So many interesting inexpensive products to try. I went for 5 specificitems and there were three of them at my local store. The website looks easy to use for the others.
Horrible customer service. Unbelievably rude. NOT STOCKED, Prices are not on items, when you ask how much something is the girl just says I dont know Id have to look it up then goes back to ignoring you. Id recommend going somewhere else.

I understand they’re low on product right now, but I asked a couple simple questions and the girl was clueless - thennnnn I get home and noticed the color I bought was 100% in the wrong spot and i just didn’t notice the box number so I try to politely bring it back the next day and 2 different girls were up front and RUDELY told me sales are final. Not to mention I tried bringing it back last night but their hours were posted wrong. I have shopped at sally stores alllll over the country, literally, and I’ve never had experiences like I do with this one. I will go out of my way to travel further away for a different one from now on.
I have never been to Sally’s I went to get my mom something and they new exactly what I was talking about without me even knowing what it was and they were supper polite and helped me in every way they could love this store and would definitely come back
Terrible place half of the time they are out of products then tell you that they will order more but never do. They dont care about customers only money very stuck up I worked for sallys and at first it was great but then it started getting worse dont ever work there. I got tired of not being able to see my husband and kids

I needed to grab one thing really quick, got there before 8pm and the door is locked. I motion that there is still time before 8pm and all the girl does is shrug at me. I was like I just need one thing and she still just shrugs at me. Terrible customer service! I usually shop here often but guess Ill take my business elsewhere.
Welcomed me when I came through the door, took an interest in what I had to say and helped me find exactly what i was looking for. Forgetful me even left my phone there and they put it behind the counter for me😭 love them❤

Sally Beauty sells used products for full price in horrible condition. So disappointed because I shop at Sally Beauty a lot but my trust in their products and services has been dramatically reduced. I bought the Instyler hair straightener from them, paid full price, which is over $50, and received the product in extremely used and beaten condition.. there is makeup smeared across the entire edge of the straitener (super gross), scratches covering whole serface, and even worse HAIR STILL IN THE STRAIGHTENER. If I wanted a used hair straightener I would have bought one off eBay for a quarter of the price. If you want to receive a new product, I would NOT recommend Sally Beauty.

I went to return items at the Simpsonville SC location purchased at the Woodruff Road location the same day. These products were purchased in cash, which I never do. The young lady at the register stated she didnt have the funds to return my items we know hair products are pricey but I went light this time in the amount of $43.75. Having been a store manager for several years I know that the end of day in retail is the best time to go for a refund on a cash purchase but the Simpsonville SC location was not accommodating at all.It wasnt what she said it was how she said it in a very dismissive way. Then she stated you can go back to the Woodruff Road location for your return. It was 20 minutes before close, so I would not have been able to make it living out in Fountain Inn. Sallys is higher than most so I can easily spend anywhere from $40 to $140. In the store.Why would you want to lose a customer who consistently spends on purchases like that? If you need it quick and dont mind spending the Woodruff Road location is the best. Simpsonville location not so much. If you can wait on your purchase my advice is to shop around.Moving forward Ill drive 22 minutes from my home in Fountain Inn, SC to Greenville for my purchases at Sallys. Oh and btw I work at a Fortune 15 company with lots of contacts Ill make them aware of my treatment.

Worst service ever, called to inquire if they sale Fake Bake and to ask the cost of hair color squeeze bottler and a question about 20 volume developer, and was accused of making multiple phone when in fact this was my first time calling. The associate on the phone then hung up on me. I called back and asked for the DM phone number or email address and again she hung up on me. I drove to the location and asked the woman behind the counter what was the deal hanging up on customers calling to inquire about products, she accused me again of multiple calls. I asked for the DM info to report such horrible service, she told me absolutely no and told me to leave. I was so taken back and mad at this point I refused and decided to email customer service about this ordeal. Then she proceeded to call the police.... unreal, then I find out this woman is the GM. Awful, I even gave my name and cell number for her to look it up in her caller ID.... Absolutely Awful, horrible rude woman.
I will never shop in that store. The young lady with the pink hair followed me around the whole time as if I were going to steal something but didn’t follow the older white lady in the store.
