Ive been a Sparkletts customer for years and never had a problem until in the last month theyve missed 3 scheduled deliveries. I called the 1-800 number and they told me I was not allowed to speak directly with the local outlet in Simi. They said they would email (NOT call) the local store, and that the local store manager would then call me. IT NEVER HAPPENED. Im ready to switch to another home water delivery service.
Ive had 4 rescheduled deliveries not take place and Im amazed that Sparkletts regional/national management cant get in front of the issues causing the delays. Extra long wait times calling the customer service call center. Management needs to step up, this is a large company letting people down and you have to be losing a ton of customers.
This company has not filled my order for over 3 and half weeks. And they never notified me there was any kind of problem. Just stopped showing up. And still want to charge me rental on a water dispenser without delivering any water.
Missed 4 scheduled deliveries.
The Sparkletts truck comes ripping through my neighborhood as if he is delivering water out of a corvette Zo6. Its really dangerous, as we live on a windy road and the speed limit is 15 mph through here. You will get your water in a timely manner, but a child or two may be sacrificed in the process. Please slow down.
