They were pretty fast and very courteous, the only problem is they forgot about me after my car was done. Waited an extra 15 minutes + until I got someones attention

Always the same. It takes invariably 3 to 7 hours for the simplest tire repairs or exchanges. Whether the actual mechanical fix or the payment process. One big clusterf@ck. Always.

Didnt have what we were looking for. Hard to get help. Asked them a question. Tried to help, but they would explain it wasnt their department.

They only got half my order shipped to the Walmart and then charged me twice food the same items

Dont go here. There hours said closes at 6pm arrived at 4pm. I just needed a tire pair something that takes 15 minutes. One of Techs told me he was leaving and the other needed to go to lunch he said that they wouldnt get to it. Worst servive Ive had. Pay more somwhere else.

Wal marts are everywhere. If you have a problem with a tire the fix is always close by. So far Erika has been above and beyond in her professional ability and I hope she will remain as one of Wal-Marts best.

Opens at 7, mechanic gets there whenever they feel like it. Dont bother getting there early cause the mechanic might not even be there. Oh and they only have one working...

Terrible service. At least 3 cars that arrived after me were serviced first. All but one staff left at 5 leaving only one person, who took 10 leisurely minutes cleaning someones windshield. No hussle. It took 1 hour 45 minutes to install my battery even though there was only one customer in front of me when I arrived.

Need to have people working here that want to work and not fool around. Than it would be a star.

I give one star bc the wait time is obserd wait 4 hours for a oil change...bad news but good service staff just need alot more of them!

Had such an aweful time trying to get a tire on a rim. The staff were kind of unhelpful and blamed policies on why I couldnt purchase a tire for a spare rim? I paid +$180.00 for a tire and had to argue with them to get it counted. Kinda silly.

Went for an oil change. Got there 20 min before they opened but there was no one there to unlock the doors for an hour. Extremely long wait, and underfilled by a quart.

Their shop tech cant do anything in a timely manner

4 hours late Im still sitting here waiting for them to put one tire on. In a shop filled with over 10 people it has taken 4 hours. Very disappointing
