You notice how they always put the fruit and veg at the entrance to the supermarket? You go in thinking this is a fresh shop, everything in here is FRESH! I will do well to shop here. You never go straight to the bit with the toilet paper, loo brushes and such do you? Youd think this is a POO shop! Everything in here is themed on POO!

They always have a fresh variety of beautiful floral when you enter. Recently purchased a huge bouquet of actual sunflowers of all shapes and varieties, they were spectacular. So much to love about this Publix. They is always a friendly face waiting to check you out. They have a very professional pharmacy staff. Fresh smells from the bakery. Shelves are always stocked. And the people that work there, seem to enjoy their jobs. Its a real pleasure shopping there.

Crowded, nice staff, usually has items looking for in stock. Pharmacy could improve in customer service and accuracy of filling prescription

I absolutely LOVE the fresh strawberry parfaits from the produce section!!!! I just wish the strawberries were cut up a little bit smaller!

This Publix is so cute. I love the farm aspect of it and after learning more about the story behind it, this makes for one of my favorite Publix stores. The store was clean with fresh food. I was impressed with the customer service and the friendly atmosphere. I was very pleased with my purchases and will be back soon.

Always a great product and very fresh, however the last visit was abnormally strange. Not the 1st Associate spoke or thanked me for my business on the way out of the store. Food Lion has exhibited a much better experience since they bought out Bi-Lo and the product has also much improved.

Kolton in the Deli was very helpful today. I ordered 4 subs for me and my family and he was very helpful to me and others while they were short staffed. He made sure I got out of there quickly and I could tell he worked at a high level of customer satisfaction because he made each one of those subs exactly how we wanted and even went so far as to ask me if the sauce was enough. Great experience. Thank you Kolton!

Always a good experience at this Publix. One person Jeff, he was running the Lottery station, was very helpful. As a disabled person I was having trouble getting a electric cart out if the line but he came out and gave me a hand to get me shopping.

Publix has always put the emphasis on service and friendly staff. I always enjoy shopping there. Of course, the prices are higher because of the quality standards. I look for the BOGOs each week and try to shop on Wednesday because they give a five percent senior discount. Curbside pickup available if you would rather not go inside.

Great place always clean and respectful. Products are always in great condition and the customer service is out standing. Plus the other customers dont stink or cause issuse.

I so wish I had a Publix near my house. It can be busy on the weekends. Parking can be tight, but thats never stopped me. Excellent product and the best customer service ever.

I come here because its the only place to get Skyline chili. My only complaint is when I was looking for sauerkraut they only had one brand and it was like $9 for a jar. Other than that its a pleasant place to shop.

Great clean store, great wine selection and deli and I love the self checkouts.Friendly staff yet as an ex publix employee of 5+ years, they could use some touch up Publix brand customer service touches. Interacting and greeting customers within a certain range, and personally walking the customer to the product when they need help finding something.

Just went in for a few things. Shelves stocked well, service is friendly. I love the fact that they recycle Styrofoam. No other store does.

Publix has Great Fresh Desserts & Publix Cooked Fresh Meats & veggies @the publix Deil try Marshmallow Delight 4 your dessert its one of my favs lol that publixDeil has Fresh meats & fresh cooked chicken seafoods choose your sides take home a Tasty cooked publix Hot Plate meal lol publix is a little bit more to pay but BetterFresher Food & Drink choices is there Way thats my Way also.

Publix is a great place to shop. Always clean and organized. However prices are higher the walmart or foodlion. For example a jar of sunflower butter is $1 more for no darn reason. And they wont price match.

Why is it so hard for delivery people to wear a mask .Just had delivery she knocked on door and stood there a minute without mask on,I had to yell out window just leave on porch.Im trying to avoid being around people as much as possible because of virus. I guess Ill have to do curbside pickup for now on at least they where a mask.Im not ditching Publix cause we shop there all the time, I just please people that deliver for them could comply with our wishes when they deliver.

I dont understand why you offer times to pick up at the deli when ordering online if the staff never fills the order until it is past the pick up time. If I ordered during a peak time Id understand l, but when you have 6 people just chatting with my ticket sitting there for 45 minutes it is a little ridiculous.

As a customer here I generally like the organic food they have here and the deli the staff I always nice and makes sure we are satisfied but as of today one lady at the bakery (couldn’t see the name) when I was walking behind other people said move very quite I could still hear hear and felt a little angry she could of just said excuse me but other than that this local Publix is astonishing!

This store is very nice, However the last handfull of times I have shopped here has not been pleasant. Each time, as I have tried to shop in the produce department one of the managers will hover near me as I try to shop. I belive he said his name was Russell. The first time I appreciated the help and conversation, But now the manager recognizes me each time and has made some flirtatious comments that make me quite uncomfortable.Will Not be returning!!

Purchased Valentine items which included four Helium🎈I had a few issues scanning product. I eventually learned that if scanned items are placed in the buggy versus to the left of the scanner an error occurs.Exited the store and two of the four balloons decided to make a run for it, down the parking lot they went. Then, out of no where a Super Hero, Ethan, came to my rescue. He caught the two balloons and brought them safely back to me. This is what I consider Great Customer Service!

A new Publix or at least looks new. Very clean, pleasant employees, not crowded when I was there. All employees wearing masks which is great. I used the pharmacy which accepts Goodrx for my meds. Saved over $80.00. a pleasure to shop there.

Ordered food for pickup from deli. Food was not there and all the deli staff was standing around. Terrible customer service.

Horrible customer service at meat counter. I stood at the glass for 17 minutes with not one single employee offering assistance. Once the line got so long me and some other customers had to walk the store searching for a manager and make him come give us our steaks. What a joke! Meanwhile the seafood counter had 4 employee’s doing nothing and wouldn’t help us. Send your managers down to south Florida and learn how a real Publix is run and fire the lazy employees. There are plenty of people looking for work.

I love this store. Always so clean and such friendly helpful employees. I rarely shop elsewhere. I usually hit BiLo for bogos of my favorites because for some reason they never go on sale at Publix. Othe rwise I love it.

I was very DISAPPOINTED in COVID safety at Publix Martin Farms this Sat.Yes someone is greeting with clean cart.Yes social distancing was being observed.Yes the store looked great.However,No on Properly worn face masks by some employees.Face mask worn improperly under Nose, in OPEN food areas (deli/bakery/management). I spoke to customer service/manager with a polite FYI and was met with a flip attitude.Sad 😷
