I have worked with this family owed business for 17 months. Just got a raise and the possibility of a promotion in the near future. I feel very appreciated. They take steps to make you want to stay there. Constant growth brings constant change. This company is growing in bounds. Management doors are always open. Thank you EEEA for giving credit where due. I plan to retire from here.
This is a great place to work. A family/friendly atmosphere and it is always busy. There is a great team that works here to accomplish our goals.
This is a family owned business that I have been with for two years now and it has been a pleasure to work here. I feel like after reading the reviews here I should shed a different light on these guys. I feel like they go out of their way to do nice things for their employees, i.e. holiday lunches, cakes for birthdays every month, casual dress, a costume contest on Halloween, etc. They also work with people if they need to be out, whether it is for their kids, sick, etc. and dont make a big fuss about it because they want you to take care of yourself and family. I feel like these kinds of things go above and beyond what a lot companies will do. They are also very focused on taking care of their customers and making sure that we are all doing what we can/need to get our products out on time. Our customers are the reason we are all here so we should all feel obligated to do our best to have a good, on time, quality product. =) All in all, great company to work for, can there be stress, sure (not often), but stress is inherent in any job. Whether you are looking for somewhere to work or looking for some work to be done, this place is a good choice. There are a lot of long-term employees and long term customers! =)
This place is so unprofessional, the pay is not even worth the stress and drama here👎. I really dont know how they have been in business the length of time that they have been in business because for one they are unprofessional (supervisor, management and etc. .),👎 they dont have the tools that they need to do an assigned job,👎 they want you to meet the production thats assigned but you can not do overtime (because they are cheap and dont want to pay),👎 this is not a place where you can advance and grow to be successful (because they are not going to pay you)👎 whatever your hourly pay is when you are hired on thats what you will be making 5 years from now,👎 they want you to always do your best and do what they want you do but they dont want to give nothing in return.👎 They always trying to finds ways to take from you and not acknowledge the effort or work that you have put in👎... Oh but they will tell you thank you👎 and have you a dinner @ Christmas that they will want you to provide all the side dishes👎... If you want a sit down job and convienents and really not worried about advancing or not worried about the money this is the place to work for. 👍 Thanks Eeea for showing me what an unprofessional company is because I have never in my life worked at one!👍
EEEA is a long established, locally owned, business that delivers high quality results for a variety of clients.
Set up a meeting to discuss designing an electrical product based off of a prototype I had built overseas that would include all safety and functional requirements for use and sale in the USA. They said they had the capability and knowledge to complete the project. Had to follow up the first meeting with 2 more meetings to tell them the exact same thing (I guess they didnt take notes even though I followed up each meeting myself with meeting minutes Id email to them), each time they promised they could do the project successfully. Well, after all the back and forth, they finally stopped replying to emails and phone calls. Thankfully I had a card from a guy that worked in the back shop that answered his phone, so I was able to get my prototype back from them via the back door. In my experience with EEEA, I feel like they oversold me on their capabilities and knowledge base. Then did not deliver. Was excited to use a local place, but ended up going elsewhere.
Wonderful place to work!
