I was looking paint to match the color of my car and the paint manager I am guessing sat at his computer and paid me no mind so I ask for help he took forever to help so I said fine u sit I will go somewhere else. I just had a few questions I guess that’s to much to ask anyone anymore..

The employees were helpful and patient. We enjoy being able to order online (groupon can be beneficial) and pick up shortly after. After we parked and was walking back to our vehicle, we noticed a reserved parking spot for military. The parking curb was even colored in red, white, and blue. Being a military family, we appreciate the thoughtfulness.

My fiancé went to the door at 8:28 tonight and it was locked knowing good and dern well they don’t close till 9 and he knew exactly what he needed and was just gonna grab it and go but no had to have poor customer service a manager probably wasn’t on the schedule so they figured they could close 30 minutes early. Good thing I wasn’t on the side of the road. Had to go out my way to go get the one part we needed. Poor customer service. I know it doesn’t take but maybe 10-15 minutes to close. So the door being locked at 8:50-8:55 is more understandable than 8:28. Let’s see how corporate feels about this one.

I went there today looking for a radiator cap. The man that looked it up for me was making me look like a fool and kept looking and grinning at a guy in the store with him and he asked me two unnecessary questions and he said we dont have it in stock but it would be $35, I just walked out. I drove to Oriellys which has ALWAYS been a reliable source with great service, the guy looked it up for me with zero question and said all right that will be $7 and from there on out he was extremely helpful. Great way to make Advanced Autoparts in Smithfield look terrible huh? Ridiculous.

I went in there last night 2 get something was not acknowledged walk down all the ile and could not find what I was looking four when an got my phone 2 look up what I was looking I showed the woman she just points and yeals what your looking four is on the shelf wasnt there but the gentleman that came in after me got helped real quick but me no had 2 go in there twice to get spoken 2 while the outhe woman was out side four 30 min changing a head light bulb whell the girl that waited on me didnt have money 2 give me change back so she goes outside whell the manager put wrong code in safe told me I was going have 2 wait 10 more min by then 2 people had come an gone because they didnt even get waited on and I called the store today and they dont change bulbs no more but I fig out the problem with bouth of the employees but I will not by nothing else from any of these stores again

New store. This location does not offer to change turn signal/brake light/headlight bulbs in cars like some auto parts stores do, but they do change wiper blades and batteries. Exit from parking due to traffic is often limited to northbound Brightleaf Blvd. (US301).
