Great team of installers. Very courtesy and professional. Cleans up after installation! Would recommend and use again if needed. The only CON is covid drags out everything too long from supplies to scheduling. It cant be helped, but its not something worth taking a star off. Overall, I happy with the windows I got.

Installer Scott zomer and plumber Darrel were the most professional. They did an awesome job. They kept me informed on what they were doing on each step. They did wonderful job on final cleanup. Highly recommend this company.

I found this company by a google search. Read the reviews and seemed to be a good decent company. The salesman, Ben, came out and went over estimate on replacing windows. Gave me a few different pricing options and good spill about the company and the windows. I had asked about having a window wrapped on the outside, from previous installer, and he said can throw that in. I decided on going with doing just a couple windows at this time and asked again about that wrap being added in. Was reassured it would be. Apparently, that turned out to be an unfortunate miscommunication on his part as the installers knew nothing of it when they came out. (Was also informed it was their company’s install crew, however on the paperwork it was a different company listed as installer) Ben called me and was saying that would have been added in if I did the other windows and didn’t think would want to be charged extra couple hundred when could wait to get the discount with remaining windows. I informed him there would not be any further installations at my house from this company. Not a fan of being lied to or ripped off (he referred to it as “chatter” that I’ve heard about the pricing). Install crew did a great job, fast and efficient an no issue with them. Would not recommend this company, it’s one thing to have miscommunication, but to lie to make a sale (or to try cover your mistake to manager after the fact) and get a quick few bucks shows what kind of integrity this company has.

We had our bathtub & shower removed & installed a walker in shower with glassdoors!!! The shower is beautiful, but only thing is I would have chosen biscuit walls!! Also I would have liked the shower bars place on a angle rather straight across!! The plumber did a good job & installer did an excellent job!!! He was a very hard worker!!

Edited Post: After the install was 100% completed, a Regional Manager came around to review the final work, he went through each of the concerns I had in depth, and demonstrated that the company did everything within their power to address the issues that I had experienced. Very happy with their effort to get my complaints resolved. Originally this post was 2/5 stars but revising to 4/5 based on their genuine efforts to address my concerns.--I have to start out by saying that the End Result looks Great. However the buying and install had some unnecessary heartache. (this would have been a 1 star review except that I am very happy with the end result)- The salesman gave me a final price that I agreed to, and when he went to fully draw up the paperwork, he realized he made a mistake and had to revise his quote.- Prolonged install. When the installer showed up, he completed everything he could but was unable to install the door due due to a backorder - as a compromise, he purchased a shower rod for me to use during the interim-The installer did a genuinely great job! The finished shower looks great. however he smoked outside (not inside) resulting in my house smelling like smoke - When I brought this up, he apologized as well as made an effort to resolve the odor.- Getting ahold of customer service was difficult at times. I had made multiple calls into customer service during business hours to only get a voicemail. (I didnt leave a voicemail as I personally never do, but had I left one, im sure they would have called back)

I used this company for windows. I think the windows are great quality, they did not come on time. The installation process was very fast and easy. I gave them a 1 star because the salesman educated us to withhold the second half of the payment until we were happy with the job. 1 window was defective and 2 storm doors were put on wrong. We were then pressured repeatedly by the installation crew to have payment when they completed the part of the job they did do. I am all for fair payment but I also dont think it is appropriate to instruct me to pay the second half of the bill before the project is complete and then have the installation crew pressure for payment. The service department has been lackluster at best. Just dont get screwed and remember who you talked to. Keep their numbers because these guys are salesmen.

The gentleman named Justin arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He installed a large new window. He took the time to answer my questions and concerns. He was thorough and his work was very well done and professional. He took out some very very rotten areas and rebuilt the whole area around the window. His work was excellent. He insulated and waterproofed everything so well. I watched a lot of this process. I just cant say enough how pleased I am with my new window. Inside its brand new but looks like its always been there. Outside its so well installed and built in. It looks wonderful and the horrible old rotten section is all gone and beautiful with maintenance free materials. Its also now waterproof so no worries about rotting. I am so pleased and happy I chose to hire this company. I also feel the cost was reasonable for the materials and labor and time spent. I highly recommend Your Home Improvement Company. I know I will be a return customer.

We have had our roof redone & some of our windows replaced. We are totally pleased with the quality of the workmanship & the products. The installers were very competent & conscientious about their work and cleaning up after themselves. We would recommend this company to anyone. We plan to finish replacing the remaining windows and have a bathroom renovated when were able.

We had windows replaced in 2016 and siding in 2018 and really Ive it. Both crews were great, especially the siding crew who worked through snow in February.

The guys did a good job. They came when they said they would and got done very fast in the same day even. They did our shower and some windows. They were easy to work with. We love our shower. The tub is much bigger n theres a nice compartment for the shampoo and soap.Our only issue was they werent able to put a seal around the bathroom shower window to protect it so we have have to use a curtain and they have not gotten back to us as they said they would. We feel it was a lot of money to put out to not have the job complete with a large loan so wouldnt reccommend.

We purchased their high efficiency vinyl windows and couldnt be more happy with how the process went from meeting the rep, to financing, to installation. Great windows. The warranty has been amazing they came out and fixed screens and a couple of the windows that weren’t working correctly they quickly fixed and made them right. Have made a huge difference in home heating costs no drafts anymore.

Matt came out to give us a siding estimate and while he was here he even fixed our sliding glass door! He was very down to earth and helpful - wasnt pushy at all! We were impressed with his honesty, knowledge, and willingness to offer helpful advice! Would definitely recommend working with this honest company!

I debated writing this review, but after consideration and seeing other comments about this, I decided its good to warn others as it does seem a lot of the positive reviews are fake.I called to get an estimate about siding. They absolutely refused to schedule me unless my husband was home. I make these decisions and I am the one hiring. My husband will defer to whatever I decide and I do not need his input and I am capable of discussing it with him if necessary. The woman would not schedule a quote unless he was home, kept deflecting to ask his work hours, what time hed be home, etc. I explained multiple times that his work is unpredictable and they need to work with me.In the end, I never even scheduled the quote because its 2020 and I dont need a man present to make a decision about a house I own.** Edited to add - After speaking with them, I assure you that I will not do business with them. While I appreciate the follow up, once a potential customer assures you that the 2nd person is not required, then you need to drop the discuss. You lost a potentially large job because you insisted that we both be there for your sales pitch. I am perfectly capable of communicating to my husband. Because youve had diffficult clients up in Duluth does not mean all women are too stupid to tell their husband what is going on.Do you make the husbands require their wife to be present or is that something you only require of the women who call?

After getting several quotes in regards to to replacing our windows as they have NEVER been replace since it was built in 1959. We decided to go with Tanner Boeddeker and Your Home Improvement Company as 1. He made sure both spouses/owners were home together when he spoke to us. As a wife this is a big decision and I like how how we were both included! 2. He also told us the warranty of these windows and how it can last not only to our kids but their kids can have the warranty on these windows. Or if we ever decided to sell our home we can transfer it one time to the next owner that is AMAZING! 3. Tanner has the personality that he treats u like family and will make time to make sure we are well taken care of and even check on us and his wonderful window installers Jeremy and Dave on the day our main floor windows are being installed mind u we had a big job and the installers are amazing! We love how they treated us like we known each others for years as installation of our windows are amazing that we decided to have our basement windows replace and have sidings put on our house with Tanner and Your Home Improvement Company. The bathroom looks amazing! Love all the grab bars that were installed by Jim it makes it so much easier for me to get in and out! I am no longer worried about falling In my shower. I would recommend this product and this company to everyone! The salesman tanner was very helpful and answered all my questions and the company has great customer service as well. By replacing the shower it will help me stay in my home longer and not have to go into a nursing home. They also installed a handicap accessible door so I could fit my wheel chair through it! Had windows and doors replaced throughout our whole house. Very impressed with speed of installation. The guys were very professional and made sure everything was installed appropriately and met our standards. Have also noticed a significant decrease in amount of heat coming in through the windows from the outside. Triple pane glass and filled with argon gas, I would recommend these to everyone.

Your Home Improvement Company did a wonderful job with assisting me in purchasing the first big item (Windows) for my first home! I love my new windows! They are so well insulated they are warmer than my wall! One of my windows has a crack in it, I was kinda bummed but then called them up and got it replaced at no cost to me! That is a big weight lifted off my shoulders, I know I can call them up and get a replacement at any time with no cost to me. These windows may cost a bit more than ones you find at Home Depot or another hardware store but do they come with this kind of peace of mind? No. Thank you so much Your Home Improvement Company! You bet I’ll be back to get the last 2 or 3 windows replaced!

Will, one of the Sioux Falls salesmen, came out to my house and was very punctual and professional! He explained to me everything that would be done and the product itself in full detail. Whenever I had another question, I would call his cell day or night and he was always so kind in answering. He came back to my house even after the job was done he would check back in to ensure I was satisfied with all of the installs! Talk about customer service follow through! I would recommend him to anyone!!

We had insulated final siding installed several years ago. It helped quiet the outside noise level along with improving the exterior look.Now we had all the exterior windows replaced. The quality of the vinyl inside and outside improved the looks dramatically. They also helped reduce our utility bill and improved our comfort level immensely.

New shower installation went well. Company kept me informed and updated on my project start date and time frame when shower doors would be ordered and manufactured to complete project. Having to wait for total completion for the installation was the only drawback, but was able to use shower without the doors for less time then installer, Jim; had noted. Installer kept me informed of arrive time and had final installation was completed sooner than I had expected and no problems were noted.A very much improvement to my bathroom. Good job.

I found the installers to be fast and very exact on the install and the trim. They were careful to keep everything very clean when they left. I would recommend them. The windows look much better then I had expected and they seem to be of high quality and move very smoothly.

Was very impressed with the overall process of buying and installation of our 8 windows. Time from signing the contract to install was timely and it was nice to have the whole install process done in about half a day. Feel good to know that there is a lifetime transferable warranty so everything is covered. I would definitely recommend Tanner and the work crew.

Had my upstairs windows replaced and they are phenomenal. Not only that, when I had my presentation with Matt and Tanner, it was more like hanging out with a couple old friends rather than a sales pitch. Definitely going to be going back to those guys for anything I need.

We had windows and gutters replaced last August. Windows look sooo nice, makes the house look great!! 3 guys did all in 1 day!! They disposed of old windows, cleaned up mess inside and outside. Very pleased with the work! Definitely would recommend these guys.

The windows are durable and help with my heating/cooling bill alot. Installation went smooth and they cleaned up after themselves. The windows make my house look very nice and I will be buying more. The loss of 1 star was due to the price of the windows and the wait. I think I paid a little much for just 4 windows and installation. Also, it took about 4 months before they were installed after buying them. It could have just been there were a lot of jobs at the time but it seemed to be a long time. The sales man was very personable and thorough in the presentation of the windows.

I met with 3 companies total. But the last was with Tanner from Your Home Improvement Company. Was very impressed with what they could offer. Lifetime warranty even if I sell my home it is transferrable. They are also triple pane windows!! Insulated windows also. Interest free for 18 months is also a big plus for me. Live my windows!

They were very professional and did a great job they didn’t get it finished in one day but because of a snow storm they came back on a Sunday to finish it up very satisfied

I love my new windows. The installation went smooth and they cleaned up so no mess. And the street noise is pretty well gone. Best of all I do not have to wrap up like an eskimo inside my own house. My bills are cut in half!

Could not be happier! I had Jim come to my home and install my shower and tub. He arrived right on time with a pleasant attitude. The job that got done was fantastic and got done in a time efficient manner. There was no multiple trips he was able to get it done within a day. The seams are straight and tighty, and he even went beyond what needed to be done and cut out an extra piece to cover up an ugly section of my wall by my shower with the extra materials! I am absolutely satisfied with the experience I had with this whole process. It was easy and stress free they take care of almost everything. I would definitely recommend the my friends and family.

I am very happy with my new vinyl windows. They were able to make a close match to my existing wood trim color for the inside in a woodgrain look. Easy to work with and cleaned up after the install. Genuinely nice people to work with.

Way over priced shower! We are suckers. Not worth it. Looks about as cheap as the Big BOX Store shower they took out and the quality isnt what they claim. I dont see this lasting long. Scheduling was bad too. They were scheduled to install and I took a day off of work to be there then emailed a day before the install in the afternoon that the materials were not in and needed to be rescheduled. A week later we were scheduled again for the install so I took another day off of work and than notified that the installer was stuck on another project and couldnt make it. We finally got it installed and it isnt even close to what we thought. The guy that installed it was very nice though and did a good job for what he had to work with but has to come back because of damaged materials.

Jim did an amazing job with our shower/tub installation!! He was professional and courteous!!! He did the installation exactly to my specifications. He made sure that everything was fitted to my height and that I was able to get in and out of the tub with ease. He left my bathroom looking better and cleaner than it was before!!! He was kind to my pets and careful when entering and exiting the house so that my pets did not get out. He arrived on time and stayed until the job was completed! He also called to follow up a few days after the installation to ensure that I was satisfied with the new shower/tub. We had great service when both when we first ordered the windows and when they installed the windows! Very professional and did an excellent job with the installation and clean up afterwards! I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them for any future home improvements we might need!

***THE FTC WARNS AGAINST THE SALES TACTICS THIS COMPANY USES***Do not use this company. They use a high pressure sales tactic to try to get you to buy their products TODAY. Basically, they send someone out to your house, get a quote going, and then give you a 45-60 minute presentation before they give you the numbers. Once you get the numbers, every time you say no they lower the price by $300-$400. If the sales people walk out the door, they said those discounts will not be applied because you didnt make a decision in that very moment. This company is a scam, as they quoted me $9,000 for 6 windows. No window is worth $1,500 a piece unless you have a super fancy house. If you look at the yelp reviews, most of them have now been hidden because theyve been marked as suspicious. Id argue thats the same for the google reviews here. Dont trust the reviews, theyre most likely created by employees or bots. This company is a scam.

Just had some new windows put into part of the house. I still have to finish the rest at some point. These windows are so much nicer then the old storm windows. They are so clear.Everyone that I worked with seems very knowledgable and are easy to talk to. The guys that came to put in the windows cleaned up any messes during the process.I did look at another company for windows and they wanted $1000 more and it sounded like the windows and work wouldnt have been as good of a job. That made the decision easy.I will be back for more projects in the future.

Thank you to Tyler Durfee for making sure our needs and wants were met with our siding, as well as any hiccups along the way. He was always there when we needed to get ahold of him and even stopped by to check on the progress.Also would like to thank the crew who did our siding. All I can say is, Wow what a difference. Let me say that I am blown away at the quality and the value my home now has with these windows. It was so cold last winter that a bottle of water froze next to the window; not this winter or for many more to come as these windows are amazing at keeping the cold out. I actually turned the thermostat down the first night as there was that big of difference. The crew was terrific and explained allot of what they were doing at any one time. I asked them a ton of questions and not once did they not answer nor shy away from a question. Bottomline the windows look great both inside and outside, we can feel the difference in temp in the house, and I just added equity to our home. Give them a shot, you will not be disappointed. Superb. From start to finish

We got all new windows in our house. They put them all in within a day! We got new trim as well because we had mold and my family was so sick all the time...we havent been sick since! The trim is absolutely beautiful too. Our electric bill has gone down as the windows keep our heat in and the cold out (and vice versa). Absolutely amazed by these windows.
