Excellent Service!My RV Onan engine was sporadically failing with intermittent issues.From my original call for assistance, down to the service date arrival, I was met with friendly professionals everytime we interacted.John (their Onan certified tech) was helpful, informative and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem, even though it didnt appear to be having the problems at the moment. He explained the issues with my unit, walked me thru as he repaired, adjusted and tuned the engine. (and didnt charge me more!) He also advised me on proper maintenance timing and best practices for startup and shut down.John Olsen was a delight to speak with in his 5th generation business. A true testament to their excellence in the industry.I reached out to several Onan service departments across our trip from Florida, all who did not have the time to address our engine concerns, while we we were traveling.Novelty Machine & Supply was eager to get us in asap and took care of all our needs!

We called Novelty Machine to see if they could repair our Cummins RV generator. They could not have been more professional and accommodating. Diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes and 30 minutes later it was fixed and we were back on the road. We had tried several other places earlier and they were either too busy or not interested. These guys were fantastic. If youve got a problem with a Cummins generator, I would not go anywhere else.
