I was not able to rent a van as their clerk was not trained enough to rent me the van taht I booked earlier. Reservation doesnt mean a reservation. It is only good when they know how to rent out to the customer through their portal when the actual customer is in their shop to pickup. I wasted an hr their and the clert still was not able to find out how. MAy be good gor beer and wine but not rental.

Small-family operated liquor store with decent prices and very friendly staff. A selection of quality beers and many wines, including higher quality Kosher options that are better and less expensive than those you can find at the kosher supermarket next door. You can also rent a range of U-Haul trucks, which the employees are happy to help you with as soon as you walk in the door

I will go out of my way to purchase from this store because I’m very particular about how I’m treated by retailers. I’ve never had a bad experience there and have had great conversations with the owners.

Actually, I went to Shalom Kosher next to the beer and wine store. It was great.

High prices plus service fee to use a card. Service fee is well displayed so I cant say its unfair. Just not a place Ill go to unless of emergency.

A little pricey for their products but friendly staff. A great place to go if you are in a pinch or drink all you drinks and have to walk there.

Rented a u haul through them . Clean truck and smooth transaction

Went here for U-Haul due to location relative to what I was doing. The person running the store at the time that I returned the van tried to charge me for four times the mileage (100 vs. 25) on the van that I rented for a local move. Refused to consider that he made a mistake until I said that I was disputing the charge and prepared to walk out. Only then did he consider that maybe he made a mistake, when he realized that his blatant money grab was going to turn into a free U-Haul rental for me when the disputed charge went through. As it turned out, he did make a mistake, as he read the number of miles until the tank was empty vs. the number of miles on the van. He made this mistake because he was trying to multitask and not paying attention, explaining that he was also on the phone with his insurance company because someone hit his personal vehicle. Very unprofessional all around. Will definitely not go to this guy next time I need to rent a U-Haul.

If i could give 0 starts. I would.I shop here all the time.That lady who owns that place is rude and disrespectful. I came in to purchase some wine and she is sitting there on her phone, looking at me for about 5 minutes (at the register) not getting up to ring me up. I asked her if she works there. She gets up screaming saying that she is not lazy and she works really hard. I told her she needs to start doing her job and not sit there on her phone. I am sorry but that indian lady should not own a place at all or deal with any people whatsoever.Next time i will never buy from that place. Rude rudeeee. The only reason I come to this beer store is because its the closest store to me.The store is always hot and I dont think they turn on their refrigerators. If you do buy beer out of one of their refrigerators expect it to be warm.Their staff can barely run a cash register. Ive had several instances where Ive waited at the counter for a good 15 minutes while one of the cashiers tried to figure out how the cash register work. Bring cash to avoid any delays, they seem to understand how to do cash transactions.Sometimes I go in the store and theres nobody even at the counter, or the front door will be locked during normal business hours with a sign saying Be Back Soon in the window.Their beer selection is limited, but they do seem to have a good selection of wines.

Ive always found the service to be fast and friendly. This is my go to shop for beer. Ive also rented Uhauls from them a couple of times. The price is fair and the vehicles have always been in a great position.

Everthing about the truck was fine, the pick location was the problem. Kemp Mill Beer Wine and Deli. I would never have used them if I had seen reviews. They were a over a half hour later to open and our scheduled pick up time. When they did show the reasoning was that we might be late. When I informed them I would be contacting Budget he told me to go ahead, do you know how much money I make. I called Budget after the experience and were very sympathetic to the situation and would be looking into situation. Ill post as futher details become available.A move is highly stressful and the disrespect that was shown by the person working at this franchise just added to that. Budget themselves have been very helpful regarding the situation.
