Always love going to DQ. They accommodate special requests. Could use a few healthy choice items like low/ no sugar, etc...Also could use some outdoor seating nearby.

Worst one everr been to. No seating inside or outside. Soft serve did not taste like other stores. Counter guy was nice. I frequent Dairy Queen wherever I go and this one bottom of my experiences.

We drove 10 miles to try the newly advertised peanut butter special, only to be told they didnt have the ingredients to make them. Very disappointing to say the least 😕. Asked for a butterscotch shake instead and a peanut butter parfait for spouse. The shake didnt taste like butterscotch at all. I think you lost two life long customers.

Quick service delicious blizzards. Wish they scanned the Dq app for bonus points but oh well.

In the past I had never been disappointed until now, I had ordered some chicken and a blizzard. The chicken was still frozen when they gave it to me and the blizzard was all melted. I personally do not reccomend

Cant go wrong with this place. The ONLY ice cream spot I enjoy because it has not changed! I have been to some fancy shmancy ice cream spots, but they are either too focused on their decor that their product isnt good quality, or their ice cream is just toooo sweet! Yes - I know I love ice cream, but it has to be just the right sweetness, and Dairy Queen is what hits the sweet spot just right ;)My personal favorite is a Georgia Mud Fudge Blizzard. Its not on the menu, but it is the perfect blend of all my faves. Brownie bits to add chewy texture, pecans to offset the brownies with a little crunch. I could demolish a large one every day ... omg, my husband saw me writing this review and now he wants a blizzard! Lol - I aint saying no!

The treat was excellent and fixed quickly, so I could pick my mom at the chase and enjoy a treat while waiting. Crew was excellent.

There was a bit of a line, but it was worth it. Ice cream was delicious, and it wasn’t as expensive as I thought a ice cream specialty shop would be! A local gem, easy walk from our hotel, the Hampton Inn.

Wow, just had a very good experience at the first ever Dairy Queen, right here in our backyard of Simi Valley. You can feel the history through the black and white photos on the wall and vintage ceiling fans which obviously haven’t been changed since opening day. The rustic atmosphere really sold the original Dairy Queen experience. I thought the visit couldn’t get any better until our waiter flipped over our ice cream and defied all laws of gravity, a feature only given at the original Dairy Queen. I will definitely be returning to the original Dairy Queen in the future.

Its dairy queen. Better than nothing. But I will say its missing that midwesten vibe Im used too. Californians are missing out on fast food thats Better than Burger 🤴. By far.

There was only one young man working the day we came in. But he was able to handle our orders as well as the 8 people that came in after me without acting stressed or sacrificing customer service. The venue itself is rather small. Only 2 4-person tables and 3 2-person tables. But the ice cream was good. Our blizzards were made perfectly. The kids cant wait to go back.

Only giving 1 star because I have to. This DQ always closes early, Saturday night at 9:30 closed...google maps says 10..this is not the first time either. Been there at 8:40 for a 9:00 close...guess?? Closed. Another time they were open but they’re already cleaned the machine so no ice cream an hour before close and another time was told they were out of ice cream altogether. I love DQ blizzards and there’s not many around here but for all the times I’ve gone there just to be disappointed, I’d recommend going ANYWHERE else for ANYTHING else, you probably wouldn’t get anything here anyway.

Its a bit lonely but no line no wait. When you order a blizzard, they actually give you the blizzard upside down. They do your order pretty quick and are nice. The place is clean too. Would recommend coming g here.

I dont often have access to dairy queens. But this year Ive had them 6 times while traveling through 5 different locations and 3 states. And... Ill be damned. They are really tasty. The chicken strips and burgers are pretty good. The additional bread is a foreign concept but not a bad thing.

Terrible. If I could give minus stars I would. We ordered Blizzards and they were milk shakes!! What was really bad was I ordered a Reese’s and she made a butterfinger and tried to give us that because they ‘forgot’ they ran out of Reese’s when we ordered and paid. Then I guess they were angry because I wouldn’t accept the wrong one they mixed. I said I don’t like butterfinger but picked another flavor. They made it so runny they couldn’t turn it over. I threw it out! We won’t go back! It’s a wonder they even have 3 stars.

Tried pulled pork sandwiche. Combo, it was dry and tasteless, the chips had June (this was in Aug) the truffle blizzard was delicious. Wont order anything except ice-cream from now on. Seems like they only have microwave there.

This Dairy Queen and Orange Julius was out of Orange Julius mix... The staff of high school students with no adult supervision seemed underprepared and overwhelmed by the modest number of customers. Someone help these kids!!

Terrible experience cashier was rude chips were past expiration date and she tried to tell me they were just delivered today and then tried to say the date was the date they were made. She seemed as if she was Indian or from India or somewhere in middle east. The chicken sandwich had three small pieces of chicken in it each was smaller than a fishstick
