While on vacation we went to the Empire Mall in Sioux Falls. Just happened to see the Oakley store so I stopped in as I’ve been having issues with my lens popping out. The guy working was a great help. They didn’t have my exact glasses, but they took mine in on trade and I was able to get the same frame with the polarized lense for a small cost. Great customer service and warranty. That’s one of the reasons I only buy Oakley sunglasses. Highly recommend this store.

I have stopped in the empire store on two occasions. First time was completely ignored by staff I walked out. Today I stopped again I was asked if I was looking for something. I replied sunglasses and asked military received a discount clerk said yes 35% I continued to browse but received no other help.

The gentleman helping me was very knowledgeable and friendly, and was not pushy.

Awesome, got my glasses fixed for free. Wasnt expecting that at all.

Boyfriend is getting prescription sunglasses and needed something pretty specific for his job. Joe helped us sort through all the insane amount of options to choose from. He was knew what was in stock, what combos would or wouldnt work, and was super patient with all the questions. Thanks for making something that was stressful (for us) a lot easier to work through!!

Its ok. Friendly customer service, large selection on hand, and good location. Wasnt too impressed with prices, but they were fair, just not a deal. However there is value in getting what you need now instead of later.

I was in here on Memorial Day. I visited with Jack and Joe working in this joint. Those guys were pretty cool. They were more than helpful and were very good at matching product with the customers that were in their at the same time I was. Quite a bit of stock.

The guys here are great. When I purchased a pair of sunglasses a few years ago I got such great service that I felt the need to contact corporate. The kid that helped me moved up to management and so I thought I would try them for glasses. I could not have been happier. Not only about service but the glasses are noticeably better then the name brands you buy in the glasses shops. Today we were replacing my sons previous pair of Oakley prescription glasses ( As I said way better and they accept insurance on top of that) when they had an issue. To say that the manager (the young kid from a few years ago) went way above and beyond would be an understatement. Needless to say I am contacting corporate again to give them a status report on their good decision!!
