I took my Porsche 997 there and Steve was patient with me while I supplied initially the wrong part. His paint work was a perfect match on a 15 year old car and keep in mind the bumper cover is plastic while the car is steel so not an easy job. Want attention to detail at the right price ? I had my first insurance paid experience with Tri City Coach recently. Since the other drivers insurance was paying, I could pick any shop I wanted. I took my truck to Tri City and they took care of everything. They sent the estimate to the insurance company, got approval and had the parts ready when I left the truck while I was traveling out of town. I returned home, picked up my keys and drove out with a new looking truck. The paint match and detail work is perfect. Tri City will sure get my business in the future.

Brought my 2013 Volvo C30 in to have the front end painted. Stevie was very friendly, fair with his pricing, and very easy to work with! What a great experience! My truck was victim to a parking lot hit and run. The chevy dealership referred me to Tri City Coach for the repairs, while speaking highly of the companys quality workmanship, curticy, and use of OEM parts. I have adaptive equipment which enables me to drive. Tri City Coach understood the hardship, was familiar with my equipment, and could properly service my vehicle. They understood that I was unable to get a rental due to the limited inventory of modified vehicles with hand controls in the region. Tri City Coach scheduled the repairs to be expedited and completed on the same day. I was impressed with the speed and quality of workmanship. I would give more than than five stars, the company has earned it, and my respect. I wish them well.

I was notified throughout the entire process of my repair and wasnt met with any ridiculous delays or unexpected changes in price like I have every other time Ive had body/collision work done in the past at other shops.
