Bought an unlocked 4G LTE, HD voice compatible phone, and was told that I couldnt use it because it was unlocked and able to be used on 3G as well. Was basically informed that I needed to purchase an upgrade phone from Cricket or AT&T in order to continue to have adequate service.

They have always done what they can to answer all my questions and help me in whatever issue Im having polite patient friendly even if they are swamped with customers multi task do what they can to get you in and out with out rushing and considerate of all the customers. I love this store and the employees!!!!
