I went to the store today and the employees decided not to stop the talked and i just walked away

I like the smoothies they make. Every other time we come in they said “ we are not making any smoothies today” just left the place. The employee wasn’t polite at all.

The last two times I have visited this location, the customer service has been outstanding.I came in today and Clay (I believe that was his name) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products I purchased. Ill certainly revisit this location in the future. Thank you!

They have great protein shakes

As a loyal GNC customer, I wish I could sit here and give this location a better review because one associate was very helpful and had a lot of knowledge and advice. But there were two associates who had the need to laugh at our questions about products we were unfamiliar with. I dont feel like thats professional and the manager and owner should really evaluate their customer service. Theres a reason for associates and that is to help answer questions and inform the customer about what they are buying, not make the customer feel stupid by laughing with his buddy. Will not be coming back to this location.

Love the location this plaza full with healthy options and good shopping! The New smoothies are amazing taste homemade.. I had the peanut butter flavor.

Very helpful staff

Very unhelpful/ un caring staff at this location. No care for the customer. Just busy talk to the other employees, not wanting to be bothered to help the customer. Will not be back to this location...

Do you know Cody the manager of GNC went on my business page and gave me a bad review because I gave him a bad review I went into the Gnc store .i dont even know this guy. The next thing you know hell be trying to look up my phone number and figure out where I live and work bad business practices
