I have been in sells all my life! I have run multi-million dollars businesses! Reason for saying that is that now that Im retired I am very critical of all salespeople! I look for Knowledgeable, Trust Worthy, Friendly and that someone that is willing to go up and beyond the call of duty to prove that the customer is the most important thing not just to make a buck. Well, I had decided to buy a CZ Scorpion EVO3 S1 after lots of research. I have called all of the local companies and ALL just laughed at me on finding one anytime soon. Well we decided to go to a local gun show and that is where we had the privilege of running into Alex and Nancy Chavez who own Alpha Romeo Tactical in Siloam Springs, AR. They exceeded all of my very high demands of salespeople! Plus Alex promised to get me the gun I wanted within 7 - 10 days! Long story short, he called me on the 10th day (including Saturdays and Sundays) to tell me he had my new gun! Of course I dropped what I was doing and went to get it. Alex would not let me leave with it until he knew that I knew everything about it! I was in total shock....what kind of person does that??? Alex an Nancy are those kind of people! They care about their customers!!! They build a long term lasting impression!!! I know this has turned out to be very long but these guys deserve it!! They are Awesome, Friendly, Knowledgeable, Trust Worthy, Patient, Willing to go above and beyond and most of all they really do appreciate their customers!!!! Alex is very nice and very knowledgeable. He doesnt put pressure on you too buy either. Its clear Alex is appreciates his customers whether they buy or just come in to look at products.
