I got a lot of my furniture from here. Livijg room set, coffee tables, kitchen pub marble table set, and some awesome Broyhill bathroom accessories. Great quality of towels. Big Lots is really a great store

Its been a while since Ive been in here. They have really changed the layout, for the holidays, I suppose, but it looks great. Obviously, I took an interest in the furniture. They pass the nap test, for sure.

Always an interesting changing inventory. Reasonable prices.

Nothing special to say the least. Ive been to this location over 20 times and not once have they had more than 1 register running. Even when the lines were out as far as the furniture section. Makes more sense to drive a mile down the road to the Wal-Mart super center.

Even though they didnt have what I was looking for, Roberta went above and beyond to help us. Shes a keeper and loves her job.

Had to wait for service in furniture, but staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Not very crowded and staff was caring about sanitization.

I love Big Lots! Ive shopped here for years. I enjoy the selection of different items. You can buy everything you need for your home including groceries. The pricing is competitive and their rewards program is awesome. I gave them 4 stars because they can be slow to check you out and the workers are not always friendly. Im big on customer service so I may be biased. Otherwise, its a good place to stretch your dollars and get what you want!

At one time, Big Lots was a place to go for great deals. It has been a while since I have been, and I was surprised to see how overpriced everything was. Items like body wash are cheaper at Wal-Mart. I thought Big Lots was close outs, which means cheaper, but did not find that to be the case!

If you buy furniture from them stay away from the warranty, It is a Total Scam. Nothing is covered, Manager will not help one bit and warranty people are horrible. Was told to come in and they would take care of the issue. I did and they said nothing they can do... Horrible

Incredibly Rude person in the furniture department, was indecisive between two sectional couches and was on the phone with my mother trying get her opinion, the guy goes”HELLO. Talk to me not her.” I looked back and Said one second please then he went away to talk trash about us to other guest as far as Simpsonville store i would never again do business there.

The store appeared to be in disarrange but may have been stocking.

Walked in and Wow. the whole store was moved around neat, tidy and clean. The shelves were full of good things compared to the old look this was 100% better. Cudos to the staff. Acouple more trips and Ill get the layout down for that quick in and out shopping business. 😎

They have greatly improved the store layout with more furniture and it is more front and center. Seems cleaner and with more merchandise for everybody. Light on clothing options but other items such as robes, t-shirts, slippers for gifts

Big Lots in Simpsonville SC is by far my favorite location! They always seem cleaner and have a different variety of products than other stores.

I tried the online order with curbside pickup. I found the process very easy and the delivery person was very friendly. I would do this again!

Big Lots not only has some pretty awesome furniture, but they also have an amazing leasing program that allows you to return the furniture with no penalty to stop the leasing program. However, the people managing the furniture section of the store are not as much of a pleasure to work with. My furniture had tears in the fabric once I unwrapped it upon getting it home. I returned to the store about exchanging the sofa and was told that not only could they not order one, that Id have to wait for the system to trigger an auto regeneration, but also, that they could not tell me how long that might be. My overall experience with a manager named Traci was reckless. Nothing about this lady screams leadership. So, in essence, purchase your furniture from a place that warrants furniture, will have a way to replace defective furniture on demand, and values the time and money that you invest in their store.

Peter at Simpsonville store worked things out great! Dee at Woodruff Rd store was very nice and helpful! Love our new power loveseat!

Cashier had my 4 items held up front for me. When I finally went to check out, the cashier informed me someone must have restocked the items because they could not find them. ALL 4 employees were up front and none of them knew where the items were, nor who took them from the front, nor did any of them move even an inch fo look even look for any of it. Needless to say, I ended leaving without buying anything.

Employees are super nice and super friendly they have great prices on some things and something if they do not they have some stuff that is overpriced when you can go to Dollar Tree and get the same exact item for a dollar wow Big Lots price is way more. Also they have way too much stuff and the Isles that furniture spread out all over in the middle of the store and then have Island like things near the cash register not enough room for two buggies to go down it if they are coming at each other from different ways. If there are customers standing in line there is no room to go because of the islands being in the way in the furniture Department being right there to then they have the summer furniture out and its in the middle of the aisle along with Islands they have a lot of stuff crammed into spaces. And the racks that they have for clearance is over cramped with stuff on one its got a bunch of different types of knickknacks and other things that are all together theres a lot of broken glass, opened chemicals that are on the bottom shelf children could easily get hurt on and then on down in the food department the clearance rack of that one I have a lot of open food a lot of that stuff has been sitting there for a while. I feel like Big Lots is trying to become a furniture store instead of an all-around store. The furniture Department always looks great and clean and spacious wow the remainder of the other Isles of the other stuff is just thrown everywhere not neat. But anything that deals with home, bedding for bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, even outside decor is very tidy and nice looking. The remainder of everything else looks like a store going out of business.

2nd Best Big Lots in the Area...2nd to Hwy 14 & Woodruff Rd.

Until today, the cashier was so rude. Didnt greet us or say a word.... Also the person pushing out the cart with furniture almost ran us over...showed no respect towards other customers in the store pushing the furniture cart .

Now you can purchase furniture good quality reasonabley price good payment options. Perhaps you should rethink big lots lawn furniture. Recommend this to my friends.

However, I was SUPER-disappointed to find CANDY CIGARETTES on the shelf! I didnt even know these still existed and since they do - why would Big Lots choose to sell them?? I find a good selection of products here and usually the prices are good. It never fails though that I get home and find Ive overpaid on an item that rings up for more than the marked price. Also, there are items that have no price marked and those I normally dont bother with.

I know it is a busy time, being as its the holiday season and although the associate no doubt was having a bad day, dont take it out on the next customer that asks a question. This store is alright if you can accept what you find there. But a lot of times I go in there and cant find what Im looking for. The prices are pretty good, but that doesnt make up for the lack of selection and inventory.
