This store lies.Dont buy anything from Albert, that guy lies.Las Cruces store fixed your mess, send them some donuts or something.

We live in remote Arizona. Service works great. Always have issues with the call in tech center, but stuff is handled efficiently when we go in. Well worth the money we spend.

Get everything in writing because they will lie for your $. Also their 4g data service is cheap but unpredictable and often the slowest 4G data plan I have had. Frequently simple web pages take several minutes to load or fail to load.Update: switched away from Metro P.O.S. and glad.

I enjoy my phone an the service is okay for the money but at this store they have some of the rudest workers whom talk disrespectful an act like you have interrupted theyre day browsing the computer. They dont have any respect !! I give the 3 stars for my phone an the somewhat okay service

I regret EVERY minute of everyday that I switched to Metro P.o.S. Service is always in and out dont even work at my house, if there is the slightest storm your out of luck. One of the phones was a bugged phone from day 1! the other phone always turns on and off when it wants to, and when I ordered the new one it took over 2 months to even get it! Every time you go in the store you get told a different story and its all bs. No one knows what they are talking about in that store, minus 1 or 2 of them. unprofessional. They say its all cheap and this and that but then get a $700 bill. legal con-artists. Now Im stuck paying a fee to cut them off!!
