When has giant ever failed? There was a grand opening, music and everything on this visit. It was the most entertaining shopping experience Ive ever had. Big wigs were walking around making sure people were satisfied and I was. THANK YOU GIANT. YOU COMPLETELY DELIVERED!

I scheduled a delivery for 8-10pm, expecting to be home tonight shortly before 8. I got a call at 7:20 stating that the driver was at our house and that if we were not there, we would have to reschedule for a different day. They would not wait the 15 minutes it would have taken for us to get home (still well before the delivery window). While I understand that they wanted to get the drivers off the roads, we had no other communication - phone call, text, etc. - telling us that they were coming early, or we would have been able to be home sooner. We had problems in the past with Peapod delivery and though that they may have improved after a few years, but I will certainly not bother with Peapod again.

This place is okay. Location is alright but I dont like the fact that you have to pay for bags in this location and not in other location. Had I known this fact, I wouldnt have shopped here. I dont like paying for things I can get free elsewhere so I wont return.
