This is a great little donut shop that always has some interesting choices in their shop. Ive found that as the day goes on their selection narrows and narrows, which does make it a bit frustrating when you go later in the day and only have a couple kinds to choose from, but that is to be expected for a donut shop I guess. Overall, a great place with a good product.

VERY HAPPY with my donuts for graduation! Staff was very friendly at pick up and the quality of donuts was exceptional. I was proud to serve them to my guests. I highly recommend Flyboy for large parties!!!

A good bakery with many choices of donuts, cookies, pastries. We tried the maple bacon long john which was pretty good, the glazed raspberry jelly donut which was good, and also the HUGE maple frosted glazed raised donut which was very good. The staff was very friendly, the store very clean and neat

While in Sioux Falls 5/17/21, went out of my way to stop at the 57th and Western location to pick up a doz mixed donuts. To my surprise and disappointment, they were very dry. Tasted and looked day old.

Went here a couple of days ago. Customer service and coffee were the highlights! Doughnuts are okay at best, semi-stale raised and cake. They all look amazing and are very pretty.A nice lady named Wendy helped me pick out a dozen for my kids. Shes the best!!!Coffee is amazing.

We always visit this shop when we are in town. It is a must to to stop! Very happy and friendly staff. It’s over 150 miles away one way and it’s worth every mile. If you want to feel the warmth and goodness you better stop there.

Best donuts in Sioux Falls. They also have caramel rolls that are almost as big add your head. Theyve got a lot of creative donuts (Jet Fuel, maple bacon, Fruit Loops) and theyre all expertly made.Good coffee and a lot of other drink options. Great with kids and theres a nice little eating area. Stop in, you wont regret it.

My first time experience here was good. The brand is widely recognized in Sioux Falls, and I think its because of the quality Donuts.However, I think a little more could be done to build customer loyalty, and this is something that takes time and forethought to achieve. How do I keep customers coming back, and how do I make this FlyBoy Donuts experience something that becomes part of their routine?For me, I consider it more of a luxury to get donuts here. Maybe thats a good thing, but some deals and specials would keep me coming back on a more regular basis.

Great donuts, but I will not be coming back here.First time there today, older lady working did not seem to care about customers. I’d rather go to HyVee Gas or Casey’s and get donuts that are just as good, more convenient, and cheaper.

So I have been dying to try these donuts since I moved to the area 3 years ago. I had really high expectations, as they are widely advertised. Im a little disappointed that I can only say they are good. The twist, maple bars, and donut holes are just okay as are the apple fritters. The old fashion are good and the fun looking, kid approved, whipped cream and candy/cereal topped style were the best tasting. To be fair, these are the best donuts Ive had in the area. But they fall short of the donuts I grew up on in San Diego. Id still go back if I was craving a decent donut.

They had a good selection of donuts here and they were definitely reasonably price. Also a nice drink selection and they make their own coffee! This place is worth a stop if you love donuts and coffee. The atmosphere is very cute and you could definitely enjoy a nice morning here.

I was there mid morning and noted a lard taste to the donuts. Coffee was excellent, service was great. They cater to kids with a small table. Baby wipes on each table help keep it clean, but probably unnecessary. I have returned, thinking the lard taste was afluke.. It was same tasting. Im not going back!

I would give the donuts themselves a 5 out of 5. The customer service is lacking. I would agree with most of the other reviews, there is an older lady at the 57th Street store who needs to go. She is for lack of better words just rude. It really brings down a great place like this.

Ordered custom donuts for Mother’s Day. I asked for them to be delivered between 8-10am, I left a number to call. The donuts were delivered to my front door, with no knock at all, no call nothing. They were left there, at my front door with no knowledge they were even here. An animal of some sort chewed through the box and ate part of the donut. I did not pay $30 for my donuts to be left at my door with absolutely no notification at all, not even a knock. Very upset.

Amazing donuts! Creative fresh ingredients. Customer service is stellar! Definitely a must stop. Quality that rivals any specialty donut store. As good, if not better, than the famed VooDoo Donut in Portland, Oregon.

Cant believe it! I walked into Flyboy wanting a Bavarian Cream Long John and an Apple Fritter.....guess what!?!?!? They sold it to me! And....it was delicious! So good those folks at Flyboy! Thank you!

This place has pretty good donuts. They dont do anything really creative or fun like many donut shops are doing these days. This is a pretty traditional shop and they have high quality donuts in a decent variety. The prices are reasonable and they have good coffee.

The donuts are overpriced and gross. They’re ALWAYS dry and tasteless. We ordered from doordash and got the assorted dozen. These are hardly a variety. They all had frosting and sprinkles except for ONE plain cake donut. Will not be ordering or going to this place again

Staff is wonderful and the selection is fantastic. They deliver and have orders ready if you order online. They also have a wonderful maple bacon donut and they will do letters for whatever you’d like spelled!

Best donuts ever. A Sioux Falls breakfast staple. Get there early because they sell out! They make really good old fashioned ones that have a little crunch on the outside. Then they also have a bunch of super sugary, blow off the diet, yes I want to overindulge because I know this will be yummy donuts too.If we buy a dozen, they dont last the day in our family.

I ordered the carmel rolls that you take and heat up for Thanksgiving day morning with my family. However, the flavor was really bad and no one would eat them so they all ended up in the garbage. I emailed Flyboy about the rolls and they basically told me I was lying and that they sold 300 of them that day. I sure hope everyone else didnt get the ones we got. WOW! Now that was some terrible management and a poor way to treat a long time customer.

Just meh. Strict rules for filling an assorted dozen, staff seemed impatient and the donuts are comparable to grocery store quality.

The donuts here are delicious and a good value. You can order ahead and pay on their website and your donuts will be waiting for you, which is a time-saver on a Sunday morning when the lines are long!

Flyboy is trendy and are probably the best donuts in SF. That being said, even Hy-vee isnt too far behind and is cheaper. The staff doesnt really treat you that well if you dont come in knowing exactly what you are looking for. Every business that serves food is part customer service business and part food business. Flyboy does well with food (4+) but not so good with customer service (~2).

Donuts are amazing, however the lady behind the counter must have been having a really bad day.

The person who got pur donuts was very personable and kind to us. The donuts there are crazy and odd in design but have the best flavor and best varity.

Above and beyond customer service and top notch product. Weve used Fly Boy for custom party donuts which were a huge hit, but we mostly just love an excuse to buy a couple when were in town. Love.

Arrived on a Sunday morning, was the only customer in line and explained I was a first time visitor. The staff was extremely rude and seemed generally angry. I dont know if it was just a bad day there but I was shouted up to hurry up and pick my 6 donuts. The donuts themselves were fine, just a very odd customer experience.

I use to be a regular customer, but the past few times Ive been turned off by the lack of customer service. Employees acted rudely and treated myself and others as if we were inconveniences to their morning. Very unprofessional. (Donuts are good but service is not)

My son and I come here every Friday as its one of our favorite places weve found since moving from Denver to Sioux Falls. Not only do they have the best donuts in town, they also have the nicest staff who routinely go out of their way to make my sons visit to his favorite place in town memorable.
