My experience at the Simpsonville, South Carolina office has been amazing. Tracy and Britney are not only outstanding professionals but they are extremely kind, caring, and so sweet and friendly. They always go out of their way to help me and to make sure that my hearing aids are working perfectly. I cannot begin to express the appreciation I have for the great service!

I only give one star because 0 was not an option. I bought a hearing aid from this office and within a week and a half I decided I did not want it and took it back for my 30 day money back guarantee. Brittany had no trouble swiping my debit card to take my payment but when it was time to put my money back on my debit card it was a problem crediting my debit card. She told me she did all she could do it was my fault because it was my card that wouldnt work correctly. After a lot of back-and-forth with her she told me that a check would be mailed to me, that was four weeks ago. Call her yesterday to check on it she told me I needed to talk with a guy in the New Jersey office because she did all she could do and she didnt know what to tell me. Customer service at this office is lacking to say the least.

I m am from out of town,doing a overnight project for DOT. Hearing aids got clogged...looked up Hearing near me and Hearing Life was 1st choice. I came in 30 mins before closing and I am a Hugh Fan of these people. Not only did they allow me to be seen, but as most hearing professionals She was warm and inviting and solved my hearing issues immediately. I am forever Greatful for her and her staff.
