Ive been usingTri Valley rentals for 20 years, always for tables and chairs.Last week I had a last minute linen rental, which luckily they had available. THEN on Saturday morning we had to add an extra table, so I called Tri Valley hoping they might have one, they did not. Terri was compassionate of my situation and had some helpful suggestions but not what I envisioned.Five minutes later, she called back and had another option, I told her I was calling around to see if I could find one. Then she called back a couple minutes later to say I could use the one she had on display (which I remember seeing with a bunch of items in it) if I couldnt find one. How sweet is that?!Terri was so sweet and so concerned that I was able to make my vision happen.I was taken aback that on a busy Saturday morning, she took the time to try to help me. Truly exceptional service.

Save yourself the trouble and call Party Pros first. I called to reserve some rentals with Tri Valley and they would not take my order over the phone only in person. There was no way I could make it into the store due to my work schedule and their hours. I tried to explain to them this dilemma and offered to provide via email or fax whatever documentary they needed for legitimacy. The gentleman was short and extremely unsympathetic. Clearly, my business wasnt that important. Fortunately, I found Party Pros. They were amazing and even cheaper.
