I called Leo and asked if worked on Victory Cross Country. He stated he would. I gave him the tire sizes for the front and rear tires to be replaced. We agreed on a price for tires and installation ($45-50 per tire if I bought my own or free installation if he ordered the tires). He ordered the tires. I went to pick up my bike on the agreed date and time. My bike was not ready and he yelled at me for the tire not fitting (he ordered the wrong size and was trying to cram the tire into the space), stating I will NEVER work on another Victory. I asked if he would install the correct tire if I could get one as I wanted my bike for a trip that weekend, he said he would. I returned with the correct tire and he installed it the next day. He charged me $75 for installation when it was HIS mistake. Not only will he never work on another Victory, I will never return to his shop or refer anyone to his shop.
