Brought in a Husqvarna hand-held gasoline blower that someone else had tried twice to fix but did not do so. They were very direct and polite to tell me that there would be a $30.00 inspection fee that would go against the price of repair if I so chose. Fair enough. However, they were so friendly and nice I decided to buy a new, battery powered Stihl blower from them. I like doing business with down home folks that put meaning into a handshake. My kind of people!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE IM DONE. Ive taken my lawn mower here a few times for repairs over the last couple years. Repairs and prices were fair. Not anymore.I took my mower in (used twice in May 2021 by me) and wouldnt start in Sept. They replaced the carb (April 2020 not a typo), In Jan 2021, they sharpened the blade, replaced the spark plug, adjusted the pull coil, governor spring, changed the oil and was winterized by them with all that plus a stabilizer I purchased from them, etc.When I asked why a carb should only last 16 months, the carbs are a bad design according to 5 Forks. My bill was $140 which I asked for a compromise as I didnt ask for that and should have been called for authorization which I found out today you have to request. Otherwise they just go ahead. (Their reason: a new carb is $30, to clean an old one $55).I never asked for blade sharpening, spark plug, oil change. Spark plug was 9 months old. Filter was new and clean. Oil change needed after 2 uses? I could MAYBE see that I guess. The exchange was admittedly heated on both sides. The owner (assuming) Randy was condescending. I.e., do I know how to take the air filter cover off? etc. Wow. Yes I do actually.He took $35 off my bill and said our business relationship is done. I will have a note in our computer to not do business with you again. I said thats fine with me.

Had a great experience everyone was real nice and professional. I would recommend everyone to go there because they have great mechanics on hand.

Brought three pieces of lawn equipment in for tune up. Got all three pieces home and none worked. Do not recommend. Wasted $180 and still can’t do my lawn properly. They don’t deserve even one star. Robbery....

Theyve always been incredibly fair and fast for my mower repairs. Friendly and easy to work with too. Access into the lot is easy with a trailer too. 110% would recommend.

I do not recommend this place to get your lawnmower repaired. I had my lawnmower there twice this year and they did not repair it at all. I paid over $250.00 & they didn’t repair the mover at all. I will not go there ever again. Total waste of my time and money.

Recently purchased a radius 48 zero turn from them. I bought it for a good price. They took the time to show me all about the mower. Even put it on the lift to allow me to see the bottom side of the mower. Answered every question I could think of asking. It is absolutely the best mower I have ever owned. About two weeks after my purchase I received some awesome chocolate chip and brownie cup cakes as well as a thank you card for my business.Very friendly people, very knowledgeable mechanics. Everyone there will do all that is within their power to make you happy as possible.

Called and received pricing on parts. Checked online to find them cheaper but still wanted to buy local. Called back to get pricing for parts and labor to install. They took my number to call back but after 1.5 hours, no call back so I ordered online and saved money.

I noticed while waiting at the front desk that the shop has quite a few professional landscape crews as customers, which should say a lot. As a homeowner who needed an obscure part for an older mower, it seemed the folks behind the counter were more than happy to help. The repair took a bit longer than I expected, but they charged no markup over online warehouses for parts, and the labor charge was very reasonable.

I went in needing a few small carburetor parts and gaskets for my troy bilt (which they do not carry) and they had all parts on hand and at very good prices. Lied about the time my mower would be ready was promised by an manager that it would only take two days but it took more than 2weeks for a simple pull cord. The price for a simple pull cord was $46.52 Also they changed my credit card twice for the same transaction. I would not recommend them or bring them my service again.

I took my Sears Mower in for repair and told them to call me with an estimate before doing any work. They called and told me that the mower needed a new carburetor and gave me a price. When I went to pick up my mower I was told that the they replaced my spark plug and charged me for it. I told them that the plug was a new one and didnt need replaced also they said that they changed the oil as well. The price quoted to me was less than they charged me because of the oil change and the plug. They did take the charge of the plug off but upon arriving home I checked the oil and not only was it not changed but it was low on oil as well. They didnt even top it off with new oil. I tried starting it and after 9 pulls it finally started but there was NO difference in the way it was running. The mower was running exactly the same way it was when I took it to them. I was also told that there is NO warranty or guaranty on the parts or the labor. I now know why they dont guaranty or warranty their work. Its because they DO NOT do the work they say they are doing. DO NOT trust these people with anything you need done. I have already put a complaint in with the BBB about them. I tried to publish this without rating them but the system wouldnt let me. (They dont even deserve even 1 star !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Great Service! Dropped off my Honda push mower on Thursday, and picked it up on Wednesday. Had been sitting with gas in tank all winter. Five Forks changed plug and oil, drained bad gas, flushed fuel system, replaced carburetor and sharpened blade. Starts in first pull and runs great! Thanks Five Forks.

Called and asked about a part for my lawnmower and they told me to bring in the old carberator, and they had it in stock and helped me with the gaskets and also helped me with the reassembly instructions. Terrible service, had our riding lawnmower for blade sharpening and yearly maintenance over 2 mths, never let us know it was done, then after picking it up found out it wouldnt start, and blades were scraping the ground. They left it out in the rain from July through Sept. After 3x back to get it repaired or our money back we finally took it elsewhere.

Calledem; they said come over. Got there in 10 mins. Didnt remember me, and didnt have time to speak.

Mower would continually not start. They did 2 additional repairs for no charge! I highly recommend them!!!

Took my Husky blower by 6 months ago for parts and tune-up. Before loading up he cranked and ran on full choke. When I got home it STILL will not run even hot without half choke. Decided this was just a fluke and took my Lowes Troybuilt pressure washer AT THEIR REQUEST. Said glad to fix because mechanic said TWO week turnaround on PW but 4 on mowers. FOUR weeks later, they clerk up front keeps saying one more week and one more week. Went by this morn and she says NEXT up on FIFTH week or take it with me.....has NOT even been looked at for parts so took it with me never to return. Dont believe any due dates and not sure on expertise. Take your equipment elsewhere for professional work and courtesy

Left three separate pieces of equipment to be fixed. All three were not fixed to expectations and had to drop them back off. Again all three pieces of equipment were not fixed properly. Was not given a refund and told to leave. Will never go there again, spent $175 and my equipment still is not fixed. Scum of the earth, I dont understand how these people sleep at night.

Dont being your equipment to this shop. Ive repeatedly brought a Husqvarna blower and hedge trimmer to this shop for the same problem only to have to being it back again and gain for the same problem. Eventually I gave up and bought new equipment. Incompetence.
