I am extremely pleased with the service I received on Sunday October 9. All staff was courteous and helpful. I will always use this store for any needs I may have.

Terrible service, the associates are very unprofessional and talk amongst themselves as if customers were not right in front of them. Also if for what ever reason you do have to come into this place, DO NOT let Tom help you. He lies about Plan payments and doesn’t know what he is talking about. I’ve had to speak to t mobile Corporate many times due to his mistakes. Their 5G is also very bad and not even close to as fast as they hype it up to. The only reason they get 1 star is because I can’t give zero.

Never open at the store. Store hours are ridiculous. Cant get anything solved, service sucks, and they cap your data super fast.

Disappointing. Staff tries to help but never is able to get our resists done.
