My IPhone 11 Pro Max had a hard fall on the asphalt and it shut down completely. I had many (as in around 18,000) photos of my two children on there from when they were born to present day. I was so upset as I thought there was no way I would ever get those pictures back. I had even gone to another cell phone repair shop in town and they had given me no hope. I then decided I would go to CPR to see if there was anyway at all that they may be able to get my phone turned on so they could restore all my photos to my new phone and sure enough they were able to do so! Not only did they restore all of my photos, they were able to retrieve everything off my old phone to transfer to my new phone as if nothing had happened! The employees were the absolute best and so very helpful! I HIGHLY recommend using them!

Super fast fix. I expected to have to leave my iPhone 11 Pro all day but it was ready in an hour and half. Had to get 2 out of 3 cameras and lenses repaired. I brought some camera lens protectors and they put them on for me. I bought this phone because of the camera quality so it is nice to have it back. Great price and sooooo much cheaper than a new phone!

I am very impressed with the quality of service and communication from CPR. They replaced the battery for my MacBook the same day. The other repair shops wanted me to leave it for a week. I would send my friends and family to their store for all of their repair needs.

Couldnt ask for anything more! Top notch service! I made an appointment to have my broken iphone glass replaced, which was 30 mins from the time I called. They explained all my options very clearly over the phone. I went to the store and there was a line when I got there, however they honored their appointment time. They took my phone and told me it would be fixed in 30 mins. I was like, um ok. Dropped it off, came back in 30 mins and it was like brand new. Oh, and cheaper than the other places I checked also. Highly recommend!!

Very helpful. Had an issue with my charging port which we exhausted all issues to try to fix it. Despite the issue with my phone, I would go here if I have any more tech issues.

Service was great, very quick for a screen replacement (bout 35 mins). Result was great. Not sure about the quality of parts though, some areas of my screen were very sensitive afterwards while others less responsive. Doesnt matter much to me since I traded in my phone right after, but I wouldnt have been able to continue using my phone for much longer that way

I have an Ipad 6th generation that had a cracked screen. As in the other reviews I read here, these guys took my Ipad and had it done later that day. I brought it home and I think I had an app I had just downloaded that caused a strange power cycle so they told me to bring it back. They pulled it open again and found no issues with it, ran a good several hour diagnostic test on it and assured me it was working fine. Which it was, and is.I cant thank them enough for not only doing great work on the ipad but when I had an issue that was definitely pilot error, (my fault), they took more time out their schedule to chase it down.GREAT service. Fast and thorough. I will definitely use them again. Hopefully not too soon though!ROUND 2-I had 3 older iPhones that needed to be looked at and again, they came through with great service. 1 cracked screen was fixed that day and they looked at the older iPhone 6s to see if they could be salvaged. Got one going and the last one just wouldn’t come back to life. They spent a good amount of time trying.This repair store is incredible. I highly recommend them.

I dropped off my phone around 11:30ish and was told it would be done by 2pm. This was perfect as I had a doctor appointment. Once I was out of my appointment I made my way back to the store, I got there earlier than 2 thinking it would not be ready but to my pleasant surprise, it was read. My experience was very good. The representative was very friendly and helpful. I needed the top screen replace and he managed to put it on perfect. In my past visits the screen isnt or does not have a right fit making it very difficult to text because the letters on the edge such as p l o and 0 have to be pressed so hard that the phone slips out of my hand causing the screen to crack. Everyone that works here is amazing. I have the privilege of having children that enjoy breaking every smart device I own. They have worked with me and fixed everything that I have taken to them. They are nice, to the point and they actually enjoy their job and helping people fix their devices. I send everyone here and I will always send them here. I had a new battery put in an I-Pad. When I called to ask about the service I asked about what kind of battery they used. I didn’t get a straight answer. That should have told me not to have them replace the battery. The cost was about a third the cost of a new I-Pad, $129 which seemed ok since other then the battery the I-Pad was fine. I have two I-Pads. My second I-Pad is older and has the original battery. The battery life of the replacement is less then half that of the old I-Pad. For the cost I expected a battery equivalent to the original. I didn’t get that. Yes the people are nice and good to work with, just don’t have them replace a battery. Well it turns out that they really do have a good warranty as well as great customer support. They corrected the problem without a question. Their after sales service is fantastic.

CPR on first street in Simi was great. I was in and out in minutes and they more than honored my warranty, I received an upgrade because my replacement type was out of stock.

Been here 2 times first time they replaced screen but couldnt repair phone (fell off a car and then got ran over by another car) they just charged me for screen (more then fair). Second time they told me it would be 2 hours to put a new screen on my S8 plus ....45 minutes later phone was finished. Great service polite and friendly. Plus they give you lifetime warranty - which other places doesnt do. Highly recommend

Definitely the cheapest place around to get a repair, but after telling me my glass will be in in 5 days, they forgot to call to let me know they werent even able to get the part, I wish I spent the extra $70 and didnt wait a week without my work phone to be told they cant help

Sam tried multiple things to make sure that my phone got fixed and even after spending lots of time trying to figure out the problem was willing to let me go free of charge if nothing worked. He ended up fixing the problem! He replaced my battery and charging port for only $97!! Such a nice guy who knows what hes talking about.

Feel like put bad food into your mouth. When I drop the phone for battery issue, they told me the replace the battery will fix the issue, and it is under their warranty ( I replaced the battery a month ago). This is great! however, when I went to pick up my phone, they told me that my touch screen does not work. It was working when I dropped it off. so I have to pay even more for them to fix the touch screen issue. This tasted like a bad food in my mouth, and I have to swallow it.

My phone fell this morning and I couldnt see anything on it anymore. I called to get a quote and was relieved to hear it was most likely just the screen that had to be fixed. Went in and in under 30 minutes my phone was looking like new! Quick and friendly service.

Glass replaced in an hour or so. Works as advertised. Hopefully I won’t need to come back to do this work again. But I probably will.

DO NOT GO HERE. Brought my iphone in for a screen. They checked the charging port for “free”. They said it needed a charging port and would only take a half hour to do. After having it for 2 days and was told they got a “defective” batch of ports I had them put the old one back in. And it no longer worked.Took it to apple and the said the motherboard was broken. I had to buy a new phone. Turns out most places don’t want to do them because of thisWent back and they said it worked when I left and there was nothing they would do.
