Very friendly staff and fast service. Helped me find what I was looking for. In and out in less than ten minutes.

Went in to get an auger for my toilet. The older male employee I dealt with not only had no clue how to help me find what I needed, but when I made a comment to my child about selling her and her sister to a zoo if they didn’t start behaving (as parents sometimes do), he immediately perked up and said “I’d visit that zoo” and started paying special attention to my kids. My daughter told me she felt very uncomfortable with the way he responded as well.

New store is great. Welcome back. The place to find what you need to get it done. We have the other store in South Sioux but glad to have the Iowa store open. Usually my go to for keys but the last trip was for a battery charger/starter. It did the trick nicely. Will be back as long as your open. Thanks.

We needed spark plugs for our mower. The staff greeted us as soon as we walked in and helped us find the right one! Clean and welcoming store.

I knew what I wanted. But I wasnt sure how to use it. The people there are so helpful! For the most part covid-19 protocols are in place yet. The store is laid out well and the staff know where everything is at. If a staff member isnt sure about a product there is no pretending, they find another staff who does. Thats great to know. I highly recommend Wilkes!

They are Better than Bomgaars, Im so tired of the employees at Bomgaars, they can be so rude. Wilmes Do it Best Hardware, today, has stuff that is sold out, at Bomgarrs. and they have More stuff you need! And Wilmes employees are very nice and helpful and knowledgeable.

Very nice store and lots of merchandise. The location is great and we dont have to go to some chain store that requires a map or several minutes just to find the display for that product you want to buy. It also has plenty of parking. And the service is friendly and helpful.

Great customer service! I can usually find what I need. And they sell a variety of bottled sodas. I tried Hanks rootbeer and the orange cream soda, its so good!
