Everybody is really nice at this Hy-Vee Starbucks. Coffee is always made right. Only problem is the line takes forever when they are busy. Understandable of course.

Great coffee in pinch - easy to get in and out of, Starbucks team was as nice as ever.

Drive through was a mess. Parking lot interference. Out of what I wanted. Long line as usual.

The 4 ladies behind the counter just didnt seem to be working in sync. They got a partial order out to a family that was waiting way before me and got their final drink after me. I had to ask for my sandwich twice. They burned my first sandwich and had to make another one. So it all came down to really slow service

Bathroom was disgusting with dried feces on the wall. employees not wearing masks in restroom against their policy. drinks were hardly mixed

When I placed my order the barista was swamped. She remained calm and was friendly to the customers that were waiting and placing their orders.She herself deservers 5 stars.

Good coffee

Although a bit off the freeway, It was nice to find a Starbucks, being from the West Coast, having a consistent tasting coffee is a nice relief.

FYI - its in a Hy-Vee Supermarket. The service was Great! I just think they dont know how to mix the drinks very well. Maybe I came on the wrong day or something idk - my drink tasted grossly burnt.

It is a Starbucks located inside Hy-Vee grocery store. I love it, just grab your coffee or other indulgence and begin your shopping.

I just want to thank Karen for being so kind and understanding and exchanging my coffee with no hassle at all!! I had gotten the wrong saying that the Watertown Starbucks and she exchanged it.

While I dont drink anything from here, I do see smiles on the ladies faves behind the counter as I walk by. Thats all I need to know.
