I have had the best experience at Audiology Specialty Clinic! I have a severe hearing loss in my left ear. They were able to test me and recommended a special hearing device that would transmit the sounds on my left side to my right ear. It worked and is awesome!! There was never any pressure to buy—in fact you get 30 days to try it before paying! I highly recommend Audiology Specialty Clinic!!

Audiology Specialty Clinic is very professional. They performed a complete hearing test and highlighted my strengths and weaknesses in hearing. A thirty day trial is provided and no pressure is applied to purchase any particular product. They only want to do what is best for the patient.

My Dr was very nice and adjusted my hearing aids before I left to take the buzzing out of the left ear and made sure the bluetooth worked.

Dr. Mandy is very knowledgeable. She has all the latest technology. I was resistant to getting a hearing aid but after meeting Dr. Mandy and experiencing the gift of my hearing aid I wish I had been to see her long ago! The after work and weekend hours made it so convenient to come from out of town. Excellent experience!

Kristen has served as my audiologist for many years and is the best. She is very kind and caring professional and knows what she is doing. She always lets me know about any new hearing aid technology that will help me. She has always been able to assist me on short notice. In todays world, you dont often receive the excellent customer care she provides.

Malinda is the best! She is very experienced and patient. She made me feel very at ease and taught me everything that I needed to know about my hearing aids and just plain hearing and hearing loss in general. She is such a sweet person. I felt like she was a friend. I may just have to stop in there every once in a while just to see her and say hi. For any of my appointments I never had to wait more than a minute before Malinda came out to get me. This is the place my insurance said I had to go to. So glad, its exactly the right place. While caring for my mother in law from Iowa in our home in Sioux Falls, I suspected her hearing aids were not working. Not having access to her audiologist in the Des Moines area, I called Melinda Heegel to ask for her advice. Melinda gave me some pointers while on the phone and asked me if I could bring the hearing aids into her office for her to investigate more thoroughly. I took the hearing aids to Melinda and she concurred that the hearing aids were not working and volunteered to send them in for repair. Melinda went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service to someone who was not even a customer. Her thoroughness and expertise was and is appreciatively valued more than she knows.

Best of service, Melinda has gone above and beyond from my 1st visit. Always there to help and support with a smile on follow up visits. Wish I had the option to rate this business and staff with more than 5 stars.

Very personal and professional clinic! I would recommend ASC to anyone who is considering hearing aids, an updated hearing test, and any other auditory needs.

I needed ear impressions so I could get custom IEMs created by 1964 Audio for use on stage. I want to caveat this by saying that 64 Audio are very picky about the impressions they accept and Id been to 2 other audiologists and had 3 sets of impressions rejected. These guys nailed it on the first go. Couldnt be happier with the service and the cost.

We brought my 90+ year old father-in-law to ASC to check his current equipment. They were very compassionate and patient through the testing procedure and recommended a great upgrade that has made a significant difference in his quality of life!
