The food products Ive bought here have all been of high quality; the customer service of 98% of the staff has been responsive, even solicitous. When I couldnt find my borrowed car in the dark, a staff member came out and found it for me. (In darkness, some shades of blue car paint may appear to be silver.)The prices are not low; therefore I dont buy items there that I can just as easily get in a lower-priced store.Although other reviewers have mentioned a problem with parking, I have never had any difficulty with it.

Whole Foods is a GREAT store! You can find everything you need in one store! Whole Foods is very clean,organized and always have everything stocked. I went to buy fruits and marble cake today and everything was just fresh and clean. The staff were friendly and asked me did I need help with anything. The store had a great atmosphere and I was pleased with how everything tuned out!

Love the hot bar! Strawberry shortcake never misses and my Dr. Bronners soap! Always clean and orderly.

Clean and very organized vs other stores that I have been in. I appreciate the help that the people that worked there also gave to me. Very cautious and again a good clean environment to shop in. Was very well pleased. I will definitely make sure this is my new go to store when I am in the area. Oh and the bathrooms were also super clean.

This is a review that is long overdue. This is my go-to place for buying a birthday cake, and the folks at the bakery/cake section have helped us over the years to write a birthday message on the cake - in Chinese characters! This is certainly not an easy task and quite a big challenge to draw out characters: 生日快樂 which means Happy Birthday in Chinese. Our family members were both surprised and excited to see the messages written in their language. Thank you for making our special events filled with this special memory. We are truly grateful for your service!

Staff here are super friendly!Yesterday was the first time we got here. We accidentally arrived in the door which is not open for custumers. However, the staff inside let us in when I was about to go to another door, saying I dont want u to go to another door in such hot day. The quality of the food is unmatched by any other grocery store in my area. The people who work there always go above and beyond to help us. They treat us like family and you can’t ask for more than that!

WFM is the only game in town for certain specialty products. Excellent selection of cheeses, seafood, meats, produce. Prices are reasonable especially when shopping the store brand or sale items.

Its a place where you can exchange cash for goods. Its a great concept and I think it has a future.

Below part for a Whole Foods.Does good business in the area because a lot of people in Silver Spring are obsessed with seeming bourgeois, but poor compared to other Whole Foods. Tons of items out past expiration dates.Very few of the workers at this Whole Foods could work at other locations. Minor league.

The lady at the deli counter (Melba) was extremely rude. I asked for a pound thin sliced turkey, and she refused to cut it thin. When I ask that she give what I asked for she made a face. I asked for a manager and she laughed out loud. Will never buy anything from that deli. Horrible customer service and they know nothing about cutting meat.

Great place to shop, albeit pricey and it can be hard to park, especially during peak times.

We were enamored by the beauty of this location. The A/C was so called for because today is a hot. I always love how clean Whole Foods locations are every time I visit them. She still managed to give us a smile and friendly demeanor after dealing with the heavy traffic flow and after being on her feet for 6 hours. The next closest Whole Foods to here is in DC, so thats why this location stays busy all day. The lady at the checkout counter told us about Wegmans, which is a cheaper alternative when Whole Foods isnt an option. That was thoughtful of her to give us that info because it definitely wasnt required of her to do so.Im excited about to have a slice of this delicious looking Mango Mousse Cake later on tonight. I wish I could comment on it now, but then we would have a very unhappy birthday girl!

This photo is typical. It’s a Saturday afternoon, around 2 PM. The store is jammed. There are 20-plus people in the Express line. And only 3 out of 10 registers are open.Going to customer service is of no help. They just shrug their shoulders and say “we don’t have any more cashiers”.It is my hope that the management learns to prepare more for busy times. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and the food, especially the food bar, is fresh.10/20 — in order to accommodate their new deliver system, the store has taken away seating. They’ve removed at least 20 seats. Finding a seat, let alone a table, is next to impossible.

Love love this place but some of the people work here I wish they can be trained.

The pizza topping is getting better but the dough is under cooked and is way too thin, thinner than a paper towel that the toppings slides off. This has been going on for over two years.They need the Rockville location, executive blvd to train them. Miss Rita, one of my favorite employees, makes the best pizza.

This is one of the best managed Whole Foods in the DMV. They always have a display full of fresh strawberries right at the front priced well below what youll pay at Safeway. The parking lot gets a little crazy at peak hours so I try to go early in the morning.

Whole Foods has excellent curbside service and a good selection of merchandise for online ordering. They track your progress getting to the store (enter going North on Colesville Rd) and they meet your car and load your trunk almost before you are fully stopped. Unfortunately they are downtown Silver Spring and at the far edge of my shopping radius.

Good Products. Can find almost everything you need and very vegan friendly. With all that being said I must say this “ DONOT BUY THEIR ORGANIC AVOCADO “ it’s a scam and not actually “organic”. Avocado is one of my favorite food as a vegan and I eat atleast 1 a day. Wholefood organic Avacado is false advertisement and I’ve almost never had a good experience with it as a daily customer. Might as well all be Lable GMO Avocado. Besides that wholefood is decent

The worst Whole Foods location. Impossible to get parking in their lot. Their entry from Wayne Avenue is horrible, the slope to enter and exit is brutal. Even high SUVs scrape badly. My sedans bumper scraped entering slowly and broke in half. Some amateur definitely designed this parking lot and plot. the worst.

Great in terms of what they have in stock, but just mentally prepare yourself for the volume of people since it’s the whole foods for everyone in the area. That parking lot mess, long line, and crowded aisle trifecta be having my anxiety through the roof. But also I refuse to get my sourdough and weird vegan stuff from anywhere else lol. I’ve had another whole food’s sourdough and honestly it was trash in comparison to this location! Also do yourself a favor and try plant burger (available on uber eats too)

This is the best WFM in Montgomery county

Very often out of common items like salad bags, frozen burritos, pizza sauce, canned corn. etc. Other Whole Foods don’t run out of stock like this one.

Super spacious location, great selection of groceries and even the PLNT burger restaurant, oh. That place is amazing! Just Check the location out and please know this is one of the coolest stores ever.

Terrible. The window washer staff spilled a bunch of soap on my belongings, food and all. And, this was done intentionally, as a woman sat there, watched, laughed and took off. Insane. On top of that, a guy that I asked for a water, strolls by and takes the one that I selected and put it back on the shelf, intentionally.

Still pretty expensive, but great food.

I am rating this a 2/5 because most of the food in the food court was very cold but the mac n cheese was bussin bussin.

Good place to find a wide variety of foods. The produce is very fresh and so are the meats and fish. Also the restroom is always clean.

They sold me an expired fruit cake on 06/24/2018 at 3:01 pm. After I realize that it is expired I go back to their store for your surprise I also found another one on their shelf. They exchange it by the new one but my concern is not about my money back it is about the community. I found their bakery department careless!!!

Whole foods is one of the larger organic super markets with a huge deli with also fresh sea foods amazon prime customers get discounts

I really enjoy Whole Foods selections. Its just kind of a hassle though right now waiting in line to get into the store. Prices are high every where so I guess I shouldnt complain about Whole Foods higher price tags than other stores and because of the higher quality of their products.

I like their pastrys most.All products and services are beyond Whole foods market standard.

By far thee worst Whole Foods Ive visited. I just visited only to be turned away at the main door and directed to the other door. When I got to the door, I I saw a long line. NEVER have I had to wait in line at any other location to get in a store. I will never shop at this non alcohol selling pretentious location again.

Very nice staff at the meat counter. Excellent homemade sausage made in-house.Sushi prices have increased so much we never buy it anymore. Sushi staff is very nice though. Sandwich, pizza, deli counter has good options for healthier fast food. Employees here are friendly too.Customer service employees are professional, kind and caring. As are all of the employees here from bakery to meat to seafood and cashiers. Very professional, caring and friendly staff.Parking is a nightmare. Friday-Sunday trying to park is blood pressure stimulating.

I regularly shop at the downtown Silver Spring store. Prices are a bit high here compared to some other stores. But other then that I love it.

Produce is still good, but the bakery has declined in quality since Amazon purchased the franchise.What happened to the checkerboard cookies?? Baguettes are better than Giant’s, but quality not the same as it used to be. Prime membership is pretty much useless.

The location is great and he redesign seems to suit it well. I usually will buy my frozen fruits and veggies here as well as vegan food since the selection is great. The hot food bar is a little expensive but usually the food is pretty good... usually. I can’t really say anything bad about this location

You all need to clean that womens restroom. How I go to Safeway in Silver Spring and it was spotless and come to Whole foods and its really dirty . With the virus out here it needs to be clean more .

I like the selection here but the prices are high. The Safeway down the street has produce that seems to be as good at better prices. I do like their ready-to-eat items, especially the baked goods, and the cheese selection.

Whole Foods is always good, their hot food bar probably needs a little revamp but for the most part everything is fresh and food is low on salt. I regularly eat breakfast at the downtown Silver Spring store where they have the plates where you can divide, and control, size portions. They have great sweets freshly made!

Ive been using Whole Foods for years now. This one is quite nice.

Just know youre shopping at a higher price but I genuinely prefer getting my fruits and vegetables at Whole Foods. They look healthier and fresh. The fish is also good but very expensive. Cranberry and Blueberry muffins are very good.
