called was not local. I was on hold for hours (3 attempts). The customer service folks at the national level ( i guess) answered finally and said they had no way to contact this local Sierra Vista uhaul dealer.If this is any indication of the service one gets at Uhaul...cancel my order and install.

New hotel very clean and comfortable and great location. Pet friendly and hot breakfast served.

Everything is covered and taken care of for the move Im going to make in May 2021.Daniel made sure everything was good to go.

Despite continued computer issues at both pick up location in Utah and drop off location here in SierraVista AZ as well as appearing to be short staffed at both locations, the customer service agents deserve a 5 star review. Uhaul in general, not so much. I dont know how youre employees keep their cool like they do when they have to use a subpar computer system and are constantly doing the job of multiple people.
