Lisa and Duane, Guy and his installation crew sure took care of us! Tore up carpets for cortec wood look vinyl planks…LOVE IT LOVE IT! They passed along a good deal on the flooring and installed in 2 1/2 days.. 2 big rooms! Our Akita LOVES it too! Gives us more freedom, less allergens and easier care! Hello, My name Mike Greco and my 13 year old boy is Mike Greco II. Today my son and I car trouble and one of my employees took my jack out of the truck. I needed a jack to fix the truck. We broke down in front this store. Mikey took it upon himself to go into this store to ask and see if they had a jack we could borrow. The lady at the counter told him No we do not have a jack and if we did we would not lend it to you anyway he said. It was in a mean manner. Id like to also send a letter to mohawk and see what they think.. how rude of her to talk that way to my very polite and very helpful son that would do anything for anyone as would I. Yall should know who you have working with your customers that could save your business someday. Good luck
