First of all, this isnt about the food any although its always 5 star worthy. I want to give the employees here their due. They are always kind and courteous. Theyre helpful and pleasant. They deserve a round of applause.

I love their lunch sandwiches! So delicious! Im shocked theyre not packed out for lunch! I guess folks havent heard about it yet. Defintely give them a try!

We ordered Thanksgiving dinner 2 weeks ahead of time. On the day before Thanksgiving, we got an email that our order was ready. My husband went to the store to pick it up, stood in line for 45 minutes only to be told that 2 of our sides were not available. WHAT? Isnt that why people order ahead of time? And why did the email that they sent just an hour earlier not say these items were not available?! VERY unhappy and sadly will not be purchasing anything from them again. Did I mention I have sent them 4 emails an have gotten NO response! Just unacceptable.

Had a bad experience today.. card machine wasnt working so I gladly told him I would go get cash back somewhere to pay- ended up just having to go to the bank. Finally get back to a pretty long line- Instead of just letting me pay for me food thats now been ready for 30+ minutes I waited in this line to get my food that was sitting on the counter from when I left... Just felt like the manager didnt handle this with grace. I did what I needed to do I just feel like that could have been at least repaid by not waiting in a line of people. I live 7 minutes away- total experience time was 1 hour.

Although they were crowded several days before Thanksgiving I was still able to get what I needed. Did you know you can buy hambones and ham in slices. The staff is always helpful and cheerful. Ill be back

Service in Simpsonville location very disappointing. I called 2 days ahead to order half ham for 25 people. Young lady advised me I would need 11-12 lb bone-in ham and cost would be approximately 100.00. I verified store location and pick up time for 2days later.Upon arrival they had no record of the order and man told me the order did not even make sense! He kept wanting to give me 25 orders - could not understand I wanted one large ham for 25 people.Pleasantburg location verified size of ham etc that I needed (same information provided by my initial Simpsonville call) and is saving ham for me for this afternoon.Simpsonville needs to get their act together.

I am a Customer Concierge for a company.I ordered 4 catering orders (all different sizes) for the same time, same day, in different buildings. I was more than pleased with the orders. The owner delivered my food because they had so many catering orders for that day. They set-up all of my catering orders and did so with a smile. I was very pleased and will definitely be ordering from them again!

If it wasnt for the manager I wouldnt order from them again. Called and placed an order the day before. Went to pick it up and my order was never placed. They never took it down. Being the first time I ordered from there and this happened definitely made me unhappy. But the manger put a rush on my order, gave me an order of cookies at no charge and 25% off my order. Thats how you take care of your customers. Thank you

Nice enough group but when you arrive at store, told no hams ready for 20 min and when you get ham you are told that the coupon you have for a quarter ham is not going to be honoured because the store just got hams in and no discount offered for waiting. Well extremely disappointed. Would have gone to another store and or grocery store for what I paid for this 5lb ham. Last visit for me.

Honey Baked Ham in Simpsonville is so easy to get to despite being near Fairview Road! I go there over any other Honey Baked Ham store because there is never a wait time or extra long lines, even during the holidays! I order onliine and pick up my order when it is convenient for me. My family loves everything they have!
