Dissapointed. Took my necklace pendant to be cleaned and inspected for my insurance. During the process the associate broke my pendant. I waited for it to be fixed and returned to me. The day I picked it up, the pendant had a cloudy look inside the glass. It was put together but definitely not as nice looking as it was before I took it to them. It was told to me by the manager that I was wise for purchasing the insurance because it covers damage either caused by them or me. The manager was a very good salesman telling me I could have credit in the store because he was concerned it wouldnt be fixed to, my satisfaction. The credit was because I had purchased insurance and not because they were taking credit for damaging my item. The pendant was most definitely dirty and cloudy inside and he had the audacity to act like I was just being picky. Then the lady who was told to take me around was showing me necklaces that were over the amount of the credit. I used to love the Sioux Falls Helzberg, but from now on will take my business elsewhere. Terrible experience there for me.
After having a horrible experience at Kay Jewelers... A visit to Helzbergs was amazing!!! The customer service was on point, the staff are amazing, and I cannot wait to get our new wedding rings...♡♡♡
Brought my ring in to be sized and was never told that if my name wasnt on the repair ticket I could not pick up the ring I purchased. Years later they refuse to give me my ring. Its not my fault the employee never informed me of this policy. Future customers beware so you do not end up in my situation.

Extremely disappointed right now..... I went into the Sioux Falls location the week prior to thanksgiving and ordered a ring for my wife for Christmas. I called 2 weeks ago and they said no problem it is on the way and should be their any day and that they would let me know. Didn’t here anything in 2 weeks, finally called again this morning and the lady I spoke with said it should be in today and they will call when they get their shipment. I didn’t hear anything all day so I decided to call and this time I got a different associate and she immediately says that their corporate office let them know the package was damaged. Now I’m 3 days from Christmas no ring a terrible experience and no solution offered expect a refund or I can use the credit toward a more expensive item. This is very poor customer service. Things happen I get it, but the lack of communication or empathy toward the situation is just sad. I wasn’t going to leave a poor review until the sales rep suggested I give my wife a picture of her ring for Christmas.Lost a customer for sure on this one.

My husband and I drive over 2 hours to get my ring serviced on and every time the associates will say hello like they are supposed to and they always pass us to 2 different people before actually helping us. Once we are helped we get told that it takes a couple weeks and that they will call us when it is done. I called them once last week and than again today and they were extremely rude to me. It was an expensive ring and I like to check up on it to make sure everything is okay, they tell me...did they call you? I said no, well if they didnt call you it isnt done and they hung up. After my ring is back in my hands I WILL NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! They are just extremely rude and I dont appreciate it.

I went in for charms and they were on sale so I got twice as many as I planned on. The girl was very helpful and courteous. I had filled out information and they sent me a card for my birthday and I got a free pendant. And it was very nice.

I went in with very low Hopes of getting approve but once I walked in I was greeted with pure smiles, felt like a warm welcoming place, I was help right away and also approve🤗 after that i was getting checked out and then they offer me to get a nintedo switch with my purchases i had no idea they even had that offer, so now instead of making one person happy for Christmas I am going to be able to put another gift under the tree all thanks to the great staff, I also had to wait for my mounting to get deliver and then they call me right away, I brought the pearl that I wanted on the ring, then they told me it should be done in a few weeks, and it only took them 3 days, best jewelry place in the world!!!
Terrible service. I bought a watch there, had it drop and crack the crystal. The watch was still running. I took it in December 15, 2017, and since it was still under warranty Helzberg sent it to a service center for repair. After several checks on why it was taking so long and the repair shop saying they had to order parts on 2 or 3 occasions, the watch was returned to me March 10, 2018 ( almost 3 months later). It would not run, but they told me to take it home and put it under light to charge the battery. Did that, and it still does not run. The second hand stops on the minute hand. Now I have to take it back on March 11, 2018. I dont even want to think about how long it is going to take this time. Hertzberg and their service center do not know the meaning of customer service or the Delighted Customer.

Recently had them solder together a wedding and engagement ring that were supposed to match up perfectly. However, when I received it the wedding band was curved differently so it does not sit flush with the engagement ring portion like they said it would. Also, the last two times I have had a ring in to be repaired/cleaned, they claimed they called us when it was done but never actually did. Taking the rings back tomorrow, hopefully they can get their act together. Spent too much money for this Wal-Mart level service.
The representatives were very pushy. I was very specific on the fact that we were only getting ideas for engagement rings and that we were not going to be purchasing that day. I appreciate the fact that they were very clear in how their financing works and that I only had one more day to untilize it.I appreciate the reps listing the pros and cons of the ring styles. But I did not appreciate the rep blatantly degrading another store.I appreciate warnings of what to look for in warranty and repair prices, but it is my decisionSo I will not be ruling Helzburg Diamonds for future purchase but this store( located in Empire mall) will be off my list.
The service and staff is excellent. Picking any kind of jewelry is fun with the staff; they really have a lot of knowledge about the designers, collections and the stones and metals used. The company they use for the credit lines is awful! The credit service alone has ruined my relationship with Helzberg Diamonds.
