Went about 1pm and it was packed! I wasnt sure how their ordering system worked (you have to go through this sort of line system,) but friendly staff helped me figure it out. Ordered a turkey club and it was GREAT! Loved it! We also ordered a pumpkin spice latte (hot,) which was not very good at all. After several sips, we decided the lady who prepared it probably forgot to put in the pumps of flavoring. Will go back, though because of that amazing sandwich =)

A must stop every time were in town. Every single time!Real bagels boiled and baked perfectly. Add whatever you want on them. Toasted and sliced.... made to order, organized and always fresh. This place is always busy and thats a great sign. Very clean and organized. Many cold specialty drinks also. I love this place.

A great spot with super affordable bagels! All the people working also were warm and friendly so it was a positive experience overall. I got a toasted bagel with butter for less than $2.

I really enjoy bagel boy, the workers are nice and I go there frequently, but I keep having a reoccurring problem where i say sun dried tomato bagel and they give me a cinnamon raisin bagel. Its terrible on a veg head and artichoke melt. it’s happened 3 times now with different employees too and i made sure after the first time to say it loud and clear but it keeps on happening. lol its kind of funny because who would order that on a savory bagel sandwich, it tastes terrible. other than the terrible flavor combo, love the place.

The food was pretty good here. A wide variety of menu, both hot and cold. A good selection of drinks and other sides, if so desired.Ordering was a little hectic. You had to order the food, and then tell the cashier again what you ordered. They need a system so I dont have to do everything twice. But it was our first time here, so maybe the double-ordering inefficiency makes more sense when you come regularly.

Good and reasonably priced.Two sandwiches, a big container of pasta salad and a large coffee for $16 .I recommend

They arent extremely helpful to new customers. The bagels tasted good but the cream cheese selection is lacking. The savory bagels seem to have more options so I went across the street to Hy-Vee to get cinnamon and blueberry spread.

The staff was nice and the food was good. Not a huge fan of the Bagels as they were very tough outside, yet soft inside. Many people like it, so I rates it 4 stars because the flavor was food and the staff was great.

Qi have been a customer since it opened. My orders have been correct except for the last few months. More mess ups than not. Today i ordered my turkey clubs on onion bagels and they turned out to be on everything bagels instead. Once got someone elses bagel too. Being wrapped in foil when they hand them to you doesnt help either especially if you get them to go.

Blown away at the quality, sheer size, and deliciousness of the sandwiches here. They have perfected the bagel, topped it with gourmet ingredients, and captivated the masses with affordable prices. You will find a huge line here (if there is a line you know its good) yet you wont wait long as the huge team works in concert to conduct the orchestra that is your breakfast. I highly recommend this place!

I live quite a few miles and don’t have access to fresh bagels. I stopped into pick up some bagels to put in my freezer. I enjoy having 1/2 of one each day. I bought the crispy cinnamon and blueberry. They are the best bagels I have ever had. I will be back soon, as I can’t keep away from them. Thank you very much for serving the public such a tasty treat.

This place is the most unorganized and chaotic place ever. I understand that it was a Sunday morning and they were busy but the lady we ordered with was very snippy and kept interrupting us as we ordered. I then had to repeat my order multiple times and they still messed it up. We were missing 1 bagel sandwich so I said something to someone and we got that but then I get home and the 2 plain bagels I ordered for this morning were wrong, after repeating it multiple times. It was my first time here and although the food was good, I will not be back.

So I spoke with Brenda and she made this right. She agreed I was overcharged. Changing my rating based on the conversation I had. The bagels are delicious. I will be going back.Still steamed. Yesterday I paid over $55 for 14 bagels. I had the bagels wrapped individually and cream cheese were in individual servings so I could serve them at the office and meet Covid protocols. Wow, I didnt know that would more than triple the price. I bought a dozen two weeks ago for home and it cost $18.22. I guess people have to make money during pandemic, but I have other choices and I will make a different place my choice next time.

The food and service was great. However, there is really no nutritional information. Not the variety of bagels. Eggs (just learned tonight that they have a lot of butter) and bacon. The variety of cookies and salads as well as muffins. You get my point.

The Bagel Gods work here. Theyre always so kind, caring and cautious when it comes to my peanut/tree nut allergies. I can eat anxiety-free there. I walk in and just feel at peace...and that saying a lot since I have so many anxiety disorders 😂 When I enter Bagel Boy, I know I have achieved Nirvana.

Called in an order-lady on the phone was friendly, service was excellent, food was correct and on time. Inside of the restaurant was clean. Probably the one downside was the fat, sweaty older man who was talking over me to his clerk while I was trying to check out. I assume the owner? But other than fat sweaty man I would definitely go back!

We are from out of state and thought we would try this place. WOW! It blew us away . The bagel variety was great as was the toppings. I highly recommend the spinach and artichoke topping on an everything bagel.We will be stopping before we leave out of town tomorrow!! Gotta take some home!!

Tried this for the first time today and will definitely be going back! They have gluten free bagels and they arent terribly dry or dense. They only have regular but everything we got was delicious! Both ladies that helped us were very kind.

The Cadillac of custom bagel shops. Bagel Boy sets the American standard for delicious, inexpensive dining cuisine. Id never been to one before today, and after 4 straight days of drinking in sweltering South Dakota heat it hit every spot.

Very friendly staff! Glad gluten free is now available. Food and service always good. Ill have to remember to ask to go lite on the cream cheese because they piled it on my bagel.

The bagels are so good! The hummus is good too, but it was better before Bagel Boy changed the recipe. I wish they would go back to their old hummus, because it was some of the best hummus Ive ever had. Regardless, this is a great local business in a cozy location. Its cheap, convenient, and comfortable.

I have been a Bagel Boy fan for many years. Im not such a fan of the new location but maybe thats just due to nostalgia. I visited SF recently and went to this new location. The staff that day were not very friendly and were actually a bit rude. Three stars because I still love Bagel Boy!EDIT, Response to owner: Youd better believe Ill be back! Yes, the parking lot is a definite improvement on the old location.

I love Bagel Boy! A must stop if you’re visiting Sioux Falls. As I regular, I’m so sad when I go out of town because I can’t find a bagel shop that even comes close to comparing. They have many options for breakfast and lunch. Soups is great too. Fresh fruit, veggies, yogurt, etc. are available which isn’t always the case at other bagel shops. Quick service makes a to go order very easy however the large dining area is great when meeting a friend or just hanging out. My favorites are: bacon breakfast boy, cinnamon crunch bagel with walnut cream cheese, or pizza pizza bagel.

I am bias because I grew up on these bagels, but I have never found a bagel to beat Bagel Boys. They always have a great variety of bagels, cheeses, and sandwiches. My kids love the muffins and strawberry milk.

Come here every week with my girlfriend, the staff has always been phenominal! But today this one lady really stood out. I was very sad to find out peach is seasonal but she was the only one to offer to put peach syrup in with my blender 🤯Tell her I say thanks again!!

So I went to Bagel Boy today how about 10:30 to meet my daughter whom I hadnt seen in many years because I was not living in Sioux Falls Bagel Boy has always been top match phenomenal food everyday. I know the owners in the manager and theyre awesome people very caring very giving. Would recommend this establishment to anyone worldwide it is worth your time to stop in and Sample the food and lets not forget the awesome coffee they have by all means please stop in and try them!!!

Love bagel boy! The cinnamon crunch bagel is delicious. I only gave four stars because the first time we ever tried it, the staff were not very kind. We didn’t really know what to do since we had never been there and staff grew impatient. And may I say it wasn’t very busy. But now that we know what we like to order and can move right through the line we have had zero problems. Delicious food and great prices. Big place that usually has spacious seating.

Best bagels Ive ever had. They have a great skin and enough chew. For me, they are head and shoulders above anything else in town.Plenty of options for breakfast and lunch, plus snacks and goodies. And the staff is amazing. My wife has been known by name since highschool, and I look forward to sharing them with my daughter in a couple of years.
