Great storage facility. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Clean, safe, competitive pricing. Good variety of sizes available. Simpsonville location near capacity as are competitors in Simpsonville. Newer facility (Cube Storage) in Five Forks has units available in all sizes now. Bee Safe Storage and Cube Storage are the same company.

Staff member was super friendly and very helpful. The facility was very clean and looked great. Prices are reasonable and competitive. I have rented storage units before from other companies and my experience with CubeSmart was the best so far!

The General Manager Aime Rogers was extremely helpful. She was patient to answer all my questions and walk me through all of my options. I can see why she has earned so many awards. It was an absolutely pleasure to work with her in getting my storage unit set up.

Friendly, clean and great customer service

At first this was a great place to store our items while we wait to move to our new home but the fact that they went up on our price a few months before our contract was up is crazy. We signed a lease stating we would pay a certain amount for a year but 4 to 5 months before that contract ended our cost went up $25. They also charge a fee to pay online or by phone and both of those fees are different. I live over an hour away from this place and I am not driving there to pay in person. We are now building a storage unit on our new property and will be moving our items as soon as it is finished.

Temperature control, very clean, and great customer service

Amie has been wonderful to work with at this location. This has been such a better experience than the previous CubeSmart location that we moved from due to the rude and incompetent manager, Victoria (who should definitely be fired from this company). It has been such an amazing experience with Amie. She goes out of her way for customers. Cubesmart should make Amie a trainer for other store locations because she is always helpful and goes the extra mile for customers. The other facilities I have rented from could definitely use training from Amie to get them to her stores level of excellence.

Great location 👌The office is Available forThe parking lot is ample and perfect for large 26 ft truck without any problems. The south side of the building is well contracted and the view of the location dont show any type of issues or problems with the loading and unloading process.

Employees are very nice and explain and show you how to use everything, where you cube is, and best entrance to use to get to your cube. Bee Safe is so clean and shiny. Lots of bright lighting, too.

The Harrison Bridge representatives were helpful, knowledgable, and very friendly. The access to units was easy and the large moving carts were very helpful. The facility was always clean and the atmosphere was comfortable while moving items in and out.

Nice, but Ive had 3 rate hikes in the last 12 months. Its getting ridiculous.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the storage building was clean and well kept, and the prices where very competitive. Being a first time renter, I would recommend Bee Safe storage to anyone who needs an easily accessible climate controlled storage unit. With a plethora of sizes to choose from, Bee Safe Storage has the size you need, and with 2 large freight elevators and 6 pull carts on site, moving items in and out is a breeze.

Shiloh at Bee Safe Storage has been great to work with. As for the units, they are clean and well lit. I feel completely safe when I move items in and out. The price seems reasonable, especially with the first month free. Also, its great that they they allow you to use their truck.

Great customer service, easy access to unit by entrance, competitively priced

I went into the office with no know knowledge and unsure of renting a storage unit and left feeling very confident that my belongings would be well protected. The manager was very friendly and comforting. She was thorough and informative about the units and the ins and outs with the facility. She showed me the size difference between the units; which was very helpful with me making my decision. She walked me to my unit and showed me how to lock and unlock the door. She had an very positive attitude and that speaks volumes.

Our experience with both Amy and Shiloh was great from day 1. Both are kind and knowledgeable. The facility was clean and we had easy access.

Helpful staff, convenient location and hours, clean and well-maintained facility

We went there to talk about storage. We are having belongings shipped in U-Pack container from Indiana. The container is roughly 6X7 and would easily fit in on car parking slot. This location has an estimated thirty parking slots. The rep we talked with said there was not enough room and that they would not allow us to unload the container and unpack it there. The solution they offered was for us to find another location to unload the U-Pack into a truck and then bring the truck an unload it into their storage unit. While one of their people were refusing our business, another was trying to rent a 10X25 storage unit. We never even got to tell anyone what size unit we wanted.So, since we were looking for a 10X10 unit for roughly two years, their rep turned down roughly $2,400 of business. If they do not need our business, please consider taking your business elsewhere. It will most likely be better for you.

Well maintained secure storage space facility

General manager was very informative & nice. Great assistance with smiling face ; made the process a lot easier! Nice & kept establishment as well.

We recently rented a 10’ x 25’ unit per the recommendation from Amy and we couldn’t be happier. We moved our entire household ofgoods into the unit and everything fit. We also were able to use the moving truck to get the furniture to the unit from our home at a cost of $10 a day! This saved us a lot of time, money, and headaches, while allowing us to focus on moving out. This is an excellent storage unit, clean, well taken care of, and friendly / knowledgeable management that have one goal in mind and that is to take care of the customer! Keep up the good work Bee Safe Storage!

Rick Robbins, the manager, was more than thorough and helpful when my husband and I purchased a storage unit. He is personable, patient and will provide the customer with detailed information. We were impressed with this facility and the pricing.

Purchased an internal storage unit on first floor. Tremendous amount of humidity in unit. Wanted support from agent to process a claim through my insurance policy. Ami (agent) was very uncooperative. She remained silent throughout our inspection. Would not admit that all the blankets and beach towels were damp. Ami was cold and insensitive. Dont put your nice furniture in this facility. They do not keep their promise to provide safe, climate-controlled units. Go elsewhere if only because they do not back you up if you have a claim.
