Newcastle is an amazing auto body shop! Ive taken my vehicle here twice and they did a perfect job, never would have known there was any damage. Friends and family have also gone here and had good experiences. Eddie is an awesome guy and very helpful, and the whole team there is nice and top notch. Easily over five stars!! I recently had my truck painted. It was a tough decision because of the cost and the age of the truck. I read reviews and got several quotes. I liked the friendliness of the guys here - all of them!. The price was competitive, and I felt comfortable with them. I took a quick tour of the shop and it was new and very clean! My friend told me they did his car and it looked better than new - not sure I really believed him. When I got it back I saw he was not exaggerating! The truck never looked this good. It is stunning!! Take a look for yourself. Do yourself a favor and take your car here. You will not be disappointed!

My office is local to the business and I decided to get some items worked out on the body that have been there for years. Brought it over on a Friday for an estimate, dropped it off the following Monday and it was complete by Wednesday afternoon (picked up Thurs. morning) And WOW, the repairs were excellent, the road rash on the front bumper completely gone. Dent in the back bumper where a tail hitch from another vehicle had impacted, no trace. Some scraping about a foot and a half long in total on the rear passenger wheel well from a small garage wall, gone. Everything is smooth like it just rolled off the lot when I purchased it it 2013. Worked with Eddie who was professional and was able to get me a great deal on the work.Will definitely be doing any future work here and recommending anyone looking for work to get done here, can not recommend enough.

I took my 2016 Corolla to Newcastle and they did a fantastic job. I had damage to my front bumper and was afraid it might need to be replaced. Eddie took a good look and said we can fix this without replacing the whole bumper. He gave me a great price and I am very pleased with the work.

I recently got into a bad car accident. My friend recommended that I take my car to Newcastle. When I filed my claim, I explained that I wanted to take my car to Newcastle the agent insisted that I take my car to their preferred body shop. When I went for an estimate Eddie explained to me that I can take my car wherever I felt comfortable. I called my insurance and told them that I was going to leave my car at Newcastle for repairs. Eddie took care of everything with my insurance after that so I wasnt apart of the hassle. I must say that he did an AMAZING job. They are super friendly and take care of their customers. I went to Newcastle for the first time yesterday. I had a simple issue; the mechanism that raises and lowers my window had broken, and needed to be replaced. So I thought Id shop the price by phone. Ford told me my repair would be $480. I called Newcastle and spoke with Cosmo. He told me that he could do it for $180 out the door, and if I brought my car in at the precise time he recommended, he said hed get me in and out very quickly while I waited. I was a little skeptical, but that is exactly what happened. I got there, they retrieved the mechanism just delivered from Ford, and got me in and out in under 45 minutes from the time I first got there.Conclusion: I would definitely bring my vehicle to them again if I had an issue.

I have never written a review in my life but was so happy with the service i got from newcastle i had to write one. I had some body damage on my s.s. silverado not only did they do an exellent job and make it look brand new agin they did it pretty quickly and made sure the insurance company paid for all the damage. They also fixed a few other minor things at cost. They even got me the parts with their discount so it was litterally cheaper to have them fix those few things(doorhandle,front grille,tailgate moulding) than it would have been to do it myself. I have had some very bad experiences with auto body shops before so I am so happy to have found a good body shop i just had to write this. I will not go anywhere else. And those bad places are Tapo auto body and Next auto body they are both horrible and actually did damage to my truck. Any one asks me and i will tell them Newcastle is the place to go.
