Absolutely loved Shopko Optical! All of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Brittany is fabulous. I am very blind and have had trouble getting glasses and contacts. She was wonderful explaining and coming up with different options for me. Very satisfied. I encourage everyone looking for a place to go for your eyes to go here. You will not be disappointed.

Everyone working there was very friendly and helpful and made me feel right at home. The facility was clean and peaceful; I dont have my new glasses yet, but so far Im super impressed! Shannon was the lady who assisted me with everything except the exam, and she was cheerful and sweet and made the whole process very easy. If my glasses are as good as I hope them to be, Ill definitely be back - and convince my family to join me!

I can’t deny I had to take away 1 star for not taking my insurance, but that aside staff was friendly, store is very nice, the OD was very knowledgeable and friendly and this is probably the best I’ve seen in 10 years-well worth going to.

All of the staff were very friendly and Dr Krause was very thorough with the examination. I was very pleased with the whole experience. They had a wide assortment of frames and they helped me choose the perfect ones. Best of all, I was thrilled with the price! I would definitely recommend Shopko Optical to everyone.

Cristi was incredible! She was so nice, and she walked me through the process. She was very through in explaining what my insurance would cover and she was very diligent in helping me get the most out of my glasses without hurting my pockets. My husband and I have been going to Shopko Optical for years. We have always had the greatest care. Staff and Dr are always wonderful and explain things thoroughly.

My experience yesterday was terrific. My eye issues were explained to me by Dr. Korver in a way that I could understand and even showed me the computer pictures of my eyes. And then I had assistance from a lady with choosing frames. She was great! I do recommend Shopco Optical.
