If I could I would give this store a 0. Run from this store never buy anything from them. If there is a problem they do not offer any solutions. Do your research there are many people complaining about this store.We bought a bed from them 18 months ago, one of the end rail came in completely scratched and some of the slats were warped they refused to do anything about it, because they said it had been discontinued which they never told us before we bought it. We finally called the company and they sent us a new rail and slat. About 2 weeks ago the bed collapsed with my son sitting on it. We went back to the store they wanted to sell us a new side rail for $112 with out the hardware to install it. We again called the manufacturer who sent use a new rail with the hardware for Free. They also said they were well aware that this store did not stand behind their products.

Such a great experience with K2C. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable in their products and very patient. I will definitely be back!

Kids 2 College Furniture is THE PLACE to go for anything and everything you need for your children...whether theyre babies or teenagers! Traci and her staff are so fun to work with and they have the greatest products...that both kids and parents will love! Weve purchased various products from a bed to bookshelves and accessories. I get asked by my children time and time again Can we go to Kids 2 College today?! because they love shopping there. If it was up to them, we wouldve remodeled their bedrooms five times by now because they like all the different bedroom sets and accessories they find at K2C! ;-) When youre in the market for kids furniture, make sure you check them out! Or if youre ever looking for a fun gift idea for a child...go there!

Hmmm where do I begin. The entire process was an absolute nightmare. The first set of furniture we ordered for our son came from some foreign country and absolutely REAKED of formaldehyde. We had to open all of our windows and doors in the middle of winter and still could not get the smell out! We were told that we needed to scrub it down with baking soda and vinegar and even that did not cut it! After lots of discussion we were told that we could bring it back but only allowed to trade. We then traded for a different set only to wait another 6 weeks for that set and then be told ooops they forgot to put your order on the truck when we voiced concern over everything their response basically was these things happen, get over itWhen we did finally get our furniture, my sons night table was completely unattached (factory problem) and I called about that, only to be told that they would come fix it but would charge me a service fee to come out (please explain to me how I need to pay a fee for something your factory messed up?) and then I would need to wait a few more weeks for them to get there because they were BUSYThe beds are extremely wonky to put together, they are poor quality for the price you pay, and the customer service quite honestly SUCKS!!I have contacted both Maxtrix and Kids to College to try to make it right with me, both of them blame each other, and neither one wants to take responsibility for anything! Do not waste your time on this overpriced furniture, I promise you will regret it!!
