From start to finish, we were thrilled. The price was in range with other contractors, but what really blew us away was the workmanship, attention to detail, and overall high quality of the work. We had both tile and hardwood installed through out entire first floor, and it was evident that the brother/sister team took great pride in all that they do. They worked in our house for three weeks or so, while our entire family of five was home. We felt safe because their masks were ALWAYS on (us too) and they were just really kind and respectful to our family and our space. I think our dog was ready to go home with them. I felt like their strategy to get all of the work done while minimizing the disruption in our home was pretty amazing. I also appreciated the suggestions that the owner, Ray, provided in terms of some other things we could consider. All in all, we could not have asked for a better experience, and Aria Remodeling has my highest recommendation.

The remodel with Aria flooring was quite disappointing. Tile work definitely is not their specialty. Some tiles had a ½” grout joint while others had absolutely no joint at all and were actually touching. The plumbing needs to be redone...actually the whole job needs to be redone. Not a good experience and definitely not one I’d recommend for anyone else.

We hired Aria to completely renovate our kitchen, which involved removal of walls, rerouting of water pipes and HVAC, completely gutting our kitchen and laundry room, and installing all new floors, cabinets, counter tops, backsplash, appliances, lighting, etc. They helped us design our new kitchen and select each element along the way. They were professional, on time, and stayed within our designated budget. When unexpected issues arose, they addressed them honestly and resolved them quickly. The work crew was exceptional, friendly and responsible. We will be hiring Aria again when we are ready to do our bathrooms!

Great experience with Ray, who advised us against LVP in a 3-season sunroom (where it would have buckled and warped quickly) and helped us find a cheaper, more durable solution of leveling and painting the concrete. That showed me he really cared about our long-term satisfaction, as we were all ready to pull the trigger on an LVP installation (which would have been more $ for them). They were able to get us on the schedule right away. The installation team was timely, polite, efficient, and great at checking in with me throughout the day. When the first layer of concrete leveler and paint dried with an uneven ridge, they stayed an extra day to do a second round of leveling/painting to get it looking better for us. Really happy with Aria Remodeling and the care they took on this relatively small project, and we would love to work with them in the future on larger home improvements.

We have hired Aria Remodeling to do three projects for us; a condo at Leisure World, a townhouse in Fredericksburg, VA and most recently our basement. All three projects have been done at a reasonable cost with excellent worksmanship in a timely manner. Ray and his various teams did an amazing job on all three projects. The townhouse (which had been rented) was a total mess. Ray and his crew made it look so fantastic that it had two contracts on it within three hours of going on the market. Ray also gave us excellent advice on our basement project, advising us against spending a great deal more money as it would not accomplish what we were looking for. He saved us about $5K and we love the finished product! We recommend this company for any project you have in mind, it will be done well and will cost you less than other contractors in this area.

My wife and I bought an old home knowing we would need to do A LOT of work. We interviewed and researched dozens of companies before finally selecting Aria Remodeling. We gutted our home down to the studs... and even had to replace some of those studs. The anxiety we had when remodeling an entire home was overwhelming. Aria proved to be as good as they said they were. Our friends still can’t believe the low cost of all the quality work that was accomplished. Aria was referred to me by a friend who used them before and was happy. I ended up doing a full renovation of my condo which included complete remodeling of kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, lighting and doors etc. going into this I was worried about how could I possibly make all selections and not make a mistake. From start to finish, Aria gave us our dream bathroom renovation. Working with Ray was smooth, easy, and friendly. Leading up to the major renovation did take some time, as Ray is meticulous, careful, and takes every tiny detail into consideration. He gave suggestions and professional opinions while trying to keep our original vision in mind. During the actual renovation we could not have asked for a better group of men to be at our house for several weeks. Marvin and his team were outstanding, polite, informative, and did amazing work. They were like having extended family staying with us, and they even took time to talk to our children and generally show an interest in being there. They asked us questions and gave us ideas or suggestions for appropriate changes as they worked. We felt informed and a part of the entire process. Ray was more than flexible for making changes and additions to our original contract. He worked with us for pricing and options to make sure we stayed within our budget. We are more than happy with our final result and plan to use Aria for several other future renovations and construction improvements on our home.

Great to have a place like this locally. Ray is knowledgeable and honest, and has a great way of talking you out of bad decisions without making you feel foolish. :) Ray even gave me an unsolicited and unexpected discount on the selected tile as it was discontinued, which was a nice surprise. Shay that works in the office is great too; super friendly. The crew that was dispatched showed up precisely on time, worked very quickly, but didnt cut corners. I had my foyer retiled and because of previously poor work, the new underlayment meant my door wouldnt close properly. They removed the door and shaved a bit off, even adjusting my brass kick plate to match. When replacing the quarter round trim, the even added some that wasnt previously there (matched the stain of the wood stairs) so the job looked complete. They also noticed that my threshold was a little wonky and they sunk in new screws into the concrete for me. All of this was done as part of the original job with no complaints or concerns. I would recommend and hope to be working with him again on future projects.

We did a whole house renovation from floor to ceiling with three new bathrooms, and a new kitchen including all new fixtures, new floors, new cabinets, and new appliances. .50 year old oak floors were refinished to like new condition. New carpeting was installed. The entire interior of the house was repainted.Ray Ansari, the owner, redesigned the kitchen, dining and living area by shifting and moving walls to create a very contemporary, stylish and open floor plan. His design suggestions and material selections along with his color scheme recommendations were tremendously helpful.All of this was completed ahead of schedule and with a high degree of professionalism. If you’re looking for a used car salesman like flooring/remodeling company that’s all talk and poor quality of work then Ray and Aria is the company that you’re looking for. Unfortunately we fell for the act and had to have all of their tile work completely redone.

Ray took my 1965 home and made it look like a 2020 home...all without taking out a 2nd mortgage. He opened up the compartmentalized kitchen/dining/living rooms and re-did the kitchen. He completely re-did the master bath, and moved a few walls around to make a real master BR while preserving the original 3 bedrooms.I recommend Ray to anyone. Hes local, reasonably priced, clean and on-time with his commitments .

I recently had my bathroom renovated due to a water leak. Ray was very timely receptive and courteous and provided a large list of options. His team performed excellent tile work to modernize our bathroom. Two minor problems came up, one involving the installation of my new shower door and one involving tiny cracks in the grout. His team came and corrected it immediately upon being notified. Its obvious his team takes pride in their work.

While I did not do any business with this store, I found the gentleman (Ray) very welcoming. The lady was also very attentive. The store is very clean, well laid out in style, organized and the kind of place you would like to look around, browse and consider doing business with because of their courteous and polite customer service. I was inspired to return to see what business I can do with this welcoming team.

I don’t know how these guys have a license to do any kind of construction work.Their painting was poor, the drywall and tile work was very disappointing. I’d do it myself before hiring Aria again and I would never ever recommend them.
