I wish I would have read the reviews beforeI went Walmart optical! Its going to take a few weeks to get my glasses at a total cost of around $ 170 total !Ripoff dont ever go there

The same thing just happened to me, that old man was very unprofessional and rude.I was explaining him my problem but he didn’t let me do it, I try very hard to explain him my problem but he didn’t want to listen.He did absolutely nothing to correct my problem

They would not take Blue Cross Blue Shield, the largest Health Insurance Company in the United States. And was not asked during the setup of appointment online for what vision insurance I carry.

I had my yearly eye appointment today. Veronique helped with ordering my contact lens. She saved me money by suggesting using mail order.Veronique was extremely helpful, pleasant, and caring. She is an asset to the Walmart Vision Center on Grandview Dr. Simpsonville.Rick Veit

Took my brother in for eye exam he said they were very nice to him. He went over to pick out glasses and the lady there was very nice and helpful. Even fixed the broken glasses he had on to get him through til his new ones came in. Very happy with this experience.

My exam was great. The doctor and staff were very friendly and super helpful. Id give them 5 stars if they had a better frame selection. My insurance isnt accepted here, but it was still cheaper than going to an in network doctor and ordering with insurance so with that in mind, I highly recommend.

Very small very small optical center.Ive been there twice not been real pleased with the outcome of both visits.Do yourself a favour go to a real real eye doctor.Both pair of glasses I was not satisfied with.The eye exam and the product.I dont even think there eye doctors.Good luck.

So the eye exam was ok, the doctor was kind of rude with his comments during the exam and they dont have up to date equipment. However, the associate that helped me pick out my glasses was great! She picked out six pair for me to try on and stayed within my insurance allowance. Just waiting for my glasses to come back now.

Ive had decent experiences here for many years. Not the best, Jervey is better, but not terrible. The current doctor has bad breath though. But the glasses are always fine.

Exam went well. Customer service awful. For minorities anyway. No help with anything. Wouldnt even try to help order frames. Ended up getting glasses I really dont like bc I was frustrated. Go back today to pick up my glasses and they was so friendly and helpful to the white customer. Guess u gotta be white to get good service and help at this walmart eye center

The new Dr. is excellent! I didnt really like the other ones, as the other reviewers said.She speaks clearly (American) and is very nice! If she was a Dr. in a hospital she would be described as having a good beside manor.She worked with me patiently, I have a hard time differentiating on which lens that I can see better with.I wanted to go back to contacts because I need my peripheral vision on my job. I had given up because the mono-vision didnt work. She gave me multifocal contacts and they are great!She is quite easy on the eyes also! LOL

I am giving it a 4 star for the only reason they didnt make my tri focal right . I had my examination at another store .I have been going to him for over 20 years .So I cant tell you about their doctor.My experience was fine in ordering my glasses .And the lady was very nice .The part is I think my glasses were not the best choice that I have made .Which is my fault .They are the RayBan lightweights .I will be carrying them back as they are slicing the top of my ears . I didnt have the same lady when I went back .The only complaint I have is I wear tri focals and the last two bottom parts do not go all the way to the inside of my nose .And if I dont turn my head while reading .Its blurry . My old glasses is what they went by and they didnt do them right .Will be going back and correcting this and probably turning these into sun glasses .These are just too maddening. I thought because they are so lightweight they would wear better than they do . I wont be wearing these full time ! I will upgrade my review when I go back .

Sorry service, needed replacement frames. Didnt have in store. Was told they would call around and try to find one that was identical. After 3 days had passed, no call. I went into store and had to example my problem again. Was told same story about calling around. I waited in front of check-out counter and watched her get some suggestions off the PC. Determined that Taylors store had just what I needed. Told I would get call when they came in.......no call, so I called, OH, THEY JUST CAME THROUGH THE DOOR, I WAS JUST GOING TO LOOK YOU UP IN OUR COMPUTER, thank goodness you called, SAVED ME THE TROUBLE OF LOOKING YOU UP. Just come in anytime at your convenience and well get you fixed up.

Nice people but Im not too happy with how the glasses turned out. I feel like I was overcharged too

I had a good experience with both my exam and my glasses.

Very poor customer service. Front desk lady was incredibly rude, short, and not helpful. Wish I caught her name, short brown hair and glasses. Avoid this place if possible, unless you prefer to be condescended by a receptionist.
