All of our granite and quartz countertops are beautiful in our new home. Joyce and her team did a great job start to finish. Called back a couple weeks after we closed with some questions about care. They were very helpful explaining the process. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

Our overall experience with stone city was outstanding. Their price beat everyone else by far and the quality of work was outstanding. Not to mention how well they clean up after themselves. This is the first trade we have had in our basement that has left zero trace on our drywall or paint. Our kegerator required a 2 5/8 hole to be bored through the center of the countertop. there is a 1/6th tolerance in order for the kegerator to set between the cabinet bases and they were dead on. Everything is within 1/16 square which is more than I can say for the local best company who did our upstairs. the only negatives were we had to reschedule 3 times due to weather which I cannot put on them. things do seem to be hectic with this company and they are seriously understaffed up front but they did make a solid attempt to serve us as well as they could. Absolutely impressed, I will use this company for any future countertop work I may need.

Stone City was definitely the right place to go for our counter tops! The employees at Stone City were absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish! They went above and beyond to help us get the right counter top for our kitchen and installed in an extremely timely manor! Kari was delightful to work with and Carlos did a great job working with our ideas. I can’t speak highly enough about our experience. We are so happy with our kitchen! Thank you so much!

We were incredibly impressed with Carrie and Taylor - they were very, very patient as we chose the stone for a home we are renovating. They asked questions to understand the look we were going for, along with the other colors we were using (cabinetry, flooring, walls) and gave us suggestions based on that... and then they also gave ideas for fixtures and hardware. Carrie also notified us when they were getting ready to cut our piece so I could come in and choose the portion of the stone to be cut. (wow!!) The guy who came to measure was very polite and he wore a mask the entire time, as did the crew of 4 install guys. The countertops are beautiful and were placed perfectly as far as I can tell. :) I will also say, that from the time we picked out our slab - it was cut and installed within a week. That may not always be typical, but we were pleasantly surprised and we definitely appreciated it. (Granted, the kitchen is on the smaller side, but still - I feel it is worth noting)We feel like we got a stunning look and incredible value for our money - and we will definitely use them again. We highly recommend Stone City.

I’m sorry to see the negative reviews but as a previous business owner I know first hand you can’t please everyone and you are truly only as good as your employees make you. My husband and I had a great experience at Stone City, from picking out our granite to the installation. Kari is amazing at what she does, the owners were fair on pricing and the gentlemen who came to our home to install were very respectful and careful. They all met our high expectations and we are in love with the beauty the granite added to our home.On a side note, many businesses have a hard time these days finding individuals who want to work and take pride in their work. I love, loVE, LOVE my new granite tops! I was pretty indecisive my first few visits but Carrie was very patient & helpful. She went out of her way on more the one occasion to send me pics, text updates after business hours, send someone to measure same day and squeeze me into their super busy schedule. The gentleman were also great to work with. They let me pick out the exact placement of my tops on the slab for a better visual. The installation was smooth and professional. Such a great bunch to work with!!

We had Stone City fabricate and install 3 bath vanities and a very large “U” shaped bar. It could not have gone any better. The fit and finish are perfect. They even worked on our kitchen to correct a problem from another fabricator at no charge. Joyce and her crew were professional, fast and courteous. The entire experience was smooth and easy. I highly recommend them.

I love Stone City Kitchen & Bath. The staff is exceptional with a family feeling. I always feel at home. We have never been disappointed. The stone is beautifully cut and polished. My number 1 place to go in Sioux Falls SD.

Do not waste your time with this company. Things started off fine for us, but after getting stood up for 3 appointments and never being able to reach anyone by phone due to a full voicemail, we finally gave up. I still wouldn’t have a countertop 5 months later if it were up to these people. Completely incompetent.

We did our restaurant countertops with Stone City and always responsive and very high quality work definately recommended.

I wanted to support a local business when i bought my granite. I called made a appointment and the sales rep never called or showed up. Waited outside for 30 min. I called the next day and re made a appointment. I decided to give them another chance BIG Mistake!! We put our $200 deposit down and sales rep said he will send a guy out the next Sunday for measurements. Guess what again NO CALL NO SHOW no answer.!! I called three times never got answer then $200 got refunded. I assumed they didnt want my business and moved on. Well a month later a $200 charge appeared on my credit card. I called them and to no surprise no answer.. i disputed the charges with my bank. there prices are good but you will never get service. GO ELSEWHERE!!

Joyce and her staff are amazing hard working professionals. Our home got an upgrade with beautiful granite countertops in our kitchen and laundry room. We would definitely work with them again!

They put off my install for months. Finally got the tops and sink installed which look great. They missed caulking along the backsplash, so I just did it. Then the sink started sagging in the middle. I called at least 7 times, set up appointments for them to come fix it. NOTHING!! They never showed up. I even went down there to talk to them. Set up another appointment, NO SHOW. Well, set up another appointment today through Joyce at 9:30. NO SHOW. So tired of these people. Go elsewhere folks. No matter how good a deal you think you are getting. . Their service SUCKS!!!
