There was a 20K repair that took more than 2 months and gave me the car with empty tanker and when I tried to put gas everything leaks to the ground. No GAS and did not feel safe driving the car so I have to get it towed. Very disappointing!!! I wonder if the other safety mechanisms are working properly.I wonder how the shop is related to DARCARS and CARRY TOYOTAS LOGO??????Stay tuned for More updates.....

NIGHTMARE! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! They had to re-paint my car 3 times! and yet they couldnt do it right! paint drips all over, they broke my tail light, lost my tire cover, lost the wheel security key, the car stinks to paint, misaligned trunk, mismatched paint, paint dust all over!Not to mention the employees are all rude and unprofessional, they never return calls, always missing deadlines.... Im ditching GEICO right away because of this. I repeat, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!

He will move your car from one department to another without telling you or the department that the car is there. Which will then prolong your process. Your car will be in that shop forever and no one will have any regard at all. Not to mention when you try to get information you’ll be given the run around, about your car. Please do yourself a favor and don’t bring your car here.

My best advice to anyone bring there car to this shop: Inspect the car before taking it off the lot!I couldnt agree anymore with the recent ratings. My father 2019 Honda Accord got in accident on Christmas and our insurance sent us to this shop. on 1/16 we was told the car was ready and upon picking up the car the hood was not properly place and the engine sounded awful. We told Miguel (if that was even his name) about our concerns and told us the engine sounded normal. Clearly not.After a day or two we got a call from the guy working on our car Randy who admitted he did not test drive the car and realize there was more problems to the car. We was told that he add to order a new part and was never told a estimated time of when the car was ready. It has been almost a month since the shop has the car and clearly they do not know what they are doing. Dont worry, I already called costumer relations to file a compliant

I put my car to fix it and it was not a big damage and I have been calling when will I get my car back but no one has answer and shop already gave me pickup date already two times and wasn’t ready after all that person on repair shop told me I don’t know how long will it taketime as a Dar cars big dealer doesn’t know and no one can tell me approximate time to fix a car is shameful for business I m really disappointed please forward to the owner if u can I’m really disappointed like others and this is my second bad experience. I will admit, I was a little scared to come to this location based on the reviews online. However since I purchased my cars through Darcars and I was insured through Geico so this location made the most sense. I see now I didnt have anything to worry about and I had an incredible experience.My relatively new car (l had it less than 6 months) was hit by another car while parked in the city. The person broke my bumper and left the side of my car damaged. Thankfully Geico was a real partner in the process (I cant stop singing their praises, but that is another topic) helped me navigate the process and set me up with an appointment at this Darcars Collision Center. I got their bright and early and I worked with the adjustor Eli though the Geico Express Service drop off. He walked me through the process and explained what might be necessary (he would give me the full breakdown when he got it in the shop). He even assured me they would handle the repair and it would be like nothing ever happened (which I was fearful about reading the reviews here). I had a custom paint color and he talked me through how they would make the match. Honestly, even though I was really nervous Eli really put my mind at ease. It was right before the holidays and Eli was able to keep the process moving quickly so I could get my car back before the holiday break. I dropped it off on a Monday morning and picked it up on Wednesday afternoon. The car looked perfect and it was just like Eli said, it was like nothing happened.I cant say much about the customer service (as some folks mentioned in other reviews and calling to check on the car) since I worked through Geico to manage the process. They werent the friendliest people but I cant say much more than that. I was there as soon as they opened so it wasnt busy yet.Given how worried I was reading these other reviews I wanted to share this positive experience and hopefully ease other peoples worries. Also big thank you to Eli for making this process easy and for ensuring it all was done well.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR REPAIR! When I told the rental car guy who works in the building how awful Darcars is, he said yes he had heard that often and he wished he could tell people this when they walked in the door, but if he did, he would get fired. He said the number of people coming back to have Darcars fix their shoddy work was staggering.My own car was there for a week and they never once called me to let me know what was going on. I called and left MANY messages and never once had a return call. After a week and a half, I started calling again. Nothing. I finally had to go there and demand to get an update and wouldnt leave until I had one! What an ordeal! Then, after 2 1/2 weeks and demanding another update over the phone (because leaving a message goes nowhere), they told me parts were ordered and it would be a week and a half to fix. After three weeks, they said they would not fix and it was totaled. WHAT?! Thought they had parts on order?! These people are terrible!Then when I went to get my license plates, they had no idea where the car key was and the staff was arguing amongst themselves about this and numerous other things.The rental car people and insurance people in the building were great, despite Darcars. DARCARS IS AWFUL!

And the cost for repair will be more $12,000 They destroyed my truck and I have the photos from before and how is it now When the insurance told me that it was declared a complete loss, I tried to buy it, I bought it for $ 4000, but when I went to pick it up they didnt want to give it to me. The many that are in the front only told me to wait, wait for two hours and no answer was given and when I asked what happened, they only told me that the manager was busy and that you have 3 more clients when I arrived there was no one but they only attended the people who come for quotation, nobody cares to help meplease dont take your car here
The worst repair shop I will have to experience. My incident took place back in January. The shop hasnt still repaired the body of my car correctly. I still have to come back and forth for a simple body repair theyre not able to adjust. And its June now. Theyre not repairing the body of my car. Theyre still making me come repeatedly giving me false hope that theyre going to fix my car. Six month already went by without my car being repaired correctly. Im still wasting my time for a body repair theyre not able to do. I left them.
I took my Lexus here to fix damage to the roof/windshield. It took them over 7 weeks to fix! Any other shop would have taken 2-3 weeks max. During this time I called multiple times for updates on when it was going to be ready and they were very unresponsive/unprofessional. But that’s not the worst part. After it was finally done I was left with the remaining bill for the rental car I got. Because my auto insurance policy only covered 30 days of rental car coverage and it took 51 days to get fixed, I was stuck with a bill of several hundred dollars from Enterprise. Darcars made excuses that it was not their fault that it took so long (except it was) and the director refused to cover the remaining part of the rental car bill despite that being the right thing to do. Extremely disappointed about the whole experience.Please do yourself a favor and find another place to fix your car. You don’t deserve the headache of dealing with this shop.
Im not happy for them.First of all, they dont work on time. Then their work is careless. I dont think their work is in control. Finally, they try to return the car to the customer without making sure the job is done properly before returning it to the customer. They will never give a car on the day there. Even if they suddenly give up, the customer will return the car because of a problem.
I was apprehensive, but the Internet prices were the best around. My wife and I went in on a Monday evening with our Internet Price.Everything went very smooth. Salesperson and manager were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend Darcars and we will go back there for our next car.
Would never go to the collision center ever again - was recommended to go under my insurance company, this location they lack communication and are certified scam artist so dont waste your time! When your car is getting buffed in 6 different areas for a minor paint job there’s no reason the damage should be filed under several projected claims when they agreed to service the whole car- and a 3-5 day job turned into my vehicle being in this crappy shop for 2 weeks - never again - wish I had have read the reviews before going to this shop!

It might have took 25 days to get my car back, It was truly worth the wait and the Enterprise is connected with them, So as soon as you drop your car off. You can pick up a rental car in the same location
This had to be absolutely one of the worst experiences I have ever had.1. Had my car for about a month for front end damage. Parts not ordered, had to go to the dealership, didnt have to go the dealership. Etc2. Very poor communication.3. Not totally truthful at times.4. 1st person dealing with was incompetent. Then had to turn over to another guy that at least tried...5. The first time was suppose to pick the car up had a huge scratch on the back tail gate, done by them. Found out it was actually them.6. Then the next time went to pick the car up, looked had a long scratch on the door panel, done by them. This was an extra day.7. Told them my son was driving the car to Miami wanted it ready so I could at least drive it a couple days so that If any problems I could take it back. Didnt happen.8. He starts driving to Florida all the power steering fluid leaked out from the radiator fitting that they put the new Radiator on.9. Checked on it each week went back after one week the left the hood up in the weather for one week.10. They left the windows down in the dirty dusty shop dust was everywhere. They barely cleaned it up.I have to say I would never recommend nor ever take a vehicle of mine there. It is one clutter mess of a business.But looking at the work that was done it was outside appearance the work was not bad...Experience horrible!!!!The receptionist was the only reason I didnt loose my mind. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!TL:DR Terrible customer service, not responsive to phone calls, cannot finish vehicle in a timely fashion, your stuff might be stolen.If negative stars were possible, this place would have them. I brought my car here for a relatively minor bumper repair after a fender bender, and it was the worst choice for a body shop. The staff has no idea whats going on and does not keep you informed about the status of your vehicle. I called multiple times to get updates, and every time both the employee in charge of my car and the shop manager were not available to take my call and would call me back as soon as possible. After multiple phone calls over multiple hours/days, I finally had to to show up at the shop in person to get an update. The repair took far longer than it should have, and longer than promised when I dropped off the vehicle. To top it off, I had about $30 worth of change stolen out of the middle console (this is a closed console with a latched lid, not in plain sight, so whoever took it went looking). Save yourself the hassle, go somewhere else!

Lack of communication and poor customer service skills at this location. Dropped off my car on 11/9/2017 for a rear end collision and only received 1 phone call 3 days after the drop off date. I had to call on 12/13/2017 (Almost 1 month later) to get an update on my car. For the service advisor to tell me the delay in parts that is discontinued for a (2017 Model) the advisor also told me that they are very busy and that he had to wait for the tech to work on my car. Overall poor communication, updates, and no lack of compassion for the customer. I do not recommend this location for any services on your vehicles. Upper management (Lexus and Toyota Corporate offices) need to pay close attention to what is happening at this location.

They are one of the worst places to fix your car at. I brought my car (2017 Toyota 86) to them to fix the rear end and the trunk. They called me saying it is fixed. When I checked the car, I found that the trunk was not working (does not close), the tail light has paints on it, they forget to put the battery cover back and the trunk has water leak. I had to return the car for another day to fix the issue. Now, I found out the car is missing the trunk top cover too. They have very poor service skills and interest in working with customers. One of the worst experiences I have ever had.
This place doesnt even deserve a one star the service is horrible. i took my car to get it fixed and they scratched up the parts that they put on and they didnt even put the original bumper which later started coming off. i have been going back and forth for a while to have them change it to the original bumper and even that is taking forever its always hard to reach the person taking care of the process and mean while i have to drive around with a bumper that keeps coming off which i have to slap back on. you would rather get the parts yourself and fix your car even with zero experience i guarantee you’ll be more satisfied with your work than theirs. no matter what you do dont take your car here. for your own sake

I honestly dont know how I feel, but I can share my experience with DARCARS Volkswagen. This was the first time I purchased a car. I really have no complaints about the actual buying of the car. Only thing that was weird, when I had to fill out the survey about customer experience, the man was right over my shoulder practically begging me to mark everything perfect, when I was being honest about the time it to took complete things he wanted me to put the shortest time for everything.In brief of whats below, once you walk off the lot with you car, they dont give a SH*& about you being a customer wanting to check on things or get a confirmation that things are still being processed.My BIGGEST issues was the after when buying my car. I was told I would receive mail a couple weeks after my purchase that would prompt me on how to set up my payments. I never received anything, 3 weeks later. It took me 3 days to reach someone at the dealership ( I was transferred roughly 50 times) trying to go about it the right way. Finally I asked for a manger, and he was about to transfer me once again to someone that probably wouldnt pick up. Before I was transferred I stopped him and asked him to walk down himself and insure someone would pick up the phone. I ended up leaving my name and number for someone to call me back. Essentially I had to be pretty forceful and upset to let him know someone NEEDED to call me back. Someone called me back an hour later, with another number to call.I then also asked if I could make sure my license plates were being processed (I had read a review about there being an issue with that) was immediately transferred to someone that was suppose to check on that...go figure let the phone ring for 10 minutes and no one picked up. Finally called the manager back, and he said he it usually takes 40 days. Which I said I understood but would like it to be confirmed that they are being processed. Which as a paying customer, its the lease you go to for me.....
Can you believe that every time I called this place for an update on my car, they have the nerve to give me an attitude about it and continuously lie about giving me a call back about my car. CAR LITERALLY SAT THERE FOR A WEEK AND WAS NEVER LOOKED AT. do they actually work on the cars? makes you wonder......

Booked an appointment for today only to be told they can’t find me in the schedule. I waited a week after booking the appointment. Time wasted! They talk to you as if you’re begging them to take your business. Never going back to anything Dacars or affiliates. Second time encountering their unprofessional staffs.
I wish I can give them 0 star review. Worst place to have your car repaired. Been almost a month when they told me that it would take about 2 weeks. Eli is not the brightest of the bunch. Claims that his technician did not show up to work and cant pass it on to another technician. Very incompetent people. Never going back here for anything ever again.

With many vehicles purchased from Darcars I felt comfortable allowing Darcars Toyota Collision Center to repair my truck. Lets start out by saying I should have read the reviews first.1. From day one I was told the shop would send me up dates on the repair of my truck. In nearly a month never received one text or call.2. I was told by John he believed he can have my truck done. I called later that afternoon John was unavailable. Poor customer service.3. After 25 days and my insurance company fully paying them $11,000. I discovered a new dent in my door. After hearing no one is perfect the dent was repaired the following day. My cost for leaving my job will never be recovered.4. The next day I did receive a call. I left me job again to drive a hour in traffic to find two new scratches by the rear gate. Why not call me sharing what you found after removing the cap from my truck?5. I ask John to spray the areas with paint. He decided to paint the area with a brush which cheapens the service even more.Take it from me, this is the last place you want to bring a car too. Just read the reviews which speaks for itself. Further calls were not answered right away. I did receive a email to meet with someone from the shop the following week. He was too busy to speak to a customer.
BE AWARE Darcar collision they suck, I gave my car and paid full amount in cash and when I went to pick up my car the side which was damaged had defect, first off all they were not admitting it that they messed it up and guy was very rude very very rode later he agreed to take car back and after 2 days I went to pick my car same thing. Damaged side was defeated they did not change rare bumper and made old one look new. Today again went to pick my car same thing nothin fixed and a lot of new scratches on my car. Decided to take my car as it is and never go back to that place and will never recommend anyone.
Absolutely the worst auto repair I have ever had! I have had better service performed by the guy standing in front of Auto Zone, easily. Took truck in for oil change and alignment....not only did they mess my truck up, they did not do an alignment and left the bolt on the oil pan loose and charged me for alignment and refused to reimburse me for service not performed!. This place is a scam and the people are full of BS! I will never buy a vehicle from this place and will never ever have my vehicle serviced by any of their so called techs or dealerships. They DO NOT DO RIGHT BY THEIR CUSTOMERS! Be WARNED the service people try to take you just like the Car Salesmen!
Absolutely the worst I have ever visited. I bought my car from DarCars and I thought the collision center have the same level of customer care as DarCars. I was supposed to receive my car after 3 weeks; however, the guy is still telling me as if they are assessing the damages. He always promised to update me and he never did. I have to go there in person for an update.
Nothing terrible, but certainly nothing impressive, no effort to exceed expectations, not even a bit of customer service, unless you count the stale 9 day old coffee customer service. Just laziness everywhere. I have not had much luck with Toyota centers around here, recommend private mechanic.
Never going back to this place. I had originally gone there in 2016 when I had an accident because it is a Geico express center. I didn’t know anything about this place at the time and got nervous when I saw all of the negative reviews. Thankfully, they did a good job on my car. Fast forward to December, 2017..I was rear ended by someone. Since he had Geico, I decided to go back to this place because they did such a good job the previous time. BIG MISTAKE!The repairs took a little over a week. When I got my car back, everything looked alright. Within about a day or so, my engine light came on. I had no idea if it was a coincidence or actually related to the accident and repairs. I decided to take the car in to the dealer, just in case it wasn’t accident related and was something major that was still under warranty. I find out that it’s a minor issue..some wire problem that they say is definitely due to the fact that someone went in and messed with the wires (they had replaced a fan right by the battery). According to the dealer, someone had also left a tool inside my car. Are you kidding me???? Of course when I called the adjuster, he said I had to bring the car back in to the collision center to get it fixed. I was going on vacation at the time, so I had a family member drop it off for me and pick it back up.Fast forward to when I get back from vacation... the minute I get in my car, I notice something is off. First, my backup camera doesn’t work, and second, there is a light in the back that’s missing. Just a big hole where it used to be. I bring the car back in, second time AFTER repairs and they tried to say it wasn’t anything they did. Right, because the light would just disappear on it’s own and the camera would stop working. Anyway, they finally fixed both issues. But I had to bring the car back in TWICE. I can understand once, if an issue comes up that wasn’t detected initially. Twice is completely unacceptable. Whoever worked on my car clearly didn’t check their work to make sure everything was alright, very lazy and unprofessional. It’s pathetic.. and I ended up wasting my time dealing with issues that could have been easily avoided.
1 STAR.🙄☹️😖😤(Im a diesle mechanic at Penske.)After I received my car back, from this shop my insurance reccomended to me, and there was remaining damage from The NOT at fauly accident I was in. could feel the remaining issue, before I left the parking lot. Immediatly called back to get a follow-up inspection, they took down my info, said someone would call me back.TWO WEEKS LATER, still no response, turns out one of my struts exploded during the accident and the bump stop was destroyed and my car sat low on the left side. And the alignment they told me they did, ended up going bad the same day.The astetics of their work was clean. Paint, new bumper, new tire. Cant fault them there. However Im a mechanic, at Penske truck leasing and to me it seems they skipped over the hard part hoping I wouldnt notice till later. Im not saying thats the case but thats the only thing I can think of. Im Only a mechanic of 7 years, but as SOON as i took the tire off I was like oh absolutely not! How did they have my car for a week and not notice it as seasoned technicians? Especially how long they had the tire off ..They did notice. It was ignored. Anyone with half a brain could see the issue with no mechanical expertise period. .. Very upset.One to 2 weeks later, On my way home from work I hit a small, tiny, minimal pothole on 95, taking an exit. and being a mustang that sits low, my spring seat bushing was so busted my whole wheel turned 90 degrees to the right but my car kept going straight. and I almost ran into a jersey barrier, head on, at 60mph.(yes. You can imagine how scary it can be taking a thin exit, and your steering goes out?!?...) And it would have been my fault and it woulda totaled my car... Yet I paid my deductible and left my car at DCCC. and insurance would definitely blame me, had I hit that j barrier.So basically, I call that night. Leave a message. Explain that I had left 2 already. No response. Call, leave another message. No response. Went in to the shop...left a physical message.. guess what?! ... no response. At this point its been almost 2 months since I left with my car from Darcars collision center.. and being afraid of dying and ruining my car I fixed them myself. Cost me $450.00and two afternoons, because when I finally get through Im told its been too long since my accident to call for repairs... Geez wish you answered one of the other 9 calls maybe Ida made it on time?!.. . And had to pay for alignment again. I dont recommend this shop to anyone, based on my personal experience. And it, honestly is zero suprise to me, that their reviews are really poor.P.s. the techs and service staff, the one time i got to talk to them, carried themselves professionally. No fault there. Im a mechanic, whos salary is based on performance. so I understand how serious a bad review can affect you or your shop. But this negligence almost destroyed my car and could have seriously injured/killed myself or someone else,in addition to costing me the price of my deductable (500$). the total original repair cost was 1k. So I just paid full price for repairs and had to do half of it myself... So i have no choice but to right a terrible review. No my experience wont be everyones. Had body work done there and they stole money out of my change drawer. When I called to complain, the supervisor said ok. Didnt promise to look into it or apologize. Sad. My insurance company recommended this place,.

Worst place to repair your vehicle. Expect to wait for at least 60 min for every time you visit. Expect your repairs to be done poorly and take a week longer than the estimate. They will also laugh at you if you complain. I bought my Toyota SUV from Darcars so I took it here thinking Id get decent service. HUGE MISTAKE.
My car was kept for 12 days for maintenance and then I picked it up after its completed. It smells bad inside the car and I was just thinking bcs they kept it for a while in the shop. I drove it home and next morning when I open the car I saw mouse (rat) poop spread over the carpet and some bottles and papers were eaten and inside still smells bad first I thought it might be the mouse get in the car under the carpet and I tried to block every single holes which I think of might be an entrance. Then next day the same poop on the floor and the car still smells bad. I figured the mouse was entered the car while it was in darcars shop while they were working on the tail gate and leave it ooen overnight. Because it is 2013 toyota and I never have that issue before and it was disappointing. I thought dealers has clean and neat shop than other local shops. I regret taking my car to this place I will never go back again. I wouldnt recommend this shop unless want to get your car back with mouse in it.
If you go there for a 2 week repair expect it to take 30+ days. My wife went there with our Van, & it took them over 30 Days, they claimed reason for delay. It was an old Vehicle & the parts were hard to get.Now when I had to take my Leased Vehicle for repairs, I expected 30+ days. Guess what. I am now 30 days, & still counting for the return of my late model VW. So thank you Darcars, for saving me the money on the 30+ days of possible extra miles I would be paying for when I turn in my leased vehicle. Also, thank you Geico for using this pathetic place. Because you use them, you are providing me with a 30+ Day rental in a Vehicle I actually like better than the one undergoing the repairs.So if you want a quick repair, this is not the place.I guessed they would take there time, & I was right.So thanks Darcars. Your taking so long savies me purchasing Extra Lease miles when I turn in my vehicle.Thanks Geico for the extended Vehicle rental because you use Darcars.I can honestly say that this is the best no fault of mine Car accident Ive ever had. I dont pay a dime for the repairs or the rental, & I save money in the end on not purchasing 30+ days of extra miles on my leased Vehicle for when I turn it in. Yup, looks like a Win for me.
Omg. Let me say Im not a person to complain. But I am sitting here right now and the manager is too busy to see to his customers. On top of that, I just got my truck back and they are trying to tell me that it going to be two hours for something that should have been fixed in the first place. Totally unacceptable. But they do have a hand full of people that are nice. But I would not used them again. Hoping and praying my paint dont perl off.
This have to be the worst service that I have ever had. I took my car to get the bumper done after someone hit my car. Not even an year later my whole front bumper is peeling like crazy and I have been trying to get them to fix it for months now. Really wishing that I had not gotten a Lexus
I don’t really recommend this place don’t bring your car or truck there I bring my truck there to get fix but the are really cheat they are not professional when I when to pick up my truck the did a bad job instead fix my truck they scratched more and missing part and supposed to get a new back bumper and they installed a dent one please don’t bring your car there
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE... For starters I drop my car off for a minimal finder replacement on a Thursday. I received my vehicle the following Saturday over 1 week later. 2nd when I received my vehicle the work was subpar and the alignment of the fender was out of place. 3rd and FINAL straw, someone stole The quarters out of my holder(well over 15$ worth). Upper management resolution was a Car wash. This place is horrible and unprofessional along with non responsive. They have a HUGE sign in Red expressing remove all items from vehicle as we are not responsible.They steal quarters😂. Horrible experience/
Didnt properly perform repairs despite revisiting multiple times and later learned left many repairs incomplete since not in customers (our) view, including major safety concern of not repairing/replacing bumper properly.
